The Job

Reporting to General Manager Operations CEEMENAT, and on dotted line to our central Data Intelligence Team in France, your objective is to reinforce the company’s Analytics function by delivering data-driven insights to the leadership team to guide business decisions.  

You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, structuring projects managing data resources, and preparing insights for business. You will be able to leverage large and diverse databases (xls, CSV, SQL,…) to extract meaningful information and render it into user-friendly dashboards and analyses.  

You will both be able to work on requests as well as show initiative in designing specific tools or dashboards to build new tools and visualizations.  

The Data Analyst supports our Business Leadership Teams on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data (as well as its interpretation) is delivered.  

 

  • Support manager to conduct in depth investigative & intelligence research by gathering various data and information; 

  • In collaboration with central Data team in France, develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports according to business requirements; 

  • Market size and market trends external data mining by gather various data and information, verifying the credibility and quality of the information/data/sources; 

  • Analyzing information, drawing implications for our business; 

  • Coordinating research and working closely with Data Intelligence team in France; 

  • Support all IT related activities across the Region. 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in : Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Digital Marketing  

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, business data analysis or comparable experience in other data-driven environment 

  • Experience in producing complex dashboard using Power BI 

  • Familiar with python and SQL 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present the information with attention to detail and accuracy for reporting and communications 

  • Working knowledge in BI/Visualization tools such as Data studio/ Power BI/ Tableau is beneficial 

  • Google Sheet + Google Apps Script or Excel + VBScript experience preferred, particularly for data manipulation / cleansing

Copyright Assistant

The Job

The Copyright Team sits within Sentric’s Rights division. Its objectives are:

  • To ensure accurate and timely registration of client’s copyrights around the world.
  • To maximise revenue streams from all potential sources.
  • To identify areas of potential income growth for client’s catalogues.
  • To partner with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded, ensuring significant retention and renewal levels are maintained.

The Copyright Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Rights team in the administration of clients’ copyrights. They will interact with clients, collection societies and other interested parties to facilitate effective global administration of copyrights.

The royalty matching assistant will be responsible for supporting the Royalties team with a focus on ensuring accurate matching of income. They will interact with various departments internally to maximise the accuracy of all royalty matching and enhance the quality of song data.

  • Daily review of unmatched income, ensuring full matching of all received income.
  • Weekly reporting of identified matches.

Artist Success Manager – Hip Hop

The Job

TuneCore is looking for an Artist Success Manager – Hip Hop to join our team by supporting the company’s high value client experience strategy with creativity and innovation at the forefront of the role. 

TuneCore’s Artist Success team works with our strategic high value US artist and B2B label accounts, DSP partners and internal teams to provide a best-in-class digital distribution experience.

As an Artist Success Manager – Hip Hop, you’ll provide highly personalized, white-glove, omnichannel support to TuneCore’s strategic accounts. You’ll also work cross-functionally with several teams throughout the business to ensure TuneCore delivers the best product experience on the market by advocating for the needs of these accounts both during product development and through regular feedback sessions throughout the year.

You’ll have the opportunity to guide high-value clients through their entire release lifecycle, from catalog upload and release day, to sales reporting and performance.  In addition to ensuring their successful releases, it will be up to you to ensure that TuneCore’s most important clients have access to industry news, best practices, upcoming product launches, cross-promotion, monetization optimization through TuneCore’s Accelerator program, early access opportunities, and beyond.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be a seasoned music industry professional with demonstrated client success experience, and a deep knowledge of operational best practices. You’re a strategic thinker who can solve both the immediate problem in front of you as well as the overarching issue at hand. You’ll be expected to have availability outside of regular business hours in order to enable your accounts to plan and execute their unique release strategies.  Finally, you’re someone who knows when to simply roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.

Salary: $83,400-$100,100

Role Duties: 

You will be in a client-facing role that encompasses the following responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a cohort of strategic TuneCore accounts – with a strong focus on Hip Hop and R&B clients – to ensure seamless distribution experiences from start to finish.

  • Partner with the Artist & Partner Relations team to identify growth opportunities for high value accounts as well as retention opportunities for at risk accounts.

  • Partner with Artist Support & Operations teams to optimize processes and resolve high profile client issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Participate in client retention and brand building activities in the music community alongside other members of the TuneCore team.

  • Build strong brand loyalty through relationship building, release management, and opportunity sharing.

  • Manage education programs that help artists to accelerate their career growth.

  • Assist in catalog transfers and cross sell opportunities with TuneCore’s parent company, Believe.

  • Identify, alongside Believe, cross-stream opportunities for new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working in the music industry preferably in distribution, artist management, or independent labels.

  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with Hip Hop / R&B music, artists, style, culture.

  • Excellent communications skills: written, verbal and interpersonal.

  • Must be an enthusiastic self starter with a proven track record of executing client retention programs and artist growth opportunities.

  • Extremely technologically savvy with both known platforms and tools, as well as picking up proprietary tech quickly.

As a TA Operations Manager in the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will oversee the daily operations of the talent acquisition (TA) function, ensuring the seamless execution of recruiting activities and processes. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment cycle through the management of systems, analytics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing recruitment tools, leading process improvements, and providing strategic operational support to the talent acquisition team.

Missions:

  • Operations Management: Lead the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, including workflow optimization, system administration, and process improvement. Work with HR ops team to maintain the playbooks and guides up to date. Oversee the implementation and utilization of our recruitment tools (ATS and CRM : SmartRecruiters, AssessFirst, others). Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM) is a plus.

CSR Manager

The Job

As CSR & Engagement Project Manager you will report to the Group CSR & Engagement VP and you will work closely with the CSR & Engagement team and the central and local HR teams. You will contribute to increase people engagement and CSR awareness and impact aligned with Believe CSR strategy, “Shaping Music for Good”, thanks to the following missions:

CSR & Engagement projects:  manage directly or contribute to global projects and guidelines in coordination with the CSR team.

 

  • Employee Engagement survey:
    • Coordinate and manage the deployment of the employee engagement survey and pulse surveys, ensuring deliverables, timeline, dashboards and results reports, supporting transformation & change.
    • Support the local HR and managers in analyzing results and defining corrective actions, in coordination with the Local CSR Managers.
       
  • Shaping Together – Employee Citizen volunteering program
    • Coordinate globally the deployment of Shaping Together, providing guidelines and tools.
    • Monitor and consolidate the level of participation with internal dashboard.
    • Contribute to implement global initiatives (ie: sports & charity app challenges, webcast on specific topics, CSR awareness).
    • Coordinate the animation of our Shaper/Ambassador program (employee volunteers) with the local CSR managers
       
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and well-being:
    • Coordinate the Gender Index methodology process
    • Participate to the definition of the 2025-2027 strategic plan on gender equality and DE&I (objectives and action plan) to fully integrate it within our People HR process and business activities.
    • Coordinate, monitor and further leverage the well-being and mental health resources with our external partner and propose global activities

 

CSR compliance and operational excellence

 

  • Sustainability Report – CSRD:
    • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of CSR indicators (dashboards, processes, definition, analysis, coordination of contributors).
    • In collaboration with the CSR Performance senior manager, contribute to the production of the Sustainability Report within the framework of the new CSRD EU regulation, focusing on social and governance topics (double materiality, stakeholder surveys, drafting, project management…) and coordination with the various contributors (HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and business departments).

 

  • Operational excellence:
    • Propose, structure and implement process, organization and tools that will help our teams to improve our efficiency and impact, and assist the VP CR & Engagement on some transversal topics (preparation of the CSR Committee, CSR targets…)
    • Coordinate and contribute to the budget process for CSR & Engagement at global and local level.
    • Make benchmark, identify and share good practices (internal & external) on various CSR & Engagement topics.

 

    Qualifications

     

    • You have 4 / 5 years of experience in leading and managing successfully international projects and programs, in the HR and CSR environment and/or in consulting. You have proven skill of project management, structuring and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative information.
    • You are comfortable in working in a fast growing and international company, dealing with multiple stakeholders in a matrix and evolving organization.
    • You are agile and solutions-mindset oriented, with the ability to move from strategic thinking to operational and results-driven.

    Senior Project Manager – Migration (H/F)

    The Job

    We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to participate in the management of a flagship transformation program at BELIEVE. This program aims to migrate our data to the Cloud from our On Prem Data Centers. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving the Migration flow of the BeOdyssey program as a member of the program management team. 

     

    Responsibilities and daily tasks:

    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and other relevant parties, to provide updates on program status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
    • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues that may impact the program’s objectives, and developing mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure that project teams have the necessary support to meet their objectives.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitoring the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the established standards and requirements.

    La Présidente de la région Central, Southern & Eastern Europe (CSEE) – Middle East, North Africa & Turkey (MENAT) – Amériques (responsable des activités commerciales sur l’ensemble des pays des régions où l’offre est déployée) – basée à Paris

    Le poste est basé à Paris, au cœur des équipes commerciales, dont vous faites partie à part entière.

     

    Vos missions seront principalement :

    • Gestion et coordination d’agendas complexes,
