The Job

As an Artist & Label Account manager you will manage a portfolio of artists & labels, execute our strategies, programs & tools to ensure their satisfaction, engagement, and success.

You will directly report into the Head of Sales and Distribution Services. 

Your role is to :

1. ensure retention for our existing accounts

2. ensure customer satisfaction, engagement and success

We expect you to be the contact point of client and to :

  • Deliver flawless service, and ensure cross-functional collaboration of teams, especially in terms :
    • operational support (liaising with customer support teams for Label and artist Managers)
    • Marketing optimization (with Editorial and Marketing Partnership teams)
  • Proactively provide best strategic support (proposing go-to-market strategies,  quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc)
  • Carefully focus your time and efforts on the right customers service, by monitoring closely your accounts’ performance through dedicated dashboards.
  • Upsell services which meet artist and/or label needs and potential
  • Participating in year-on-year development of customer’s revenue
  • Be responsible for legal retention needs.

Qualifications

Business skills :

  • Deep knowledge of the local Go-to-Market strategies (releases strategy etc…)
  • Understanding of the music ecosystem with in-depth perception of local music environment.

The Job

1. Establish sales strategy and develop potential customers

  • Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent labels/artists
  • Participation in the negotiation and signing of contracts with customers and propose the best package
  • Analyse and track sales performance and other related business processes​​​

2. Plan and implement distribution services for labels/artists

  • Manage content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform

Video and Audience Development Manager Romania

The Job

As a Video and Audience Development Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels regarding all video distribution aspects. Thanks to a perfect understanding of Believe products and client’s needs, as in-depth thinking of the music market, you will be able to audit, understand and advise our clients on their strategy for developing and monetizing their audiences in various digital services. You will accompany them in the use of the tools created by Believe and in the elaboration of their strategy.

Missions: 

1/ Account Management: 

  • Clients daily support & meetings regarding video distribution

  • Business Reviews and Analysis the video performance of your clients

  • Follow closely the resolution of YouTube conflicts of your clients

2/ Audience Development: 

  • Strong focus on YouTube Channel Assessment 

  • Audience audit across DSPs & Social Media in order to develop the best content strategy 

  • Develop, execute, and drive a channel strategy for the clients assigned to you 

  • Implementation of video and audience development strategies across video platforms 

  • Drive revenue streams from new and existing client relationships 

  • Ensure that qualified clients renew their contracts

  • Study platform’s features and best practices in order to implement in clients’ content 

  • Work together with Marketing and Label Manager teams  

  • Provide strategic feedback and advice to Heads of Sales and Distribution to determine and adjust business objectives Produce the supporting materials and participate in target and client’s meetings 

  • Follow YouTube and Social Media trends 

3/ Internal Processes:  

  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution teams 

  • Ensure the content is being correctly monetized and irregularities free  

  • Follow established OKRS and work together with Head of Video 

  • Present features, case studies and creative best practices to internal team 

Qualifications

  • Desired skills and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Digital Marketing, Communication or any other related) 

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, any other language (Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Polish) would be a plus

  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills 

  • YouTube CMS & Social Media experience, YouTube CMS certified 

  • Previous experience in DSPs is a bonus  

  • Structured, priority-driven and with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time 

  • Passionate about music, social media and digital marketing 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 

  • Knowledge of Romanian music market

Label Manager Poland

The Job

As a label manager you will manage a portfolio of labels and execute our distribution strategy by providing the large scope of services. In parallel, you will contribute to business development by identifying, sourcing and negotiating distribution deals with labels.

Thanks to a perfect understanding of our products and clients needs, a solid sales strategy, and an in-depth thinking of the music market you will be able to, achieve sales objectives and manage a portfolio of labels. You will directly report into the Head of Distribution at Believe. 

Missions : 

Services execution and management of a portfolio of labels   

  • Manage of portfolio of labels and identify customer satisfaction KPIs 

  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration with the Head of Editorial, Marketing & Video Services to optimize flawless execution 

  • Escalate client feedback and contribute to overall services improvement  

 

Sales strategy and emerging label lookout  

  • Support and execute the sales strategy  in the market

  • Manage a Customer Relation Management dashboards

ID – Video Channel Manager (Internal Consultant)

The Job

  • Daily video optimization/analyzation support for producers including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.
  • Elaboration of Business Reviews, Optimization Plan, Channel Audit, Analysis, and support Sales team in potential acquisition targets
  • Educate and on-boarded the producers on product knowledge such as YouTube analytics, YouTube Policies and Copyrights, etc.
  • Implement strategies and Best Practices for artists’ and labels’ channels across video platforms.
  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution Team to analyse clients’ concerns to solve complex support problems by troubleshooting and investigating client and product, prioritizing and escalating issue reports through JIRA.

The Job

As a EMP leader, part of our EMP team, your mission is to lead our relationships with our partners and guarantee quality of our front-line marketing initiative for our extensive catalogue. You will lead Trade Marketing activities for our Artist Services and Distribution departments with the promotion, process and coordination of artists and labels, with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

You will manage the local EMP team and relationships with Digital platforms.

 

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Leading and developing a team of EMP managers
    • With exemplarity and by sharing Believe’s driving forces in your daily relations and activities
    • Set guidelines, strategy, and objectives to improve and assess the team’s performance

a.       Operational support (within internal team)

b.       Marketing optimization (with our team of experts from Video Channel and Editorial & Marketing Partnership)

2)      Proactively providing the best strategic support (quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc.)  with the use of digital distribution knowledge

3)      Fully comprehending the client needs and identify potential services to upsell by leveraging on internal team’s expertise
