As A&R Manager, your focus is on intensively maintaining your existing contacts in the scene, identifying the key drivers of music trends and continuously optimizing the deal options for the Artists. You have a spirit of optimism, you will identify up and coming talent across all relevant channels. You will also conduct transparent and fair contract negotiations with artists and labels, which include increasing the value for both sides as the top priority. With your vision you will not only occupy a key position in Believe portfolio, but also play a crucial role in shaping the Thai Regional music landscape.
Utilising your network, market analysis, business and artist relations, you will be able to source and identify artists who would be suitable for Artist Services. Carrying out first discussions with the artists and their management, you will be able to identify their needs and share the perfect offer with your Local Head of Artist Services. You will be in charge in the contract negotiation and coordinate the transfer of the artists to our project management team.

This person will act as the right-hand to the VP, International; supporting global strategy and planning but also operationalising the creation, communication, and execution of key initiatives in a scalable, measurable and impactful way. S/he will support all aspects of international market development – from initial research and analysis, through to entrance and expansion into high-opportunity markets – as well as help to develop a deep understanding of the voice of the customer.
S/he is data-driven with a proven track record of using an insights-led planning approach. They will be willing to experiment, take risks and move quickly. S/he must have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to both lead and roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done. A passion for music and technology is a must, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills are critical, as are strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to interact with people across all levels and cultures – in addition to working with senior leadership, s/he will also work with our parent company, Believe SA.
Tasks + Responsibilities
The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to
Leading the development and execution of TuneCore’s international market expansion strategy
Establishing an insights-led approach with the International Team, ensuring that strategy and planning are roadmapped based on business / customer requirements and priorities
Developing benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of market development and localisation initiatives, ensuring suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress
Collaborating with leadership and management to execute and oversee strategic and business initiatives
Partnering with Believe Managing Directors in each market (Believe is TuneCore’s parent company) to identify, propose, implement and optimise TuneCore’s localisation programs.
Ensuring seamless collaboration and communication between Central Marketing and Country Managers, keeping both teams abreast and aligned on global and local campaigns and segmentation strategies.
Own analyses and reporting that provide actionable insights into metrics, issues and opportunities
Complement your quantitative insights with qualitative data, competitive analysis, customer interviews etc.
Build concise presentations that summarise your findings and lead to clear recommendations, share your work cross-functionally
Lead specific growth projects, informed by your analyses, from project design, to operational execution, tracking, and scale-up
Conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to identify opportunities
Partnering with Product, Marketing and Business Development teams to localise websites including language, pricing, payment and market specific product offerings to meet local market needs and increase conversion.
Working with Central Communication team on local PR initiatives.
Facilitating and ensuring excellent collaboration and communication with cross-functional
Central teams including: Communications, Product, Finance, Data Analytics, Customer Care and Business Development.

TuneCore Engineering develops web applications in the music space supporting our talented customers and internal operations. We are a leader in developing services for a global platform for independent artists. As a Senior Project manager, you will lead cross functional teams through new product development efforts that create value for our clients and our company. This individual will coordinate projects from concept to delivery. You will interact with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, product managers, engineers, customer support and marketing as part of leading projects across the finish line.
We’re looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in both waterfall and agile (scrum) project management methodologies to actively lead projects to an on budget, on scope and on schedule delivery. This individual must be an excellent communicator, be well versed in creating detailed project plans, as well as experience in providing status updates to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of cross workstream projects in support of TuneCore technology and product roadmaps.
Salary: $135k+
Responsibilities:
Planning and organization: Deliver projects on-budget and on-schedule, including planning, organizing, tracking and reporting on detailed project plans across multiple work streams (schedule management, status reporting, stakeholder management).
Project coordination: Partner with the various workstreams (marketing, product, technology etc.) to drive engagement and partnership in the deliverables and ensure successful delivery within business expectations.
Communication: Provide timely communications to stakeholders in planning, tracking, documenting and communicating status updates for the portfolio.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate mitigations.
Documentation: Ensure that decisions and outstanding tasks as they relate to projects are properly documented. Create stakeholder documentation
Tools: Utilize enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and other applications to provide project status and reporting
Talent management: Oversee the guidance, mentorship, and professional development of a project manager, ensuring their growth and effectiveness within the project management team.
If required, may step into a Scrum Master role, facilitating agile ceremonies such as planning and estimation exercises for a small project based scrum team.
Ability to perform under pressure with a sense of humor
Possess team-building, motivating, and conflict-resolving qualities
Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to keep track of multiple simultaneous projects and action items.

Must have 7+ years of experience working as a project manager delivering large, cross functional projects.

Strong communication skills with experience creating status reporting and communicating with senior stakeholders.
Experience creating all project management documentation needed for large cross functional projects including project plan, stakeholder updates, RACI, project charter etc.

Minimum of 1 year of people management experience

En tant que Product Manager, vous intégrerez l’équipe produit Customer Signing & Renewal de Believe.
Le service est responsable, pour l’ensemble des entités du Groupe, des produits liés à la réalisation des contrats commerciaux ainsi que de la capture des données contractuelles clients dans notre ERP.
Sous la responsabilité du Senior Product Manager, vos rôles et missions au quotidien seront notamment :
Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins fonctionnels de nos clients internes par rapport à notre scope produit
Définition collaborative de la roadmap avec les équipes business, produit & tech afin de définir une roadmap commune et cohérente avec les enjeux business de Believe.
Être garant de bonne intégration avec les autres Produits du Groupe, via la mise en œuvre, évolution ou maintenance d’ API.
Proposer et mettre en œuvre les pistes d’amélioration pro-active des process (parcours) métiers & des produits liés à la Customer Signing & Renewal, afin de protéger Believe de tout risque légal ou opérationnel
Participer au Go To Market des produits dont vous avez la charge ainsi qu’à la formation régulière des utilisateurs, et la mise en place / maintenance de la documentation nécessaire (Knowledge base, user guide…)
Mettre en place et mesurer les indicateurs de qualité, de performance et de satisfaction utilisateur quant à l’utilisation des produits
S’assurer de la bonne application du plan Qualité et de sa maintenance, pour se conformer aux attentes des Audits internes et externes sur la fiabilité et la traçabilité des données
L’équipe produit Customer Signing & Renewal se situe au cœur du dispositif opérationnel de Believe. Vous serez ainsi amené à comprendre l’ensemble des enjeux métiers et opérationnels de Believe afin de répondre au mieux à votre mission.
Qualifications
Vous disposez d’une expérience en Product Management / Gestion de projet SI dans un environnement digital, et avez de l’appétence pour les sujets datas
Idéalement, vous êtes familier avec certains outils de CRM / Bases clients et la mise en œuvre / gestion d’APIs
Vous savez écouter vos interlocuteurs et trouver des solutions pour répondre à leurs besoins. Vous avez de l’appétence pour définir et configurer des règles business et modéliser des process et bases de données
