TuneCore is looking for a results-driven Artist Account Growth Specialist with a focus on client conversion and revenue generation. The Artist Account Growth Specialist will focus on engaging and growing relationships with existing TuneCore artists, helping them maximize their growth and explore new opportunities within our platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high value artists into TuneCore’s account management program, and TuneCore Accelerator program, ensuring they experience seamless and impactful music distribution services through our artist development program.
You will actively drive sales by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and successfully onboard them to the success program and their catalog to the TuneCore platform. Working closely with the Artist Success and Support teams and other internal departments, you’ll secure high-value and high potential accounts, ensure their successful onboarding, and contribute to their ongoing success with TuneCore’s digital distribution platform.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record in sales and client acquisition, ideally within the music, entertainment, or tech industries.
You will be in a client-facing role that encompasses the following responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Development: Identify and qualify existing and new high-value and high potential TuneCore artists through targeted outreach, networking, and research.
Client Acquisition: Engage with prospective clients, present TuneCore’s services, and convert leads into paying customers.
Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding.
Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at independent record labels, independent artists, and other stakeholders in the music industry to foster growth and retention.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Artist Success and Support, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop tailored sales pitches, marketing materials, opportunities and sales strategies that meet the needs of target clients.
Sales Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, including lead conversion rates, revenue generation, and account performance. Analyze sales data to refine strategies and optimize results.
Onboarding Support: After closing sales, collaborate with the Artist Success/Support team to ensure smooth onboarding and ensure clients are set up for success with TuneCore’s platform and services.
Market & Industry Insights: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging music distribution technologies to better address client needs and drive sales strategies.
Client Acquisition Focus: Strong track record of building and converting leads into customers, particularly in B2B or B2C environments.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with the confidence to pitch TuneCore’s services to a wide range of potential clients.
Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), sales enablement tools, and digital content management platforms. Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Sales Motivation & Goal-Oriented: Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
Problem-Solving & Objection Handling: Ability to handle objections and find creative solutions that meet clients’ needs while closing sales.

As a Label Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of existing label accounts while actively sourcing and closing new business opportunities. You’ll need to balance strategic relationship management with proactive lead generation, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deeper partnerships. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales for the US Latin, Andean, and Southern Cone regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
• Own and grow a portfolio of existing labels and artist accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., services, marketing, catalog migration)
• Provide structured business reviews and performance insights to clients
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in collaboration with label managers and support teams
• Maintain high retention and client satisfaction rates
New Business Development
• Proactively prospect and qualify new leads (emerging and mid-size labels)
• Use market data and competitive insights to target priority genres and regions
• Pitch Believe’s value proposition and negotiate deals aligned with margin and ROI goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess deal feasibility and onboarding paths
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Track market trends, genre movements, and competitor activity

• 3–6 years of experience in music distribution, label relations, or music tech platforms
• Proven success in sales, account management, or business development
• Strong understanding of the Latin music ecosystem (US Hispanic + LATAM preferred)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese a plus)
• Data-driven mindset with a practical understanding of music analytics tools
