The Job

Rattaché au Head of Accounting Methods & Referentials, le Group Accounting Business Process Owner est un réfèrent sur l’ensemble des processus comptables. Il sera responsable de :

  • Contribuer à la roadmap M&R accounting en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe projet et équipes métier et accompagner les projets groupe où votre expertise sera requise ;
  • Garantir le respect du core model, et assurer la formation des key users sur l’application pour les processus comptables
  • Communiquer, sensibiliser et formaliser les principes et règles structurantes pour le traitement des tickets sur l’outil Jira
  • Organisation d’ateliers de partage/cadrage et de validation métier / implémentation
  • Identification des risques métiers, et des optimisations
  • Définir les processus et les référentiels afin d’industrialiser et standardiser les pratiques comptables
  • Mettre à jour les masters data dont l’équipe M&R Comptabilité est propriétaire
  • Définir et animer les règles de gestion des masters data dont l’équipe M&R Comptabilité est propriétaire et s’assurer de la cohérence des principales données référentielles créées au niveau groupe
  • Formalisation des expressions de besoins des évolutions (description des automatisations, fonctionnalités, schémas comptables, de la mise à jour des référentiels/ flux dans l’ERP, coordination avec les équipes SI Finance)
  • Formalisation et documentations fonctionnelles des problèmes abordés
  • Définir la stratégie de recette, contribuer aux recettes fonctionnelles et valider les livraisons
  • Accompagner la conduite du changement (Accompagnement des équipes sur les nouveaux outils/processus/ organisation)

Qualifications

  • De formation supérieure en comptabilité ou en finance, vous avez une expérience confirmée de 5 à 8 ans, idéalement en environnement multi-sociétés.

 

  • Vous disposez idéalement d’une expérience dans la Distribution Digitale et la connaissance d’un ERP ( SAP, SAGE X3, ORACLE).

  • Vous bénéficiez d’un niveau d’anglais vous permettant de communiquer professionnellement à l’écrit et à l’oral.

  • Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et d’une excellente capacité de communication avec les clients internes et externe.

  • Vous  êtes force de proposition pour apporter les améliorations nécessaires à leur bonne application.

  • Vous avez une vraie appétence pour les traitements et l’analyses de données.

QA engineer (H/F/N)

The Job

Integrated into the Platform Engineering team, and directly reporting to the Tribe Lead QA, we are looking for Quality engineers to join our Platform Engineering team! 

Organized in a dotted-line structure, you will be fully integrated into product engineering squads to help Believe build our products with high quality.

As a QA engineer, you will be responsible for sharing our quality principles, goals, and methodologies with the squads, and assisting them by implementing tools, processes, and metrics to achieve our quality targets.

You will act as the quality liaison between development teams, platform teams, and product teams to ensure all needs are met by implementing the necessary rituals or frameworks (Tres amigos, TDD/BDD, A/B testing, etc.).

Missions 

As a QA Engineer, you will be able to    

  • Integrated into a tribe with multiple agile teams to master the functional scope and participate in the development of tests associated with the functionalities developed by the teams, as well as ensuring their quality. 

  • Help the teams always keep quality in mind, acting as the QA coach to lead them towards an Agile QA vision, focused on shift-left and product value. 

  • Define and assist in the development of automated tests necessary for the continuous validation of the products. 

  • Ensure the stability of automated tests executed in continuous integration as well as the product itself. 

  • Define the software tools necessary for product testing and help the Core team to develop them. 

  • Ensure that all the Quality Gates (Sonarqube, functional testing, etc…) are correctly integrated and respected through our continuous integration pipeline 

  • Assist other QA members  

  • Actively participate in communities of practice, sharing work and proposing support. 

  • Understand and challenge automated test architecture.  

  • Propose quality metrics and help define dashboards/tools to follow these. 

  • Support team members, giving advice, coaching, sharing good practices, offering support and feedback that fosters a person’s skills 

Qualifications

Profile

  • Significant experience as an agile QA within a team and in test automation across different test environments. 
  • Meticulous, autonomous, and detail-oriented 

  • Strong belief that robust and reliable software should be a priority. 

  • Familiarity with test automation incorporating Test Pyramid and Test Quadrant concepts 

  • Emphasis on the Agile QA mindset. 

  • Proficiency with QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies (such as BDD/TDD, SonarQube, Cypress, Pytest, K6, etc.). 

Skills 

With extensive experience in software development or software quality, ensure a deep understanding of the product and maintain its high quality. Possess the following expertise: 

  • Proficient in using tools and languages associated with automated testing (Python, Pytest, Cypress, bash, etc.).

TuneCore is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our Content & Rights Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating accounts for suspicious activity, monitoring streaming and download reports for abuse, reviewing revenue withdrawals, and engaging directly with clients to minimize fraudulent activities. Your efforts will help ensure the integrity of our platform and protect our artists and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Review & Approval: Assess and approve or reject customer withdrawal requests, identifying any suspicious or malicious activity.
  • Fraud Investigation: Research patterns and investigate potential instances of fraud or unauthorized activity; report findings to management.
  • Customer Communication: Reach out to customers via email and phone regarding suspicious activity, providing clarity and support.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze trends related to streaming abuse and other fraudulent behaviors to inform preventative measures.

    3. Processus internes

    • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes vidéo Believe : Rights, Ops, via l’outil JIRA
    • Garantir le bon déploiement de la stratégie locale dans le respect des processus internes

    Qualifications

    • Une première expérience (stage ou alternance) dans l’industrie musicale et/ou la vidéo est un plus
    • Excellente communication écrite et orale
    • Sens développé de la relation client
    • Niveau d’anglais avancé (écrit, oral, compréhension)
    • Maîtrise des outils YouTube Analytics, Canva
    • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’adaptation

    Account manager – Label

    The Job

    As account management / customer success, part of our distribution team, your mission is to provide the best distribution services for independent labels and artists with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

    You will work with a team of distribution & marketing partnerships to a network of indie artists and labels. You will support the team to ensure customer success and engagement in a constantly mutating environment.

    Your duties will include but not limited to the following

    • With exemplarity and by sharing Believe’s driving forces in your daily relations and activities
      • Set guidelines, strategy, and objectives to improve performance
      • Support your team by identifying improvement needs
    • Services execution and management of our portfolio of artists and labels
      • Identify appropriate KPIs to measure customer success and revenue growth and ensure regular reporting
      • Define actions plan when needed to reinforce customer success
      • Oversee takedowns, claims, and proper monetization of all content
      • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with the Editorial and Marketing Partnership and Video Channel Management team to optimize flawless execution
    • Reinforce artists and labels success resulting in renewal of contracts and upsells
      • Supervision and execution of business reviews for top clients
      • Escalate client feedback and contribute to overall services improvement
      • Educate labels and artists on deliverables
      • Develop and maintain year on year customer gross revenue
      • Sell services which meet artist and/or label needs and potential

    Qualifications

     

    • Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company. Spain and French can be a plus
    • You have a proven track record in account management and a deep knowledge of client portfolio management
    • A solid network in the music industry is a strong plus
    • You are passionate about technology, data, and artists / labels development

    The Job

    As the Global Head of Digital Marketing & Branding, you will drive our digital marketing and branding strategies, ensuring a compelling and consistent digital presence across global markets. Reporting to the Global Marketing & Communication Department, you will enhance digital customer experience, amplify brand identity, and leverage digital channels to support business growth.

    This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and expertise in digital marketing, branding, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including internal teams (Leaders, Corporate, Business, CSR, HR) and external partners (agencies, freelancers, and content creators), and orchestrate project management, to align digital marketing initiatives with our diverse audience—ranging from candidates and investors to artists, labels, and the broader music ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Digital Ecosystem Management & Strategy

    • Build, sustain, upgrade and manage a comprehensive digital marketing ecosystem, including company websites, third-party platforms, and global/local social media channels.
    • Ensure brand consistency, security, and an optimized digital customer journey.
    • Develop digital experiences across customer touchpoints to drive engagement & loyalty.

    2. Digital Marketing & Growth

    • Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, lead generation, social advocacy, and customer retention.
    • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising initiatives.

    3. Website & Digital Experience Management

    • Lead website strategy and ensure seamless UX/UI, mobile optimization, and accessibility across devices and platforms.
    • Utilize analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.

    4. Brand Identity & Content Strategy

    • Define and evolve the global graphic brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital and traditional marketing channels, in close collaboration with Corporate.
    • Oversee the creation of engaging content aligned with SEO best practices, brand messaging, and audience engagement.

    6. Data & Performance Analytics

    • Implement and leverage digital marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive business growth.

    7. Innovation & Emerging Technologies

    • Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, best practices and technologies, ensuring continuous innovation and market relevance.

    8. Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with Global Marketing & Communication managers, cross-functional teams and external agencies to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives and market needs.

    9. Team Leadership & Budget Management

    • Lead a team of four professionals (social media, web management, and branding) while managing external agencies and content creators.

    Oversee and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

    Qualifications

    1. Education & Experience 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 

    • 8–10years of experience in digital marketing and branding, ideally in an international company, with strong business acumen. 

    2. Core Competencies 

    • Strategic & Analytical Mindset – Expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, SMO, content marketing, and web analytics). 

    • Branding & Creative Leadership – Strong background in brand strategy, visual identity, and storytelling.
