The Job
Rattaché au responsable de la comptabilité client au sein au de la direction financière de Believe International, dans le cadre d’un remplacement en CDD (environ 6 mois).
Quotidien
- Contrôle des factures émises digitales
- Saisie et lettrage des encaissements
- Saisie des factures de Production Marketing et Distribution Digitale & Physique.
- Analyse des Balances, alerte sur anomalie de certains comptes
- Analyse cadrage du chiffre d’affaire digital et du système financier.
Mensuel
- Participation aux opérations de Clôture des comptes auxiliaires
- Cadrage du Chiffre d’Affaire et du système financier
- Analyse des comptes avec factures à établir ou provisions à renseigner
- Production de rapports financiers Balance âgée, Rapports PMD et autres
- Justification des comptes clients
- Vérification des reclasses à faire
- Mettre à jour les données KPI’s
Autres
- Réunions Hebdomadaire avec les opérationnels (aborder les problématiques et trouver des solutions)
- Saisie des factures Adhoc clients
- Préparation et justification auprès des CAC
- Cette liste n’est pas limitée
Qualifications
- De formation supérieure avec une spécialisation en compta/Finance, vous justifiez d’une expérience opérationnelle d’au moins 5 ans en comptabilité auxiliaire, au cours de laquelle vous avez développé les compétences suivantes :
- Excel : niveau avancé (recherche V, TCD, fonctions …)
- Bon rédactionnel (compte rendu de réunion …)
- La connaissance de Sage X3 est un plus
- Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements professionnels en perpétuel évolution.
- Autonome
Vous maitrisez impérativement l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral) ainsi que les outils informatiques.
