As an Artist Support Specialist, you will work directly with TuneCore artists to help them distribute their music online, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they have about their service. In this role, you will primarily support our growing French market:
Answer customer emails, DMs, and phone calls to help artists distribute their music, and to use other TuneCore services
Resolve issues and questions customers have about TuneCore products and services
Work within TuneCore’s administrative system to update and correct account issues; cancel account content as needed
Product account management
Provide reporting on customer and product issues
Work with a team on special projects as needed
Report technical and communication issues in order to better service TuneCore artists
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Believe MENA is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join its Artist Services team. Reporting into the Head of Artist Services MENA with a dotted line to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible of the development of marketing plans for Believe Artist Services artists releases in coordination with the Believe Artist Services team.
This role will be based out of Egypt or Lebanon.

· As the owner of artist and releases music promotion, the candidate is expected to have expertise and experience in all aspects of music promotion, including strategy, creative development, campaign planning, and execution.
· Grow the artists music streaming performance on the different local and international platforms by skillfully utilizing the current methods and proactively developing new channels of music marketing.
· Excellent communication & project management skills to implement the marketing activities with internal & external teams smoothly and effectively.
· Strong capacity to manage marketing budget.
· Be data-savvy. Monitor and analyze on marketing campaign effectiveness and provide in-depth campaign analysis and review report.
· Resourceful in music marketing partners/media/vendors/influencers, etc, and be good at building and maintaining good cooperation relationship and enhancing the artist music positive influence.
· Proactively look for and try new opportunities with reflective insights to help artists of different stages develop in their music careers.

As part of the development of a strategic new service for some of our artists at Believe, we are in search of a Creator Marketing Lead with exceptional skills on project management, and strong knowledge on Creator marketing and Media buying, with a specific focus on short-form platforms like TikTok. This role requires both a data-driven & problem-solving mindset to help conceive & run a brand-new artist development offer on Short-form platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of authentic content that resonates with short-form platform audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Creator marketing campaigns, the team and the spent commitment (70%):
Manage a team of 2 creator marketing specialists
Set up, monitor, and optimize creator marketing campaigns
Evaluate platform-validated content submissions ensuring it meets our campaign’s creative and strategic standards
Launch ads campaign to support creator marketing contents
