Managing a range of artists in our roaster, the Project Manager is the main point of contact with the artist. He is responsible for handling the relationship with the artists, and for helping them grow their audience. This include coordinating and delivering marketing and promotional campaigns during artist releases.
Missions :
Relationship: Build a strong relationship with the artists, and ensure customer satisfaction resulting in renewal of contracts
Roster Building: Negotiate and sign deals with artists in line with AS signing policies and objectives
Data analysis: analyze audience of the artists, sales and performances history Strategy: build creative & profitable marketing plan to develop project successfully and to develop the artist audience on all levers (DSPs, social, etc.)
Execution: execute marketing plan and release plan; handle day to day relationship with artists, management and partners; manage audio & video distribution
Coordination: coordinates project with all teams (EMP, digital marketing, support, etc)
Budget & Finance: manage marketing budget and P&L for each project, elaborate accurate forecasts
Reporting: deliver sales and marketing reports, presents to artists regular Business Review to show performance and demonstrate the impact of Believe services
Excellent relationships, artist friendly, experienced liasing with artists /labels or other third party stakeholders
Demonstrable experience in the recorded music industry and negotiation Experience in a curation and/or artist/management facing capacity preferred
Digital friendly approach: focus on online audience development and digital content strategy
Ability to be both creative and data driven
A strong sense of priorities and responsibility
Ability to build creative and innovative artist development campaigns
Data driven : ability to analyze and use data to optimize development
Structured, organized, ability to follow process and monitor budgets

As an Account Manager & Business Developer professional, part of our distribution team, your mission is to develop strong relationships with independent artists and labels while actively driving new business growth. You will ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized account management while identifying and securing new partnerships in a constantly evolving digital music landscape.
You will work within a team of account managers and sales professionals, balancing customer success and business development with passion, innovation, care, and transparency to reinforce Believe’s presence in the Andean region and Central America.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Customer Success & Account Management
Manage a portfolio of independent artists and labels, ensuring strong relationships, long-term partnerships, and business continuity.
Define and execute customer success strategies that reinforce engagement and drive contract renewals.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and revenue growth, ensuring regular reporting.
Handle content distribution operations, including takedowns, claims, and monetization, ensuring seamless execution.
Work closely with Editorial, Marketing Partnerships, and Video Channel Management teams to optimize release strategies and maximize exposure for clients.
Conduct business reviews with top clients, identifying growth opportunities and reinforcing long-term relationships.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Andean region and Central America, expanding Believe’s market share.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, proactively sourcing and signing new artists and labels.
Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new clients, aligning with company procedures and best practices.
Negotiate and close deals that align with Believe’s commercial strategy and regional expansion goals.
Analyze and map the market to identify the Total Addressable Market (TAM), staying informed on industry trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies.
Your Profile
Fluent in English (Professional level).
Customer-oriented mindset, with a strong ability to manage relationships and drive satisfaction.
Sales-driven approach, with proven ability to identify, negotiate, and close deals.
Strong analytical skills, capable of tracking KPIs and deriving actionable insights.
Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Basic Excel proficiency for reporting and performance tracking.
Deep understanding of business development and account management in a digital distribution landscape.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in the music or entertainment industry, preferably in digital distribution.
Financial understanding, with knowledge of pricing structures and revenue models.
Familiarity with digital distribution platforms and monetization strategies.
Knowledge of the Andean and Central American music industries and their market dynamics.
