The Job
1. Report to regional GM, The Taiwan distribution team management :
-Define objectives and missions and assess performance
-Organize the team missions accordingly to sales strategy
-Organize team meetings and build team cohesion
2. Lead the Taiwan distribution team to develop potential Label/Artist :
-Sourcing the potential customer in Taiwan market
-Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent labels/artists
-Negotiate with customers and propose the best package
-Analyze and track sales performance and other related business processes
3. Lead the account manager to implement distribution services for Labels/Artists
-Manage content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform
-Coordinate with regional and global EMP Marketing teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers
-Listen and understand the real needs of customers with a quick response, constantly improve service quality
Qualifications
1. Have the same values with us: integrity and transparency
2. People management experience
3. Have excellent communication & presentation skills, and quick learning ability
4. Fluent English in reading and writing
5. Data minded, sales experienced preferred.
