The Job

Reporting to the Head of Artist Services, as the Marketing Senior Leader, you will build a forward-thinking marketing team. 

You should be able to craft complex, long-running, innovative, multi-territory creative campaigns. The ideal candidate is to have an ROI-driven approach understand the artist development, can build a long-term strategy in close partnership with the sales team (A&R and Marketing Project team). This position would be responsible for building Top charting artists in the country.

  • Marketing Expertise: Design, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and conduct competitor research.

  • Mentoring: Lead, support and provide guidance and advice on the impact of marketing key results to Editorial & Marketing Partnership, Digital Marketing Manager, and Video team members

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing in B2B/B2C experience preferably in the artist/ music/ media landscape
  • Proven track record of developing artists in digital music using creative, innovative, and other marketing expertise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience managing and leading a Marketing Team with strong exposure to digital marketing, media buy, etc
  • Be a commercially orientated marketing leader with a proven track record in combining strategic thinking with exemplary execution skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

Copyright Administrator

The Job

The Copyright Team sits within Sentric’s Rights division. Its objectives are:

  • To ensure accurate and timely registration of client’s copyrights around the world.
  • To maximise revenue streams from all potential sources.
  • To identify areas of potential income growth for client’s catalogues.
  • To partner with internal teams to ensure client expectations are exceeded, ensuring significant retention and renewal levels are maintained.
  • To ensure clients are at the centre of all activity, ensuring Sentric´s ethos of fairness, transparency and customer focus is evident at all times.

The Copyright Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Rights team in the administration of clients’ copyrights. They will interact with clients, collection societies and other interested parties to facilitate effective global administration of copyrights.

Your missions are :

Copyright Administration       

  • Review and verification of new song data in copyright system.
  • Review and verification of writer and song amendments in copyright system.
  • Assist with answering basic client copyright queries from other publishers and Performing Rights Organisations.
  • Assist with resolving copyright conflicts/counterclaims.
  • Assist with bulk ingestion of data into copyright system.
  • Assist with data enrichment in system.
  • Assist with account audits.
  • Assist Copyright Team with manual claiming for works utilising online platforms.

Rights Management & Client Management Support
 

  • Assist with special projects initiated by the wider Rights team division, Client Managers and Director of Rights, ensuring a qualitative and timely resolution of assigned project tasks.
  • Assist Rights team with ad hoc duties to cover holiday periods etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

PMI Operations – Junior Project Manager

The Job

The PMI Operations Project manager will be reporting to the PMI Operations Senior Project Manager, within the Operations department, which is responsible of Contract Account Management, Content Distribution, Rights management, Royalties reporting & payment.

Considering the Group’s strategic priorities, she/he will participate to key integration projects of Believe affiliates and will lead some of them. She/He will be responsible of these projects throughout each project phase from framing, implementation until successful hypercare, with both Central and Local teams.

She/he will address the following activities:

Participate to the PMI methodology to integrate future acquisitions within Operations Department

You play an active role in modelling the most scalable and lean integration models depending on the type of acquisitions.

  • Develop the integration strategy and enhance integration guiding principles and playbooks
  • Spread to the local teams the PMI Operations vision
  • Maximize value delivered from M&A activities by implementing our framework for successful integration, and providing early strategic and best practices insights to Central & Local teams

 

Lead some Operations PMI projects

You will ensure that the integrations you are responsible of are moving on the correct path

  • Understand the priorities with the Global PMI Office and the scheduling within the PMI Operations
  • Create an integration roadmap (incl. project charters, master plans, identifying risks and interdependencies, etc.)
  • Scope & frame the integration project you are in charge of by:

    coordinating cross-functional teams (including Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Legal, IT, etc)

    Defining the integration strategy depending on the affiliates business structure

    Preparing following materials:

  • Business case and arbitration supports for the Senior Project Manager and C-level members
  • Functional conception documents (e.g.: process mapping, standard operating models)
  • Functional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis)
  • Manage the execution of the integration plan with Central & Local Operations team members
  • Ensure Go-to-market and Change management (communication, training, …)  in coordination with operations and go-to-market teams.
  • Provide monitoring deliverables and reporting on progress, issues, and escalating risks
  • Communicate to all stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior executives, steering committee and comex members

A&R Scout

The Job

In the context of a replacement we are looking for an A&R Manager. 

Utilising your network, market analysis, business and artist relations, you will be able to source and identify artists who would require any of our Distribution or A/S services. Carrying out first discussions with the artists and their management, you will be able to identify their needs and share the perfect offer with your local head of sales or artist services. You will participate in the contract negotiation and coordinate the transfer of the artists to our project management or artist relations team.  

  

1/ Identify new artist and label leads at the earliest stage 

·         Audit and identify Artists market trends 

·         Monitor Believe analytics and public tool analytics for talent detection

Artist Support Specialist

The Job

As an Artist Support Specialist, you will work directly with TuneCore artists via email and phone to help them distribute their music online, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they have about their service. 

  • Answer customer emails and phone calls to help clients distribute their music, and to use other TuneCore services
  • Resolve issues and questions customers have about TuneCore products and services
  • Work within TuneCore’s administrative system to update and correct account issues; cancel account content as needed
  • Product account management
  • Provide information on customer and product issues to your team’s Lead Agent o    Work with a team on special projects as needed
  • Report technical and communication issues to better service TuneCore artists
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Work on a flux schedule to provide support for our artists over weekend hours.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in an office and/or customer service preferred
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Strong communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Working knowledge of Mac and the Microsoft Office Suite

Client Onboarding Project Manager

The Job

The Onboarding Manager will play a key role in analysing client patterns to assist in onboarding their publishing catalogue onto our platform. Clients include labels, sub-publishers, and artists. The Onboarding Manager will centralise the knowledge of internal processes and be able to support different teams on how best to set up clients’ catalogues on our internal platform.

They will manage communication between cross-functional teams, document progress, and ensure timely and successful catalogue system onboarding. They need music publishing experience and an understanding of PRO work registration to define bespoke catalogue set-up, enabling automated registration processes and royalty distributions.

Onboarding clients

  • Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our systems and services.
  • Analyse and interpret complex copyright registration data formats and music publishing client contracts to define the best way to set up a client’s catalogue within our internal system.
  • Set up and refine internal onboarding processes based on publishing knowledge to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of bespoke catalogue onboarding, being able to delegate tasks between multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel to analyse data, build macros, and enable data extraction from complex spreadsheets.

Implementation of processes

  • Ability to think critically and develop internal processes to optimise the workflow of cross-functional teams.
  • Manage internal teams on the project level, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, communicating status, and monitoring progress.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to deliver timely implementations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Experience querying an Elastic database to retrieve relevant data is desirable but not required.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of data automation with the ability to transform extractions into a platform-specific format to onboard client catalogues.
  • Copyright or royalties experience with a music publisher or performing rights organisation.
  • Extensive understanding and ability to interpret music publishing agreements and chain of titles.
  • Experience in implementation, project management, or a similar role is desired.
  • Familiarity with Music Maestro desirable

  • Vous gérez en autonomie l’ensemble de la paie (paie internalisée) : recueil et saisie des éléments variables de paie dans l’outil, contrôle des bulletins de paie et contrôles de masse, gestion de la GTA, traitement des soldes de tout compte, traitements des anomalies DSN, etc.

 

  • Vous gérez en autonomie l’ensemble de l’administration du personnel, de l’entrée à la sortie des collaborateurs : onboarding, contrats de travail, mutuelle, mise à jour du SIRH, périodes d’essai, gestion des temps et des absences, visites médicales, avenants, titres de séjour et autorisations de travail, gestion des fins de contrat, etc. ;

 

  • Vous vous assurez, dans l’ensemble de vos missions, du bon respect de la réglementation, des conventions collectives, des accords d’entreprise et des process internes. Vous alertez sur les problématiques réglementaires et paie et proposez les solutions adéquates ;

 

  • Vous apportez un regard critique sur votre environnement de travail et votre poste et êtes force de propositions pour améliorer les pratiques et atteindre les objectifs du service notamment en termes de fiabilité de la paie et de service client ;

 

  • Vous accompagnez au quotidien les salariés et les managers concernant les demandes liées à l’administration du personnel et à la paie et apportez des solutions concrètes et rapides à leurs problématiques. Vous savez analyser une situation sur le plan juridique et business afin d’y apporter la meilleure solution ;

 

  • Vous apportez votre expertise aux équipes RH, et notamment les HRBP sur le suivi et le traitement des dossiers du personnel ;

 

  • Vous participer à la rédaction des communications Paie/Adp sur l’intranet et à l’organisation d’ateliers thématiques à destination des collaborateurs ;

 

  • Vous pourrez être amené(e) à travailler sur tous autres projets RH/Paie en fonction des besoins ;

Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau supérieur en Ressources Humaines, vous avez une expérience de 5 à 10 ans sur un poste équivalent, vous avez idéalement évolué(e) dans plusieurs entreprises différentes, dans des environnements changeants et exigeants.

 

Vous savez travailler en autonomie et prendre des initiatives, faire preuve d’aisance dans l’appropriation des process et des outils et démontrez une bonne capacité d’adaptation. Vous avez une excellente communication écrite et orale et savez adapter votre discours en fonction du contexte et de votre interlocuteur.


Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la gestion de la paie et de l’adp et les outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ; vous avez notamment un niveau de compétences élevé sur Excel (fonctions avancées, parfaite maîtrise des TCD, et idéalement macro/VBA).

Directeur Comptable International (H/F)

The Job

Au sein de la Direction Financière du groupe, le Directeur Comptable International est rattaché au Directeur Comptable Groupe, et intervient sur un portefeuille des filiales à l’international, avec le management d’une équipe.

Les principales responsabilités du département Comptabilité internationale consistent à superviser et garantir la fiabilité et conformité des états financiers des filiales internationales aux règles comptables du groupe et aux législations locales, tout ceci dans le respect des délais légaux et des calendriers de clôture du Groupe.

 

Missions principales :

  • Etablir les calendriers de clôture des filiales internationales en lien avec le calendrier de clôture du Groupe ; superviser la production des reportings consolidés des filiales internationales sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle, semestrielle et annuelle suivant le référentiel IFRS, le calendrier et les normes de contrôle interne du groupe Believe ;
  • Réaliser la révision des comptes, et s’assurer notamment de la bonne justification et la piste d’audit des comptes, conformément aux règles Groupe ;
  • Superviser la clôture annuelle des comptes sociaux des filiales internationales, assister les équipes financières locales dans le cadre de l’audit statutaire, en lien avec les auditeurs locaux ;
  • En coordination avec la Fiscalité Groupe, suivre la gestion des déclaratifs fiscaux des filiales internationales, et les assister en cas de demandes par les autorités administratives locales des informations comptables en provenance du groupe;
  • Diffuser des politiques comptables Groupe et des procédures internes aux filiales internationales pour garantir une gestion financière efficace et transparente. Supporter les équipes locales dans l’application des processus et standards comptables Groupe;
  • Contrôler l’application des contrôles internes et leur pertinence ;
  • Participer aux projets de déploiement des outils Core comptable à l’international ;
  • Superviser une équipe comptable internationale, y compris le recrutement, la formation et l’évaluation du personnel ;
  • Animer et piloter fonctionnellement la communauté comptable dans toutes les entités internationales du groupe : organisation des départements comptables, définition et application des best practices en termes de process, utilisation des systèmes, des normes Believe ;
  • Être un contributeur clé de la compliance comptable, legal et fiscale et des contrôles réalisés par les autorités.
