As an Artist Relation Manager, you will lead and support the team in a constantly technological, strategical and mutating environment with changing processes and policies.

You will manage a portfolio of artists and execute our distribution services. You will make sure artists and their team will be satisfied of our distribution services. 

In parallel, you will contribute to business development by identifying, sourcing and negotiating distribution deals with artists.

Thanks to a perfect understanding of our products and clients’ needs, a solid sales strategy, and an in-depth thinking of the music market you will be able to, achieve sales objectives and manage a portfolio of artists. You will directly report into the Head of Sales and Distribution Services.

 

Missions :

1. Sales strategy and artist lookout 

·       Support and execute the sales strategy 

·       Manage a Customer Relation Management dashboards

·       Lead complex sales discussions with an innovative approach

·       Analyze and keep track of sales performance

2. Services execution and management of a portfolio of Artists  

·     Manage of portfolio of artists and identify customer satisfaction KPIs

·     Ensure cross-functional collaboration with the Head of Trade Marketing & Video Services to optimize flawless execution

·     Escalate client feedback and contribute to overall services improvement

Customer Care Representative

The Job

Believe is seeking a Customer Care & Support Specialist based in Lebanon. You will be the main point of contact for our MENA customers (Labels & Artists), addressing their issues and requests. 

Main Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve issues related to content, royalties, reporting, and copyright, ensuring compliance with SLAs. 

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction. 

  • Onboard and train Artists and Labels on Believe’s tools. 

  • Contribute to the Support knowledge base for client autonomy. 

  • Communicate regularly with Sales teams. 

  • Collaborate with Finance, Content, Product, and Contracts & Rights teams. 

  • Monitor and escalate customer feedback as needed. 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years experience in online customer service. 

  • Excellent communication skills with Care, Respect, and Empathy. 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities. 

  • Good product knowledge. 

  • Passionate about technology. 

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus. 

  • Fluent in Arabic, French, and English. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

  • Familiarity with the music industry and digital platforms is an advantage.

KH – Business Developer Associate, Label

The Job

1. Establish sales strategy and develop potential customers

  • Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent labels/artists
  • Participation in the negotiation and signing of contracts with customers and propose the best package
  • Analyse and track sales performance and other related business processes

2. Plan and implement distribution services for labels/artists

  • Manage content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform
  • Coordinate with regional and global Trade Marketing teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers

Post-Merger Integration Project Manager (PMI)

The Job

DMC is the leading player in Turkish music industry and a strong firepower on Youtube provided by its channel Netd.

This is a major program involving numerous key stakeholders: DMC, Believe Turkey, Believe’s central teams (HR, Finance, Operations…), and the Believe Global PMI office in charge of orchestrating the project. The Global PMI manager needs a local PMI manager attached to DMC managerial team to be the liaison between DMC and Believe.

She/he will be responsible for helping DMC management and operational teams in carrying out tasks, in mobilizing the rights contacts within DMC to gather information and get things done.

She/he will be hierarchically attached to the Deputy General Manager of DMC group.

She/he will address the following tasks:

  • Work in strong collaboration with DMC management to help them research and formalize information
  • Support the global PMI team to understand DMC service offers and operating model
  • Participate in the existing situation assessments
  • Participate in the preparation of PMO documentation (steering committees, workshops) and analysis (service mapping, target operating model…)
  • Run workshops with DMC operational teams

She/he will ensure that all the projects are moving on the correct path by:

  • Understanding the priorities, operating needs, and responsibilities of the different work streams, and anticipate, plan, and solve for cross functional interdependencies
  • Coordinating local cross functional local teams (including Commercial, Product, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc.)
  • Focusing the program on the most critical tasks and align all stakeholders with the deal objectives
  • Partnering with workstreams throughout the duration of the integration by providing consul and monitoring deliverables and reporting on progress, issues, and escalating risks
  • Communicating goals and objectives to all local stakeholders across all levels in the organization, including senior executives

Customer Support Specialist

The Job

As an Artist Support Specialist, you will work directly with TuneCore artists to help them distribute their music online, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they have about their service. In this role, you will primarily support our growing LATAM market:

– Answer customer emails, DMs, and phone calls to help artists distribute their music, and to use other TuneCore services

– Resolve issues and questions customers have about TuneCore products and services

– Work within TuneCore’s administrative system to update and correct account issues; cancel account content as needed

– Product account management

– Provide reporting on customer and product issues

– Work with a team on special projects as needed

– Report technical and communication issues in order to better service TuneCore artists

– Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

● Fluent in English and Spanish

● At least one year of experience working in an office and/or customer service

● Strong communications skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal

● Working knowledge of Mac and the Microsoft Office Suite

● Manage time effectively and prioritize workload

● Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team

The Job

The daily missions will be: 

  • Account development 
  • Day to day account management and responsibility for Believe’s key label accounts.
  • Support and advise clients on key campaign elements including promotion and streaming strategy and drive key artist campaigns with our Trade Marketing teams and DSPs to maximize global campaign results.
  • Advise key clients on non-distribution areas including PR, marketing, and touring.
  • Support and advise clients on key campaign elements including promotion and streaming strategy.
  • Identify and assist Believe’s Head of Distribution and Talent Scout team in signing the  most exciting emerging and established record label new business into the fast-growing area of digital distribution.
  • Deliver regular best practices and business reviews to your key clients.
  • Onboard and train clients to use Believe’s own tech solutions for distribution and marketing (Believe Backstage, Backlink, Datamusic).
  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing and promotional material, and campaign updates to Believe’s internal streaming marketing and sync teams. And work closely with all other central, and international departments in areas including: Video, Support, Marketing, A&R, Finance, HR, Data, and Content. 
  • Maintain close relationships and communication with the labels and their project teams and become an integral component of their business and team as a whole and on specific key artist projects.
  • Attend meetings, gigs, showcases, conferences and other events to represent Believe and your key clients.
  • Feedback and contribute to the general development of the Label Distribution team.
  • Complete all internal group and personal training, processes, OKRs required.

  • Experience in the music industry within a distributor, record label, management company preferred. Previous account development experience is a plus.

Business Development Senior Leader – Label (M/W/D)

The Job

As a Head of new business, part of our distribution team, your mission is to define and implement our sales strategy for independent artists and label in the country with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

You will work with a team of label sales manager and talent scouts in charge of selling distribution & marketing partnerships to a network of indie artists. You will support and guide the team to ensure we source, attract and sign new partners (artists and labels) in a constantly mutating environment.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Leading and developing a team of label sales managers and talent scouts
    • With exemplarity and by sharing Believe’s driving forces in your daily relations and activities
    • Set guidelines, strategy, and objectives to improve and assess the team’s performance
    • Support your team by identifying improvement needs and providing appropriate training, mentoring, and coaching
  • Sales and sourcing strategy
    • Define and implement your sales strategy and roadmap
    • Lead with your team the sales process and completion of deals aligned with the company procedures (salesforce, contract signatures)
    • Identify new business opportunities to initiate and close complex deals covering aspects such as legal, financial, marketing and communication components
    • Build and maintain an excellent network in the music industry based on reputation and quality of service
  • Leading the sales activity
    • Identify appropriate KPIs to measure the sales performance and ensure regular reporting and completeness of the data in all internal tools
    • Communicate priority targets and leads to the team and define actions plan, build a pipe of new artists and labels
    • Ensure the deals are aligned with defined business rules and internal process to guarantee successful relationship

  • Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company. French can be a plus
  • You have a relevant sales experience  and experience in people management.
  • You have a proven track record in sales management and a deep knowledge of the indie labels landscape
