Reporting to the People Director of Greater China, you will be providing a broad range of Admin & EA to MDO & HR operational works for all the 5 offices in Greater China. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Local Customer Support is the major point of contract for our Customers. You will use our ticketing tool (Salesforce) to handle a daily number of request and achieve mission by providing timely, qualitative and innovative answers with care and transparency, using a high level of communication skills. You will also have to contribute to team effort to maintain high customer satisfaction and excellent standards service.
Job Duties:
1 As the owner of artist music promotion being assigned, the candidate is expected with expertise and experience in artist music promotion from strategy, creative, campaign planning to execution.
2 Grow the artists music streaming performance on TME/NCM/Qishui, etc.by skillfully utilizing the current methods and proactively developing new channels of music marketing.
3 Establish& enhance the artist music positive influence by leveraging music critics/influencers/media/s/cross-over activities/industry awards/creative campaigns etc.
4 Excellent communication & project management skills to implement the marketing activities with internal & external teams smoothly and effectively.
5 Be data-savvy. Monitor and analyze on marketing campaign effectiveness and provide in-depth campaign analysis and review report.
6 Resourceful in music marketing partners/media/vendors/influencers, etc, and be good at building and maintaining good cooperation relationship.
7 Proactively look for and try new opportunities with reflective insights to help artists of different stages develop in their music careers.
8 Assist in corporate social media operation and content generation.
1 Native Chinese Speaker, Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
2 Related working experience: 2 years+ (the candidate is supposed to have successful showcases as the owner)
3 Be self-motivated, organized, and open-minded
4 Have good teamwork spirit and long-term vision
5 Love music. If you are very in Hiphop music/culture, it’s a plus.
1.The Artist distribution team management :
-Define objectives and missions and assess performance
-Organize the team missions accordingly to sales strategy
-Organize team meetings and build team cohesion
2.Lead the Artist distribution team to develop potential Artist :
-Sourcing the potential customers in China market
-Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent artists
-Negotiate with customers and propose the best package
-Analyze and track sales performance and other related business processes
3. Work with LASD and associate with account manager to implement distribution services for Artists
-Manage content for artists and optimize content performance on the platform
-Coordinate with EMP Marketing teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers
-Listen and understand the real needs of customers with a quick response, constantly improve service quality
