  • Answer customer emails, DMs, and phone calls to help artists distribute their music, and to use other TuneCore services

  • Resolve issues and questions customers have about TuneCore products and services

  • Work within TuneCore’s administrative system to update and correct account issues; cancel account content as needed

  • Product account management

  • Provide reporting on customer and product issues

  • Work with a team on special projects as needed

Director, US Sales

The Job

Believe is looking for a Director of Sales to conduct its expansion in the US. Together with the Global Head of LAS and the Global Head of Music you will conceive the long-term sales strategy per music segment and definition of the value proposition, lead complex sales conversations to deliver our annual revenue targets and oversee the service team ensuring we deliver and maximize the value for our clients. The Director of Sales will focus on growth and profitability of the business. The Job

Finance Business operationalization Senior (M/W/D)

The Job

Under the direct supervision of the Business Operationalization Manager,  the individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

Support expertise team in assessment of the business model :

  • Understand the models and their scope and the deviations from the Believe core models with finance experts
  • Assist the core finance model deployment, by operationalizing the strategy defined by the FI Manager, working with the project leaders and local business.
  • Adapt financial reporting to the Believe format
  • Help implementation and optimization operational and financial KPIs for activity monitoring
  • Support in monitor of the implementation of the validated action plan for the financial and operational KPIs of the contracts (payment conditions, target artists, level of service rendered, margins, etc.)
  • Coordination of the IS specialist to ensure the operational workability of the tools developments

Ensure financial quality of the data by working with local teams : 

  • Ensure that financial reporting is in line with group standards
  • Coordinate practices and ensure the application of group standards
  • Analyze and challenge the monthly results of each subsidiary and its various activities
  • Accompany budget exercise and challenge the forecasts in conjunction with local managers and financiers
  • Support local teams in the operational analysis of their results

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

1. Ensure that the Believe business model is correctly applied and challenge the economic model of newly acquired subsidiaries and review it on an ongoing basis.

2. Fully supporting the Finance Expertise Team over the different activities such as Integration processes, and the operationalization of the team decisions.

3. Participating to monitor the budget process and ensure the reliability of the monthly financial data.

4. Ensure Group Process  & standards are applied.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ higher education and over 5 of experience in a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment (cross-functional Finance expertise). A preparatory class or audit experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is meticulous while maintaining a friendly demeanor. This person will demonstrate an innate ability to be diplomatic and garner support from others for projects and improvements. The capacity to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments is essential.

This individual should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to accurately and effectively report on missions and projects to be implemented.

Marketing Project Manager (Rap/RnB/Afrobeats)

The Job

Managing a wide range of artists across our growing frontline Rap/ RnB roster, this role is tasked with creating, delivering and co-ordinating marketing and promotional campaigns for domestic and international releases.  

Working autonomously and as part of the Artist Services team, the Marketing Manager is in charge of co-ordinating releases and driving campaigns through to completion.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic campaign planning and product creation
  • Liaising directly with artists and artist managements to deliver creative and successful campaigns
  • Working closely with the A&R team to coordinate product delivery and campaign timelines 
  • Asset creation (artwork, photos, videos, etc.) 
  • Sourcing and managing press, online, radio and TV teams for each project 
  • Working with the Digital Marketing team to deliver creative, innovative and efficient digital advertising and social media campaigns
  • Working with internal teams to develop streaming strategy and innovative activations across DSPs
  • Working with the International Marketing team to roll out campaigns in international markets
  • Working with external creative and media buying agencies

Qualifications

Accounts & Taxation Manager

The Job

We’re seeking a result-oriented professional with experience in preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, budgets and other financial reports, independently handling direct and indirect tax compliance, statutory, tax and transfer pricing audits. 

The role will have a bifurcation 60:40 ratio, with 60% dedicated to tax and compliance and 40% to accounting activities. 

The incumbent will report to the Head of Accounting. 

Responsibilities: 

Accounting: 

  • Review general ledger balances, understand trends and challenge any anomalies 
  • Review and approve monthly Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & P&L’s reports 
  • Finalisation and reporting of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 
  • Ensure compliance with Ind AS/I-GAAP 
  • Overlook maintenance of day-to-day accounting on SAGE of Indian group subsidiaries 
  • Review and validate the monthly/quarterly/annual closing entries 
  • Assisting corporate office on need basis for global consolidation of accounts 
  • Coordinating/interaction with auditors of respective entities for completion of limited reviews and year-end audit. 
  • Coordinating/interaction with various consultant appointed by group for statutory activities and other consulting services 

Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance: 

  • Statutory and regulatory compliance like Income tax, GST, TDS, etc.  
  • Independently handling statutory/tax/transfer pricing audits 
  • Track, prepare and submit responses to various departmental notices/scrutiny’s/assessments including representations 
  • Miscellaneous tasks: 
  • Effective interaction with other departments, units and subsidiaries of the Company for various activities on timely basis, 
  • Management and development of Internal financial controls and processes. 
  • Review proposed business transactions and provide guidance to stakeholders both from accounting and compliance perspective 
  • Identify and escalate control issues, errors and identify efficiency opportunities 
  • Provide local management with quality financial analysis for financial results and its implication. 

Mandatory Skills: 

  • The role would involve performing tasks and managing the team as well as meeting deadlines and strive to continuously improve the quality.
  • Require hands on experience in the areas of accounting & direct and indirect tax compliances and departmental representations 
  • Strong communication and people skill is essential. Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business 
  • Team managing experience would be required 
  • Must have an eye for detail and should possess strong strategic & analytical skills.

Qualifications

Profil recherché:

  • Compétences en agilité: Expérience confirmée en méthodologies agiles et en coaching d’équipes de développement.

Creator marketing lead (H/F)

The Job

As part of the development of a strategic new service for some of our artists at Believe, we are in search of a Creator Marketing Lead with exceptional skills on project management, and strong knowledge on Creator marketing and Media buying, with a specific focus on short-form platforms like TikTok. This role requires both a data-driven & problem-solving mindset to help conceive & run a brand-new artist development offer on Short-form platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentic content that resonates with short-form platform audiences. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Lead Creator marketing campaigns, the team and the spent commitment (70%): 

  • Manage a team of 2 creator marketing specialists 

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize creator marketing campaigns 

  • Evaluate platform-validated content submissions ensuring it meets our campaign’s creative and strategic standards 

  • Launch ads campaign to support creator marketing contents 

  • Define and deploy testing strategies to improve performance and identify new opportunities (e.g. A/B test, new levers to deploy,..) 

  • Analyze campaign data to assess content performance and provide actionable insights for campaign and process refinement. 

  • Manage partnership spent commitment 

 

Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to strengthen campaign efficiency (20%): 

  • Product team to design solutions that automate campaign workflows & reporting. This would involve expressing clear functional requirements, interface testing and providing actionable feedback. 

  • Data & Insights teams on large-scale studies, providing comprehensive field knowledge that leads to more robust insights. 

  • Partner Product team to provide feedback on platform features, performance insights and business needs. 

 

Enhance Creator Marketing intelligence at Believe (10%): 

  • Developing guidelines for setting up and launching successful, including budget, audience targeting, creator pitch to enable compelling and authentic content…Supporting go-to-market strategy by creating best practices, sales argument, … 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in English with French and German as a plus. You are at ease communicating within an international environment. 

  • Experience with digital marketing or influencer campaign management, using media buying tool (TikTok Ads manager, Meta business suite,…). Demonstrated ability in creative concept ideation and writing campaign briefs. 

  • Good understanding of the influencer landscape, particularly within the US, UK and German markets. Deep understanding of short-form platforms and what music, content & mechanics resonate with audiences. 

  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate content and assess campaign effectiveness. 

  • Ease in using AI tool such as ChatGPT 

  • Ease in navigating exploration projects which can change course strategically. 

  • The capability to work independently, managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines efficiently. 

  • Strong communication skills, particularly for providing constructive feedback and creative guidance.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on digital or influencer marketing. 

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools, as well as basic data analysis software.
