The Job

1.The northern region distribution team management

-Define objectives and missions and assess performance

-Organize the team missions accordingly to sales strategy

-Organize team meetings and build team cohesion


2.Lead the northern region distribution team to develop potential Label/Artist

-Sourcing the potential customer in the eastern market

-Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent labels/artists

-Negotiate with customers and propose the best package

-Analyze and track sales performance and other related business processes


3.Lead the account manager to implement distribution services for Labels/Artists

-Manage content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform

-Coordinate with regional and global EMP Marketing teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers

-Listen and understand the real needs of customers with a quick response, constantly improve service quality
