Job Summary
The Manager: Revenue Optimisation will lead on ensuring all opportunities to fully maximise potential sources of publishing related income are identified and maximised. They will use their knowledge of additional royalty generating opportunities to give direction on areas of focus for the Live Claims and Income Tracking teams. They will oversee the work of the audit team (in collaboration with the Copyright Assurance Officer and Insights Team), using data analysis to identify any actions required to ensure everything is in place to allow for maximum revenue optimisation.

Continually assess the operations of the Live Claims, Audit & Activity Tracking teams and work with management to implement improvements.
Set and ensure KPIs are being met both internally and across collection network.
Work with Head of Rights to ensure the continual development of Copyright team skills.
Tracking
Exploring all avenues of Revenue Optimisation to ensure our clients catalogues are returning maximum value.
Working with the tracking team to give direction on focus for generating royalties and reviewing results to report back to business.
