The Job

Our mission is to provide the best distribution services for independent labels and artists with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.  

Working with our local content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on music content. 

Missions: 

  • Sales: Negotiate and sign deals with artists in coordination with A&R team with South as a focus.  

  • Operations: Manage existing artists and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry 

  • Data analysis: Analyse audience, Sales and performances history  

  • Strategy: Build creative & profitable marketing plans to develop the lifecycle of a project 

  • Execution: Execute marketing plans in coordination with internal teams and handle day to day relationship with talent and partners 

  • Manage : Audio & video distribution 

  • Coordination: Coordinates and manages the project with all internal stakeholders (trade marketing, support, digital marketing, branding, etc) 

  • Budget & Finance: Manage marketing budget and P&L for each project 

  • Reporting & Performances: Deliver sales and marketing reports to all teams and partners on a monthly and quarterly basis
