The Job

Missions

  • Drive streams of an artist across his full catalogue, audio or video

You will do this through performing these to the highest of standards and effectiveness:

  • Data analysis: analyse audience, sales, and performances history
  • Strategy: build creative & profitable marketing plan to develop project successfully
  • Execution: execute marketing plan; handle day to day relationship with artist, management, and partners; manage audio & video distribution (and coordinate physical, if any)
  • Coordination: coordinates project with all teams internal and external (editorial & marketing partnerships, AS support, digital marketing, branding, etc)
  • Budget & Finance: manage marketing budget and P&L for each projec
  • Reporting & Performances: deliver sales and marketing reports to all teams

The Job

Office Management

  • Manage the relationship with vendors/ suppliers and external service providers i.e. telco operator, internet provider, cleaning services, etc
  • Work alongside with Finance in maintaining a budget for office expenses.
  • Handle procurement or purchase request from internal/external stakeholders
  • Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility
  • General administration duties including maintaining of copier machine and other office equipment etc repair and maintenance for office equipment
  • Maintain and replenish of pantry and stationeries control
  • Liaison with Travel Agent, Airlines and Hotel Reps. for Corporate rates
  • Assist in arrangement for hotel reservations for events, meetings etc
  • Travel and visa arrangement for Thailand office; assist and handling of visas for local and region request
  • Postage / mail handling, courier service arrangement
  • Liaison with the landlord on structural issues, problem resolution with the office space, fire safety and security etc
  • Business name card printing arrangement
  • Support HR and IT with onboard preparation i.e. laptop set up, issuance/ update of staff security access pass
  • Provide the front line of visitor hospitality, ensuring guests are cordially received in a prompt manner and directed to the proper meeting place
  • Maintains and updates the Asset Register including asset tagging
  • Acts as the liaison for all visitors coming from other Believe entities worldwide.
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties including corresponding with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contact point for all IT related issues coordinating with Believe Helpdesk/ Security for IT asset management lifecycle to include receiving hardware deliveries, unboxing and secure storage of all hardware and software, printer setup, and remote troubleshooting assistance, etc
  • Supporting other Executive in terms of calendars, claims etc

 

Executive Assistant

  • Personal admin support to Thailand management team
  • Managing and coordination of complex calendars and organising meetings and appointments for managing director
  • Assisting the managers/executives of important tasks and deadlines
  • Organization of meetings including the preparation of reports and follow-up of actions
  • Organization of travel, update of organizational charts
  • Preparation of presentation documents for working committees
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Monitoring of various transversal projects

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English and Thai
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at multitasking and confident in project management
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, etc)

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Diploma in any field of study with min 2-years of relevant experience in office administration and min 1 year of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant

TH – AS Digital Marketing Manager

The Job

As the Digital Marketing Manager, within the Artists Services division, you will be key to the artists online and audience development in the Thailand market. The role will have a matrix reporting to both Local Head of Artist Services (Business) and Regional Head of Digital Marketing (Functional). You will:

 

 

You will be a valuable resource to Artist Services Lead and Project Managers to research artists’ target audience and position in market through thorough analysis of all data available. With this data, you will elaborate the artists’ development strategy on digital media platforms, defining the content to be produced, platforms to utilize, optimal schedule and budget, and coordinate the execution of which.

 

You will leverage the artists’ channels to grow audience, and increase engagement by implementing both organic activations and paid media campaigns, through relevant online and social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, influencers etc. You will manage and monitor digital marketing budgets, set and maintain KPIs, while delivering weekly reports on digital marketing performance for the artists, external stakeholders and relevant cross functions teams.

The Job

  • Proactively promote Believe “Artist Services & Artist Development” catalogue on key local digital stores:
    • Handle day to day relationships with DSPs: set up communication process & tools. 
    • Explore ways to further our catalogue visibility 
    • Develop strong knowledge on playlisting & on-store promotion strategies 
    • Develop market share & revenue 
  • Develop & execute marketing partnerships with DSPs:
    • Imagine, build and deploy innovative marketing campaigns with top retailers (content creation, co-marketing, etc), in coordination with Believe Artist Service teams
  • Reporting & Performances:
    • Deliver trade marketing reports to all teams, monitor KPI & analyse performances
  • Monitor local market practices: 
    • Competitive initiatives & market trends
  • International: 
    • Promote IKRs (International Key Releases) locally, brought and coordinated by IKR central team

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in creative marketing, digital strategist
  • An excellent knowledge of digital music services locally
  • Existing relationships with local DSP’s representatives and editorials would be a plus
  • Creativity & Marketing – ability to imagine creative marketing campaigns to develop engagement with DSPs
  • A keen and creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities
  • The ability to identify and analyse releases and store sales trends
  • A strong sense of priorities
