Business Analyst

The Job

Reporting to General Manager Operations CEEMENAT, and on dotted line to our central Data Intelligence Team in France, your objective is to reinforce the company’s Analytics function by delivering data-driven insights to the leadership team to guide business decisions.  

You will be responsible for conducting research and analysis, structuring projects managing data resources, and preparing insights for business. You will be able to leverage large and diverse databases (xls, CSV, SQL,…) to extract meaningful information and render it into user-friendly dashboards and analyses.  

You will both be able to work on requests as well as show initiative in designing specific tools or dashboards to build new tools and visualizations.  

The Data Analyst supports our Business Leadership Teams on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data (as well as its interpretation) is delivered.  

 

  • Support manager to conduct in depth investigative & intelligence research by gathering various data and information; 

  • In collaboration with central Data team in France, develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports according to business requirements; 

  • Market size and market trends external data mining by gather various data and information, verifying the credibility and quality of the information/data/sources; 

  • Analyzing information, drawing implications for our business; 

  • Coordinating research and working closely with Data Intelligence team in France; 

  • Support all IT related activities across the Region. 

Qualifications

 

  • Degree in : Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Digital Marketing  

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, business data analysis or comparable experience in other data-driven environment 

  • Experience in producing complex dashboard using Power BI 

  • Familiar with python and SQL 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and present the information with attention to detail and accuracy for reporting and communications 

  • Working knowledge in BI/Visualization tools such as Data studio/ Power BI/ Tableau is beneficial 

  • Google Sheet + Google Apps Script or Excel + VBScript experience preferred, particularly for data manipulation / cleansing

Digital Marketing Assistant Innovation -Stage (H/F/NB)

The Job

En intégrant l’équipe central marketing et notamment les équipes spécialisées dans la stratégie marketing, vous interviendrez sur les différents projets innovants liés aux leviers organiques de développement d’audience des artistes sur les plateformes digitales (social, vidéo, audio streaming).  

Le stagiaire bénéficiera d’une immersion double, collaborant à la fois avec le pôle « Partner Innovation & Strategy » et le pôle « Creative Innovation », afin d’acquérir une vision globale de notre approche pour imaginer les opportunités marketing de demain tout en développant des compétences complémentaires dans les deux domaines. 

Missions :  

  • Support à la gestion de projet : assister dans la gestion des projets du département Global Marketing Intelligence. Assister à la mise en place de programmes de test “proof of concept”. 

  • Production d’intelligence marketing : contribuer à la production de supports d’analyses, d’études ad hoc, supports pédagogiques et articles sur des sujets d’expertise en marketing, plateformes sociales, créativité et production de contenu dans le secteur musical.  

  • Suivi stratégique opérationnel : participer au suivi opérationnel et à l’exécution de notre stratégie globale de marketing digital, incluant le développement et le déploiement des outils marketing, ainsi que le suivi et le reporting de leur utilisation et performance. 

  • Benchmarking, audit & veille : réaliser des benchmarks et rédiger des directives pour les Digital Marketing Managers locaux. Effectuer des audits et des veilles concurrentielles pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques. 

  • Collaboration au deploiement des outils marketing: 

  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation quotidienne des outils (répondre à leurs questions, créer des FAQ, élaborer des guides d’utilisateur/best practices, etc.). 

  • Assurer le suivi et le reporting de l’utilisation et de la performance des outils. 

  • Développement d’expertise : Développer une compréhension approfondie des plateformes sociales, vidéo et audio streaming.

As a TA Operations Manager in the Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will oversee the daily operations of the talent acquisition (TA) function, ensuring the seamless execution of recruiting activities and processes. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment cycle through the management of systems, analytics, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing recruitment tools, leading process improvements, and providing strategic operational support to the talent acquisition team.

Missions:

  • Operations Management: Lead the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, including workflow optimization, system administration, and process improvement. Work with HR ops team to maintain the playbooks and guides up to date. Oversee the implementation and utilization of our recruitment tools (ATS and CRM : SmartRecruiters, AssessFirst, others). Train team members on best practices, system usage, and new processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple talent acquisition projects, from planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation, across diverse regions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
  • Process Optimization: Review current recruitment processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices, standardize procedures, and introduce technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors, agencies, and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

CSR Manager

The Job

As CSR & Engagement Project Manager you will report to the Group CSR & Engagement VP and you will work closely with the CSR & Engagement team and the central and local HR teams. You will contribute to increase people engagement and CSR awareness and impact aligned with Believe CSR strategy, “Shaping Music for Good”, thanks to the following missions:

CSR & Engagement projects:  manage directly or contribute to global projects and guidelines in coordination with the CSR team.

 

  • Employee Engagement survey:
    • Coordinate and manage the deployment of the employee engagement survey and pulse surveys, ensuring deliverables, timeline, dashboards and results reports, supporting transformation & change.
    • Support the local HR and managers in analyzing results and defining corrective actions, in coordination with the Local CSR Managers.
       
  • Shaping Together – Employee Citizen volunteering program
    • Coordinate globally the deployment of Shaping Together, providing guidelines and tools.
    • Monitor and consolidate the level of participation with internal dashboard.
    • Contribute to implement global initiatives (ie: sports & charity app challenges, webcast on specific topics, CSR awareness).

    • In collaboration with the CSR Performance senior manager, contribute to the production of the Sustainability Report within the framework of the new CSRD EU regulation, focusing on social and governance topics (double materiality, stakeholder surveys, drafting, project management…) and coordination with the various contributors (HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and business departments).

 

  • Operational excellence:
    • Propose, structure and implement process, organization and tools that will help our teams to improve our efficiency and impact, and assist the VP CR & Engagement on some transversal topics (preparation of the CSR Committee, CSR targets…)
    • Coordinate and contribute to the budget process for CSR & Engagement at global and local level.

    Qualifications

     

    • You have 4 / 5 years of experience in leading and managing successfully international projects and programs, in the HR and CSR environment and/or in consulting. You have proven skill of project management, structuring and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative information.

    Senior Project Manager – Migration (H/F)

    The Job

    We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to participate in the management of a flagship transformation program at BELIEVE. This program aims to migrate our data to the Cloud from our On Prem Data Centers. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving the Migration flow of the BeOdyssey program as a member of the program management team. 

     

    Responsibilities and daily tasks:

    • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and other relevant parties, to provide updates on program status, address concerns, and gather feedback.
    • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues that may impact the program’s objectives, and developing mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure that project teams have the necessary support to meet their objectives.
    • Quality Assurance: Monitoring the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the established standards and requirements.
    • Change Management: Managing changes to the program scope, schedule, and budget, and assessing the impact of those changes on the program’s overall objectives in collaboration with theChange Manager.
    • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Tracking the progress of individual projects within the program, compiling status reports, and presenting updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Issue Resolution: Addressing issues and conflicts that arise within the program or between project teams, and facilitating resolution through negotiation, mediation, or escalation as necessary.
    • Documentation Management: Maintaining program documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records, to ensure that information is accurate and accessible to all stakeholders.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management activities. 

     

    Qualifications

    • At least 5 years of experience in a program management role, preferably in technology or the music industry.
    • Proven experience managing complex transformation programs.

    En tant qu’Executive Assistant votre mission sera d’assister deux Directrices.eurs membres du Comex :

    Le Directeur Général de Believe France (responsable de l’ensemble des activités commerciales sur le marché français, et des équipes qui en ont la charge) – basé à Paris

    La Présidente de la région Central, Southern & Eastern Europe (CSEE) – Middle East, North Africa & Turkey (MENAT) – Amériques (responsable des activités commerciales sur l’ensemble des pays des régions où l’offre est déployée) – basée à Paris

    Le poste est basé à Paris, au cœur des équipes commerciales, dont vous faites partie à part entière.

     

    Vos missions seront principalement :

    • Gestion et coordination d’agendas complexes,

    • Organisation des réunions incluant l’agenda, l’élaboration des comptes rendus de réunions et le suivi des actions

    Level 2 Opérationnel Support

    The Job

    Vous travaillerez au sein de la Supply Chain, en tant que membre de l’équipe Audio Content Ops. Vos principales missions seront :

    • Support de niveau 2
     – escalade support niveau 1
     – tickets bugs outils : correctifs et remontées de tickets aux équipes produits.

    • Gestion & Support sur les process de Upsell Tunecore, transfert ou ingestion de catalogues (ingestion xml, template xls) et exports de catalogues.

    • Assurer et maintenir une optimisation des process de tickets internes.

    • Acteur de la chaine de création/d’optimisation des produits Content 

    • Gestion de projet (mise en place, amélioration, bascule, …) des process Content

    • Single point of Contact PO/PM de la supply chain et participation aux projets (testing, sprint review) pour améliorer la productivité et l’UX/CX.

    Customer Care Representative (M/W/D)

    The Job

    Believe is looking for a Customer Care & Support Specialist for a permanent contract.

    Integrated into the Customer Care & Support department, you will be the main point of contact of our customers (Producers, Labels, Artistes) to solve their issues and requests.

    Your main role and responsibilities are:

    • Resolve issues related to content, royalties, reporting, and copyright, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction.
    • Manage audio operational tasks to help Customers (modification of information attached to the audio, help in case of technical issue)
    • Onboard and train Artists and Labels on Believe internal tools
    • Contribute to the Support knowledge bases to improve the autonomy of our clients 
    • Maintain a regular and close communication with Sales teams

    Qualifications

    Sales Ops Customer Finance Project Manager – Operations department

    The Job

    The Project Marketing Manager will be reporting to the Customer Finance Operations Director and in dotted line to the Customer Finance Product Director.

    She/he will address three types of projects:

    The Job

    L’équipe “Video & Audience Development” (VAD) est chargée de concevoir des stratégies innovantes de développement d’audience pour nos artistes et labels dans le but de maximiser leurs revenus et leur popularité, et de déployer ces stratégies à l’international.   

    En tant qu’assistant(e) dans l’équipe VAD, votre mission consiste à comprendre le fonctionnement global de Believe mais surtout à maîtriser les services de l’équipe VAD.   

    Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous participerez aux différents projets de l’équipe et serez encouragé(e) à faire des suggestions pour améliorer notre fonctionnement, nos processus et accroître l’efficacité de l’équipe internationales. 

    Votre mission, qui sera amenée à évoluer durant la durée du stage, comprendra les tâches suivantes :   

    Animation des équipes internationales VAD & reporting  

    • Diffusion hebdomadaire des actualités concernant les plateformes (YouTube, TikTok…) et les dernières stratégies video & développement d’audience aux équipes VAD à l’international 
    • Suivi de l’activité des équipes VAD à l’international pour la partager avec la direction générale. Vous suivrez par exemple la participation aux sessions de formation pour s’assurer que nous atteignons les objectifs.  

    Intégration et formation des équipes VAD   

    • Suivi des nouvelles recrues VAD dans le monde afin d’assurer un parcours d’accueil fluide. 
    • Création et mise à jour des contenus de formation de Développement d’Audience pour les équipes locales, tout en assurant le suivi des résultats. 
    • Production d’articles pour la Base de connaissance afin que les équipes locales aient l’expertise nécessaires pour déployer les meilleures stratégies pour développer les artistes et labels locaux.  

    Coordination de projets internes 

    • Vous prendrez part aux différents projets de l‘équipe selon l’actualité, allant de la conception du projet jusqu’au déploiement final. 
    • Vous travaillerez par exemple avec les experts de chaque plateforme pour créer des contenus éducationnels et/ou stratégiques à destination des équipes locales ou des Artistes et Labels.
