Content Quality Administrator

The Job

As part of its Content Operations business, Believe’s TuneCore Service is currently looking for a Content Quality Administrator of TuneCore for India. Working within our international Content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on music content of TuneCore which includes:

  • Reviewing the content(Metadata++) as per the store guidelines submitted by the artist
  • Ensure Quality checks for all responses of tickets (mails and responses) to the TuneCore artists which is done via Zendesk software.
  • Ensure to improve the Ticket satisfaction score and rating that is done for the artists.
  • Ensure proper coordination with the central team of Believe and TuneCore for the release validation process.
  • Ensure on time customer support for all the client in TC with relevant solutions following the SLA.
  • Research and find patterns to prevent unsatisfied rating and activity of Zendesk ticketed replies to the artists.
  • Investigate potential occurrences of unsatisfied tickets and activity and report to management.
  • Provide reporting on customer and product issues.
  • In addition to it, Believe’s TuneCore Service’s mission is to offer cutting-edge distribution and publishing technologies, innovative artist tools and best-in-class services that empower artists, labels, and managers to reach worldwide audiences, maximize their music sales revenue and access the tools they need to grow and sustain their careers without surrendering their independence

 

     

      Qualifications

       

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • Keen interest in music industry, new technologies, digital music platforms etc.
      • Should have been mandatorily working on Zendesk with minimum of 2-3 years.
      • Good communication skills
      • Experienced in Customer support and reporting.
      • Proactive and willing to improve process and tools.
      • Organized, reliable and independent.
      • Motivated and curious, you know how to prioritize the work given.

      Digital marketing senior leader

      The Job

      Reporting to the Head of Label Catalogue Business and leading the strategizing, planning, and executing of the digital marketing roadmap across all acquired and future music catalogues under our owned labelsincluding back-catalog and Front-Line Releases. The role is responsible for driving digital business revenue growth for the Catalogue business and is focused on maximizing reach, engagement, and revenue through organic and paid marketing across digital platforms with a strong emphasis on YouTube growth, optimization and digital monetization. 

       

      2. Key Responsibilities: 

      2.1 Strategy & Planning: 

      • Design and implement digital marketing strategies for all existing and upcoming back catalogues across various languages and front-line focussing mainly on Hindi and Telugu Front Line soundtracks. 

      • Oversee annual and quarterly marketing calendars for digital campaigns, launches, and activations. 

      • Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with catalogue performance and revenue goals. 

      • Design, implement, and align strategies and execution plans to achieve the revenue goals and targets established for the Catalogue business across categories 

       

      2.2 YouTube & Video Platform Growth: 

      • Plan and execute YouTube channel growth strategies with a focus on channel optimization and asset growth/engagement 

      • Lead YouTube content programming, community engagement, and channel optimization. 

      • Drive subscriber growth, watch time, and ad revenue. 

      • Manage YouTube ad spends and analyze performance to optimize ROI. 

       

      2.3 Paid & Performance Marketing: 

      • Strategize and execute paid campaigns across platforms (YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.). 

      • Manage media budgets and allocate spend based on catalogue priorities. 

      • Track and optimize campaign performance for revenue, traffic, and engagement goals. 

       

      2.4 Organic & Social Media Strategy: 

      • Oversee the creation of content calendars and creative asset production in collaboration with content teams for social media growth and increased engagement.  

      • Leverage trends and platform algorithms to grow organic digital footprints across social media platforms. 

      • Create influencer marketing strategies and milestone  

       

      2.5 Audience Development & Engagement: 

      • Build digital communities around labels, catalogues, and artists. 

      • Create strategies to enhance user retention and repeat engagement with music assets. 

      • Analyze audience data to inform strategy and content planning. 

       

      2.6 Reporting & Analytics: 

      • Use analytics tools to report on campaign effectiveness and business impact. 

      • Share insights and recommendations regularly with stakeholders. 

      • Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies. 

      • Create quarterly and annual reports on all digital marketing initiatives, learnings, growth insights and map all strategy with revenue targets and goals  

       

      2.7 Team Leadership: 

      • Build, manage, and mentor a small but enthusiastic digital marketing team  

      • Provide clear direction and feedback; encourage innovation and initiative. 

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, content, creative, and business teams to maximize the marketing impact.  

       

      3. Must Haves: 

      • 7-9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music, entertainment, or content industry. 

      • Proven success in growing YouTube channels and managing ad budgets. 

      • Strong grasp of digital platforms, content marketing, and music trends across languages. 

      • Data-driven approach with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc. 

      • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. 

      • Ability to balance creative instincts with commercial objectives. 

      • Bonus: Experience in working with or promoting multilingual music catalogues.

      Avoir une expérience dans la transformation d’applications et les problématiques de scalabilité, ainsi que des connaissances de l’industrie musicale, serait un plus.

      Right & Catalog Protection – Senior Administrator

      The Job

      We are seeking a dedicated Content Infringement Operations Team Member to join our Rights Operations Department. This role focuses on managing video rights infringements and resolving conflicts related to our video catalogue. You will play a crucial role in protecting the rights of our labels and artists while minimizing legal risks across digital platforms through reinforced processes and controls.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Monitor and follow up on various claims, including third-party disputes, appeals, and potential issues assigned to Believe.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les data scientists et data engineers afin de garantir que les modèles soient déployés de manière fiable et efficace dans des environnements de production. 

      Principales responsabilités : 

      • Proposer l’outillage nécessaire aux data scientists afin d’accroître l’efficacité et la robustesse des projets ainsi que leur monitoring. 

      • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes architecture, data engineering et les data scientists pour comprendre les exigences des modèles, les spécifications des données et les objectifs du projet. 

      • Intégrer les modèles d’apprentissage automatique dans l’infrastructure, en veillant à l’efficacité opérationnelle répondant aux besoins utilisateurs. 

      • Concevoir et mettre les solutions qui permettent une interaction avec les modèles de machine learning (API, endpoint..) 

      • Créer et maintenir des pipelines de données afin d’assurer un flux cohérent de données vers et depuis les modèles (feature engineering).  

      • Appliquer les pratiques DevOps pour l’intégration continue, le déploiement et la surveillance des modèles d’apprentissage automatique. 

      • Surveiller les performances des modèles et mettre en œuvre des outils pour ce faire 

      • Assurer la sécurité et la confidentialité des données traitées par les modèles d’apprentissage automatique en collaboration avec l’équipe Data Mangement ainsi que le CISO groupe. 

      • Se tenir au courant des dernières avancées dans les domaines de l’apprentissage automatique et du génie logiciel afin d’apporter des solutions innovantes. 

       

      Stack technique : Snowflake, Snowpark, AWS, MLFlow 

       

      Qualifications

      • Master ou école d’ingénieur spécialisée en mathématique, informatique, statistique 

      • Expérience confirmée (minimum 5 ans d’expérience) en tant que Machine Learning Engineer ou Data Engineer Engineer, avec une solide compréhension des deux domaines. 

      • Maîtrise des bibliothèques/framework d’apprentissage automatique (Sklearn, TensorFlow, PyTorch..) et des langages de programmation (Python, Spark). 

      • Expérience du prétraitement des données, de l’entraînement des modèles et des techniques de validation. 

      • Bonne connaissance des pratiques et des outils DevOps pour l’intégration et le déploiement continus. 

      • Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif en évolution rapide. 

      • Solides compétences en communication

      Global Sales Communication Senior Manager (M/W/D)

      The Job

      The  Senior  Manager,  Marketing  &  Sales  Communication,  will  support  the  creation  and execution of global and local marketing and sales communication strategies. Reporting to the Global Head of  Marketing  &  Sales  Communication,  the  Senior  Manager  will  work  collaboratively  with  team  members and internal/external stakeholders to manage projects, execute plans, and monitor outcomes , for  Believe’s  Label  &  Artist  Solutions,  Artist  Services  and other commercial offerings.

      In constant liaison with business & communication teams at global & local levels, you will lead efforts to enhance the positioning of Believe’s commercial offerings (LAS, AS, new commercial offering) and their related brands/imprints, engage artist and label audiences through relevant  value-externalization  channels,  and  support  business  objectives  through  effective  USPs, storytelling and strategic communication. This role  is  designed  for  a  skilled  marketer  and  strategist  with  a  hands-on  approach  to managing  strategic  missions  &  operational  tasks  and  supporting  team  collaboration  and
      coordination.

      Key Responsibilities: 

      1. Marketing  Strategy:  contribute  to  and  execute  marketing  strategy,  to  elevate  Believe’s commercial brands, support client retention, upsell, and acquisition across AS, LAS and new  commercial  offerings,  across  all  available  channels  (sales  teams,  direct  marketing, client events, industry events…) and through artist-related content creation.

      2. Sales  Communications:  Develop  impactful  messaging  frameworks  and  language  to support our positioning and collaborate with wider marketing & communications teams to amplify the reach through of all messages through all channels.

      3. Sales Collateral Development: Partner with the business to support teams in attracting and
      serving its prospective  and  existing  clients  by  building  high  quality high-quality marketing  and  sales
      collateral  to  support  sales  and  client  teams  (including  case  studies,  pitch  decks,  USPs,client testimonials…).

      4. Central / Local  governance:  Provide  dotted-line  support  and  guidance  to  Local  Social & Sales  Communication  Managers  (LSSCM)  across  7  countries  (UK,  FR,  GR,  ID,  IT,  BR, MX), ensuring local priorities align with global objectives.

      5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster a collaborative environment with sales/label/artist
      relations, audience development and product teams, to ensure seamless coordination and
      alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.

      Competition analysis: monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure innovative and competitive marketing strategies.

      Metrics and Analysis: track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and sales communication campaigns, providing data-driven insights to adjust strategies.

      Budget: Contribute to managing Global marketing & sales communication budgets, to ensure strategic resources allocation.

      Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
      • Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing or sales communications, with a strong focus on B2B content strategy and execution. Experience in the music, tech, or entertainment industries is a strong advantage.
      • Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to craft high-impact marketing and sales content (e.g., value propositions, pitch decks, case studies, product messaging) tailored to industry-specific audiences. Ability to translate complex offerings into compelling narratives that support acquisition and retention.
      • Strategic & Creative Thinking: Demonstrated experience building and implementing successful B2B marketing strategies across channels, with creative problem-solving skills and a hands-on, collaborative approach.
      • Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Track record of managing stakeholder relationships across departments and geographies, with the ability to drive alignment in a matrixed, international environment.
      • Excellent Communication Skills: Native or near-native English written skills essential, with an eye for tone, clarity, and structure. Ability to adapt messaging across different formats (long-form, sales decks, digital copy). French is a strong plus.
      • Industry Insight: Familiarity with the artist, music, digital, or tech landscapes and their commercial models.

      The Job

      Rattaché au Head of Finance Customer Reporting, le Royalties Specialist a pour mission la gestion opérationnelle des différents types de contrats avec reversements pour l’ensemble de nos clients, leurs reversements avec une totale transparence et un strict respect des délais.

       

      Vous serez en charge de :

      • La gestion opérationnelle d’un portefeuille client de producteurs et artistes en France et à l’International, avec une cadence de production mensuelle.
      • L’analyse des contrats avec nos différents ayants-droit et de contrôler la correcte saisie et application des conditions financière dans nos outils de gestion
      • L’analyse et l’intégration des éléments comptables liés à notre activité
      • L’intégration et le suivi chaque mois de nouveaux comptes labels dans un environnement à forte croissance
      • Du suivi de la facturation et du paiement des clients, en coordination avec les équipes comptables
      • Du support client et support interne pour toutes questions relatives aux décomptes
      • Coordonner et communiquer avec les équipes partenaires à nos fonctions : labels managers, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité, juridique
      • Contribuer au suivi des améliorations de notre outil de gestion en relation avec les équipes produit 

      Dans le cadre de ces multiples projets, vous devrez :

      • Être capable de comprendre les différentes implications financières d’un contrat
      • Être capable de faire des analyses poussées et détaillées de rapports de royalties via CSV/Excel (macro, TCD, power pivot), ainsi que des contrôles et des cadrages financiers basés sur des sources de data complexe et volumineuses
      • Assurer une communication régulière avec les autres départements impliqués dans les process de royalties (Legal, Supply Chain, Produit, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion, Sales)
      • Rédiger des procédures et des modes opératoires et veiller à leur mise en application
      • Être capable de proposer des améliorations de process

      Qualifications
