As an Artist Relation Manager, you will lead and support the team in a constantly technological, strategical and mutating environment with changing processes and policies.
You will manage a portfolio of artists and execute our distribution services. You will make sure artists and their team will be satisfied of our distribution services.
In parallel, you will contribute to business development by identifying, sourcing and negotiating distribution deals with artists.
Thanks to a perfect understanding of our products and clients’ needs, a solid sales strategy, and an in-depth thinking of the music market you will be able to, achieve sales objectives and manage a portfolio of artists. You will directly report into the Head of Sales and Distribution Services.
Missions :

As Business Intelligence & Sales Performance Manager of the BI & Sales Performance team, your mission is generate strategic insights through social, digital and consumer research tools as well as internal transactional data, creating dashboards, data analytic tools and any other tool that can provide creative solutions to internal daily challenges. Explore and extract data available from the APIs of the main DSPs in order to provide relevant information that can create insights for the sales teams and main decision makers (collaboration on the ideation and creation of dashboards and other tools).

As one of our strong competitive advantages is being integrated, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Project Manager based in Istanbul to support on the integration of DMC within Believe, and then to become a key executive in our Turkish business (depending on profile and ramp up, Operations Director type of role).
This Senior Project Manager will work directly for DMC Deputy CEO and in dotted line for Believe central Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team (based in Paris).

Responsibilities
Conduct detailed people, operations, and finance due diligence of DMC (headcount base, organization chart, job roles, business activities, commercial contracts, legal structure, P&L, IT diagnosis)
Support in designing target strategic plan and operating model of DMC within Believe
Project-manage integration execution, coordinating dedicated functional streams (HR, IT, Finance and Operations)
Be the heart of internal communication between DMC and Believe
