TH – AS Booking Operations Specialist

The Job

• Contribute to improving the most efficient tools and processes for booking

• Imagine and implement touring strategies (scheduling, priority targets, prices) with artists and their management

• Define the artistic directions of the shows

• Set up tours: prospect, negotiate, finalize the various contracts with programmers, broadcasters, concert halls

• Coordinate, manage the project overall and transmit information internally and externally

• Ensure daily relationships with the artist’s entourage

• Monitor tour budgets with the production team

• Search for new artists to enrich the roster

Qualifications

  • You have an excellent network and experience in venues, festivals, shows, preferably in the local music scene.
  • Experience in managing production and co-production budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

TH – AS Booking Administration Manager

The Job

  • Manage the schedule of all bookings, taking into account client preferences and availability of resources

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all details of the booking are confirmed and communicated in a timely manner

  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on bookings, cancellations, and other relevant data

  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately according to company policy

  • Send promotional material to clients to promote artist live performances

  • Make sure that all travel arrangements are confirmed and all required documentation is provided

  • Communicate with travel suppliers such as airlines and hotels to ensure that reservations are being processed correctly

  • Handle client complaints in a tactful and efficient manner 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a booking operation service or similar role in local record labels or talent booking agencies

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • College or undergraduate degree preferred.

TH – Live Senior Leader

The Job

Reporting to the Head of Artist Services, the Live Senior Leader will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement innovative communication and marketing strategies for tours at local and international level, in conjunction with labels, managers, press and partners
  • Propose and monitor corresponding budgets, and negotiate space purchases
  • Design communication, supports online and offline in conjunction with graphic designers
  • Contribute to the development of Live, particularly through its digital communication (website, social networks)

TH – AS Head of Marketing Expertise

The Job

  • Marketing Expertisement : Design, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns, analyze market trends and conduct competitor research. The ideal candidate to have a ROI-driven approach who understands the artist development, can build a long-term strategy in close partnership with the Sales team (Project Manager and A&R). This position would be responsible for building Top charting artists in the country.
  • Data analysis: analyze audience, sales and performances history
  • Strategy:
      1. Orchestrate Marketing team (Editorial & Marketing Partnership, Digital Marketing Manager and Video Manager)  to build creative & profitable marketing plan to develop project successfully and to drive market share/consumption on digital services.
      2. Work with Local, SEA & Central Artist Sucess team to develop marketing strategies to showcase Artist Services expertise and brand awareness.
      3. Develop strong partnerships with DSPs in the country to increase marketing opportunities, thus increasing market share
  • Mentoring : Support and provide guidance and advice on the impact of marketing key results to Marketing team member (EMP, DM, VM)

The Job

  • Jointly responsible for Believe SEA’s new business targets, measured by company KPIs.

TH (Isan) – Junior Video Channel Manager

The Job

  • Daily video optimization/analyzation support for producers including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.
  • Elaboration of Business Reviews, Optimization Plan, Channel Audit, Analysis, and support Sales team in potential acquisition targets
  • Educate and on-boarded the producers on product knowledge such as YouTube analytics, YouTube Policies and Copyrights, etc.
  • Implement strategies and Best Practices for artists’ and labels’ channels across video platforms.
  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution Team to analyse clients’ concerns to solve complex support problems by troubleshooting and investigating client and product, prioritizing and escalating issue reports through JIRA.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as YouTube Channel Manager / Creator Development.
