Working with our local content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on music content.
Sales: Negotiate and sign deals with artists in coordination with A&R team with South as a focus.
Operations: Manage existing artists and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
Data analysis: Analyse audience, Sales and performances history
Strategy: Build creative & profitable marketing plans to develop the lifecycle of a project
Execution: Execute marketing plans in coordination with internal teams and handle day to day relationship with talent and partners
Manage : Audio & video distribution
Coordination: Coordinates and manages the project with all internal stakeholders (trade marketing, support, digital marketing, branding, etc)
Budget & Finance: Manage marketing budget and P&L for each project
Reporting & Performances: Deliver sales and marketing reports to all teams and partners on a monthly and quarterly basis
