The Job

As a Software Engineer specializing in Mulesoft on Salesforce, you will play a key role in integrating and optimizing our technology systems. You will work closely with both technical and functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with third-party systems using the Mulesoft platform.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Mulesoft-based integration solutions to connect Salesforce with other internal or external systems.

  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance processes and optimize the use of Mulesoft and Salesforce technologies.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform (preferably Mule 4).
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Expertise in API integration (REST/SOAP) and data management (JSON, XML).
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Mulesoft development and/or Salesforce integration.
  • A Mulesoft certification (Mulesoft Certified Developer) or Salesforce certification (Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) is a significant plus.

Accounting Methods and Project Manager (H/F)

The Job

Rattaché au Head of Accounting Methods & Referentials, le Group Accounting Business Process Owner est un réfèrent sur l’ensemble des processus comptables. Il sera responsable de :

  • Contribuer à la roadmap M&R accounting en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe projet et équipes métier et accompagner les projets groupe où votre expertise sera requise ;
  • Garantir le respect du core model, et assurer la formation des key users sur l’application pour les processus comptables

Qualifications

De formation supérieure en comptabilité ou en finance, vous avez une expérience confirmée de 8 ans au minimum, en environnement multi-sociétés, idéalement dans la distribution digitale.
Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et d’une excellente capacité de communication avec les clients internes et externes.
Vous êtes force de proposition pour apporter les améliorations nécessaires à leur bonne application.

Vous avez une vraie appétence pour les traitements et l’analyses de données.

Compétences techniques :
• Maîtrise des normes comptables françaises et IFRS

Senior Data Engineer (H/F)

The Job

Vous intégrez la Tribu Data Office de Believe et la squad Dataplateforme en tant que Data engineer.
La Dataplateforme s’appuie sur une stack AWS / Snowflake avec des pratiques à l’état de l’art en data engineering et data modélisation, et des contraintes de fort volume et haute performance.

Au sein de la squad organisée selon la pratique Scrum, en charge du Build et du Run de son périmètre, vous aurez pour responsabilité d’implémenter les flux de données depuis l’ingestion des nouvelles sources jusqu’à leur préparation pour exposition au travers des niveaux Bronze, Silver et Gold (warehouse)

Facility Manager – India

The Job

As the Facilities Manager this position will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results. The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties, all while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Reporting: This position reports to People Director, India and South Asia

Facility Management:

  • Provide best in class facility service and support for offices in India.
  • Manage the overall services provided within the facility
  • Participate in the relocation and development of our premises internally and externally
  • Organisation of the communication and administrative relation with renter (preparation of documents, interaction with the rental department, preparation of passes for car entry)
  • Organization of minor repairs in the office with the involvement of contractors from third parties
  • Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long- and short-term improvements and maintenance
  • Keep the surrounding grounds properly cared for and landscaped
  • Ensure the security of the building by researching and implementing various security measures, such as surveillance cameras or security staff members
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
  • Maintain and track AMCs, Asset Tagging, Insurance etc.
  • Work on efficient and hygienic cafeteria services and management.

Vendor Management and Governance:

  • Manage the relationship with all our suppliers and external service providers (security, housekeeping agencies, electricity, Water, etc.)
  • Ensure high standard of service and delivery from vendors
  • Oversee and ensure 100% compliance followed by Vendor, Contractors, Security vendors and conduct regular audits where required.

Budget Management & Governance:

  • Maintaining a budget for office expenses
  • Tracking budget versus actuals against all line items and track it in line with the finance and budget reporting requirements.

Travel Planning and Co-ordination

  • Support with domestic and international travel booking and support by liaison closely with the travel partner / vendor
  • Education and awareness with stakeholders on Travel related guidelines including usage and support on the Travel management portal
  • Track / Maintain dashboard related to travel requests, accommodation and incidental support
  • Work with travel partners to get best rates and efficiency where possible.

Compliance & CSR:

  • CSR reporting and compliance from facility and office management
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
  • Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility

Other Office Management and Support:

  • Interview and hire facility employees and contractors, such as maintenance staff and janitorial services, security services.

You should have:

Senior QA Engineer (H/F)

The Job

Integrated into the Platform Engineering team, and directly reporting to the Tribe Lead QA, we are looking for Quality engineers to join our Platform Engineering team! 

Organized in a dotted-line structure, you will be fully integrated into product engineering squads to help Believe build our products with high quality.

As a Senior QA engineer, you will be responsible for sharing our quality principles, goals, and methodologies with the squads, and assisting them by implementing tools, processes, and metrics to achieve our quality targets.

You will act as the quality liaison between development teams, platform teams, and product teams to ensure all needs are met by implementing the necessary rituals or frameworks (Tres amigos, TDD/BDD, A/B testing, etc.).

Missions 

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be able to    

  • Integrated into a tribe with multiple agile teams to master the functional scope and participate in the development of tests associated with the functionalities developed by the teams, as well as ensuring their quality. 

  • Help the teams always keep quality in mind, acting as the QA coach to lead them towards an Agile QA vision, focused on shift-left and product value. 

  • Define and assist in the development of automated tests necessary for the continuous validation of the products. 

  • Ensure the stability of automated tests executed in continuous integration as well as the product itself. 

  • Define the software tools necessary for product testing and help the Core team to develop them. 

  • Ensure that all the Quality Gates (Sonarqube, functional testing, etc…) are correctly integrated and respected through our continuous integration pipeline 

  • Assist other QA members  

  • Actively participate in communities of practice, sharing work and proposing support. 

  • Understand and challenge automated test architecture.  

  • Propose quality metrics and help define dashboards/tools to follow these.

Qualifications

Profile

  • Significant experience as an agile QA within a team and in test automation across different test environments. 
  • Meticulous, autonomous, and detail-oriented 

  • Strong belief that robust and reliable software should be a priority. 

  • Familiarity with test automation incorporating Test Pyramid and Test Quadrant concepts 

  • Emphasis on the Agile QA mindset. 

  • Proficiency with QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies (such as BDD/TDD, SonarQube, Cypress, Pytest, K6, etc.). 

Skills 

With extensive experience in software development or software quality, ensure a deep understanding of the product and maintain its high quality. Possess the following expertise:

  • Knowledgeable about containers and associated deployment systems 

  • Strong understanding of the security aspects of internet-exposed software.

International Corporate Lawyer (M/W/D)

The Job

The Legal Corporate team within the Legal department, made up of two lawyers, manages the legal secretary for the listed company Believe and its French and foreign subsidiaries located throughout the world, as well as intra-group agreements. 

You will strengthen the Legal Corporate team by managing your own evolving portfolio of jurisdictions and intra-group agreements, under the supervision of the Head of Legal Corporate. 

Management of a portfolio of jurisdictions  

Autonomous management of an evolving portfolio of companies, mainly outside France and on all continents. The group is growing strongly, either organically or through acquisitions, and is implementing a dynamic policy of optimizing its legal structures (around fifty to date). 

Privileged interlocutor of various other departments of the group (central and local, in particular with Financial Department), the Group’s management (Executive Committee, Regional Managers) and subsidiaries (General Manager/General Manager Operations).  Supervision of external stakeholders (lawyers, auditors, etc.). 

Responsible for drafting all legal documents related to corporate law, monitoring compliance with operational schedules, and legal deadlines. 

Main missions

  • Responsible for the legal life of companies and their bodies (Boards of Directors, General Meetings, amendments to the articles of association, corporate mandates, delegations, etc.). 
  • Management of exceptional transactions (capital operations, restructurings, mergers, partial asset transfers, liquidations, etc.). 
  • Identification and resolution of legal issues relating to corporate law, employee profit-sharing plans, governance, or other cross-functional group projects. 
  • Monitoring compliance with legal deadlines and transactions schedules,  
  • Development and implementation of the group’s policies by adapting them to the local regulations of the subsidiaries. 
  • Assistance in the implementation of a system of software to monitor legal life and its proceedings. 
  • Supervision of the integration of acquired/created companies.

Management of intra-group agreements 

Management of Believe Group’s intra-group agreements, including drafting and monitoring contracts through to signature. Privileged interlocutor for intra-group agreements, you will work in collaboration with other departments (central or local).  

The diversity of intra-group agreements will require you to draft music business agreements (branding licensing agreements, digital distribution agreements, publishing and neighbouring rights management services agreements, etc.), finance and cash management agreements, management services agreements. This list is not exhaustive. 

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience in international corporate law (as an attorney or in-house), if possible, in a fast-growing environment with legal entities on all continents. Significant experience in managing and drafting intra-group agreements.

  • Master 2 in business law, specializing in company law.
  • Fluent level of English, both spoken and written

UX/UI Designer

The Job

TuneCore is looking for a passionate designer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a role focused on UX & UI Design. A strong portfolio showcasing customer-obsessed design work and proficiency with software like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is essential. The ideal candidate appreciates how brilliant design influences, motivates, and inspires customers, thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, and has a proven track record as an individual contributor. Experience in the music industry and a true passion for music are highly desirable. Additional skills in HTML, JS, and CSS, as well as familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Jira, would be a significant advantage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead design and user experience for all new and existing TuneCore products
  • Own the end-to-end experience and processes for UX/UI
  • Partner with our Research team to thoroughly explore and understand our clients needs, desires, and concerns
  • Leverage data about user behavior to build experiences for our clients that delights them and solves their problems or frustrations
  • Design sketches, wireframes, and prototypes for user testing

Right & catalog Fraud Prevention Specialist (M/W/N)

The Job

TuneCore is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Specialist to join the team. As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will investigate TuneCore accounts for abnormal or suspicious behavior relating to account creation and distribution, monitor streaming and download reports for artificial or abusive trends, review the withdrawal of sales revenue from accounts, and communicate directly with clients to ensure the reduction of fraudulent activity. 

Specific Duties: 

  • Review (approve or reject) customer withdrawal requests and evaluate withdrawals for suspicious and malicious activity. 
  • Research and find patterns to prevent unsanctioned activity.  Investigate potential occurrences of unsanctioned activity and report to management. 
  • Communicate with customers, by email and phone, regarding potentially fraudulent activity. 
  • Identify trends and key insights to help minimize fraud, including but not limited to reports of streaming abuse. 
  • Provide reporting on customer and product issues. 
  • Work with a team on special projects as needed. 
  • Report technical and communication issues to better service TuneCore artists. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all activity. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications

At least one year of experience working in an office and/or customer service in-person, via telephone, and/or via email. Previous experience in a fraud prevention role is a plus.

You have acquired the following skills during your various professional experiences:

  • Very strong communications skills: written, verbal and interpersonal. 
  • Understand the importance of excellent customer service, including in-person, via telephone and via email. 
  • Can manage time effectively and prioritize workload. 
  • Discerning eye and ear for audio and visual content and meticulous attention to detail. 
  • The ability to work well independently, and as part of a team. 
  • Understanding of the digital music industry, including familiarity with digital music services. 
  • Extensive music knowledge and a willingness to keep up to date with current music trends (i.e., will study the charts every Monday morning).  Should have a sharp memory.
