HRIS Director (H/F) – Fixed term contract

The Job

Interim HRIS director – (6/7 months fixed term contract)

Our HRIS department is looking for an HRIS director to replace a maternity leave.  

Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will be responsible for supervising our HRIS activity with our HRIS team (6 members) on all our tools (Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, and ADP).  

You will play a key role in deploying our HRIS roadmap and strategy, with a strong focus on the coordination and on our internal customer user experience.

Activities:  

Management of the HRIS team and activities : (5 permanent team members and an apprentice) 

  • Lead the 2025 roadmap delivery with the team, and ensure a correct prioritization  

  • Track and follow the HRIS budget  

  • Ensure HRIS consistency  

  • Lead HRIS service delivery approach, actively participating in designing, developing, and tracking the implementation of the new service model  

  • Define and implement HRIS KPIs to measure tools usage and identify action plan   

  • Oversee the new projects and needs framing, opportunity studies, and Go/nogo with the team  

  • Strong background and proven successful experience(s) in HRIS solutions, experience on workday would be a plus 

  • Supervise the HR data migration to our data lake 

  • Ensure the project management framework is applied, and projects are secured  

 

Coordination and HRIS adoption

  • Internal partnership: serve as the primary point of contact for Group HRs, maintaining strong relationship and deep understanding of existing HRIS architecture and best practices 

  • Ensure appropriate Trainings and animate HRIS community knowledge   

  • Supplier relationship: manage the relationship with our providers and our global contracts (contracting, budget negotiation), participate to customer event with the HRIS team  

 

Start date : beginning of March / End date : End of September (renewable)  

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in HR project management with the below skills / experiences: 

  • Experience in team management and/or coordination 

  • High sense of delivery and customer service, ability to define and maintain an efficient governance  

  • Providers relationship management 

  • Stakeholders’ coordination in an international environment  

  • Previous successful experience as a senior project manager on HR and HRIS project 

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills  

  • Strong background and proven successful experience(s) in HRIS solutions and architecture would be a plus  

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment 

  • Autonomous and rigorous 

  • Collaborative teamwork  

  • Analytical & synthesis skills 

  • Fluent in English

Consolidation & Reporting Manager (H/F/N)

The Job

Au sein de la Direction Consolidation et Reporting (4 personnes) et rattaché au directeur reporting/consolidation, vous : 

Participez à l’animation du process de clôture

  • Suivi des travaux de clôture : préparation rétroplanning, calendrier, points d’attention, suivi, alerte…,
  • Participation à la rédaction de procédures et méthodologies

Participez à la production des comptes consolidés et du reporting du Groupe

  • Etablissement de la consolidation des comptes et du reporting du Groupe lors de clôtures mensuelles et annuelles,
  • Revue mensuelle méthodique des liasses remontées par les filiales (contrôles de cohérence …),
  • Supervision du processus mensuel de réconciliation des intercos,
  • Calcul et suivi des écritures d’homogénéisation et de consolidation, en particulier
    • traitement des variations de périmètre,
    • retraitements IFRS (IFRS 15, IFRS 16, IFRS 2, IAS 19…)
  • Revue et rationalisation mensuelle de certains indicateurs clés : revue de la position cash, revue de la dette, analyse du résultat financier, rationalisation de l’effet change, de la charge d’impôts (y compris preuve d’impôt) et de la variation des capitaux propres…
  • Revue mensuelle du reporting Groupe et contrôle de la cohérence versus N-1, Budget ou Forecast
  • Réalisation de la consolidation des Budgets / Forecasts en lien avec les équipes controlling
  • Suivi des engagements hors bilan du Groupe et tout sujet juridique afférent,
  • Participation à l’élaboration du Document Universel de Référence,
  • Préparation des supports de présentation du reporting Groupe à destination du management ou des investisseurs,
  • Préparation des supports de réponses à destination des commissaires aux comptes.

Participez au analyses ad’hoc à destination du management ou des autres départements

Participez aux différents projets sur lesquels la direction reporting / consolidation serait amenée à travailler (liste non limitative)

Qualifications

Issu d’une formation supérieur BAC+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 4/8 ans en cabinet d’audit, et/ou sur une fonction similaire au sein d’une direction financière, vous ayant permis d’appréhender les principaux enjeux d’une direction financière, de la consolidation et du reporting. 

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques comptables (consolidation, analyse financière des bilans et notamment des opérations de croissance externes) et de bonnes connaissances des process, normes et réglementations (normes françaises et IFRS). Une connaissance des outils de consolidation du marché serait un plus.

Autonome, rigoureux, méthodique, dynamique et proactif, vous vous distinguez par vos capacités d’organisation, d’adaptation et de communication, votre approche structurée, et votre aisance relationnelle.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral) ainsi que les outils informatiques.

Accounting Expert – Poste Merger Integration Finance (M/W/D)

The Job

You will be part of the Finance integration department which is positioned as the business partner of our subsidiaries to secure the global business model build up throughout the integration phase and ensure a smooth integration of their financial processes. The scope of the position covers Believe Group all acquired subsidiaries to be integrated in Believe core model and entity creations

As an Accounting specialist you will be in charge of the technical accounting expertise over the global Integration process, and in the structuration of the financial data. Being a lean and agile process keeper and builder to adapt to the new business models encountered, you will also be a support to the local finance in the coordination of accounting run activities (closing, etc…).

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

  • Ensure that the Believe accounting model is properly applied and support the acquired entities in their alignment to the standards.
  • Fully supporting the Finance Integration Manager over the Integration process regarding all accounting aspects.
  • Participating to lead the closing process and ensure the reliability of the monthly financial data of subsidiaries to be integrated.
  • Ensure that the Group Process & standards are being applied.

KEY MISSIONS:

  • Align the closing process for the entities being integrated to ensure the respect of the deadlines and quality of the integration (level of details, banks & IC reconciliations, etc…)
  • Adapt financial reporting to the Believe format, by implementing standards of submission.
  • Ownings the mapping, to secure the proper treatments of the information. Define and implement a proper tracking, and submission format.
  • Secure the implementation of the key accounting treatments, in compliance with the group accounting principles and local regulation requirements, and ensure the change management.
  • Support the implementation of SAGE as the expert on all the accounting matters.
  • Formalize and implement the Accounting Integration Manual, leading to a standardized, agile and lean approach for the upcoming development of the Company.

Throughout the Integration process, support the FI Manager on the following: 

Secure the alignment with closing process and accounting run activities Expert on all accounting related questions Support local teams in the adaptation to the Group accounting rules Ensure that financial reporting is in line with group standards

Qualifications

Expertise in international accounting with an appetite for cross-functional finance.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting (preferably in an international environment), auditing or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment.

Minimum 5 years’ higher education – Accounting diplomas: DEC (Diplôme d’Expertise Comptable), DSCG (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion) CPA
Masters in accounting, management or finance (business schools or univers,ity equivalent)

During your experience you have developed qualities such as :

Vous serez directement rattaché au Directeur juridique Groupe de Believe et serez en charge de la négociation des contrats dits « non-musique » du groupe ainsi que de la structuration et de l’accompagnement des opérations marketing de nos artistes à travers le monde.

Vos principales missions :

  • Rédiger, revoir et négocier les différents contrats du groupe Believe (licences de logiciel, contrats SaaS, contrats de prestation intellectuelle ou tout autre type de contrats de prestation de service, co-working, baux commerciaux, etc.).
  • Rédiger, mettre à jour et optimiser les contrats-types et modèles de clause.
  • Accompagner les différentes équipes sur leurs problématiques liées à l’exécution des contrats.
  • Développer de modèles de contrats, règlements et autres instruments en lien avec les opérations marketing du groupe dans ses différents pays d’activité.

Qualifications

Diplômé.e d’un Master 2 en droit des contrats, droit des nouvelles technologies ou équivalent, vous justifiez 10 années d’expérience en cabinet d’avocat et/ou en entreprise dans un rôle de rédaction et négociations de contrats/transactions diverses.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral, et disposez d’une expérience de rédaction contractuelle en anglais.

Contracts Lawyer Digital Business (M/W/D)

The Job

Join Believe as a Contracts Lawyer within the Digital Business division of our Legal Team, based in Paris.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in negotiating and managing the contracts that enable the distribution of our music catalog on streaming platforms (Spotify, Deezer, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) and social media networks (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) worldwide.

At Believe, you’ll thrive in a dynamic and international environment, where your expertise and enthusiasm will directly contribute to the success of the Digital Business team, located in the UK and Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and validate licensing agreements and other legal documents related to the digital distribution of Believe’s music catalog.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Compliance, the subsidiaries’ Legal Counsels, etc.) to ensure that contracts comply with group policies.
  • Provide day-to-day legal support to the Digital Business team by offering well-informed recommendations that balance legal risks with business objectives while safeguarding the Group’s interests.
  • Monitor contractual obligations of platforms regarding reporting and payments in collaboration with the FinOps team. This includes sending formal notices and managing pre-litigation or litigation cases related to overdue payments.
  • Enhance internal processes by contributing to the development and improvement of workflows, group guidelines, and standard contractual clauses and templates.

 

    Qualifications

    You hold a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law, Media Law, or an equivalent qualification, with 4–6 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team, preferably in the music or entertainment sectors. Experience working with a streaming platform is a strong advantage.

    International Corporate Lawyer (M/W/D)

    The Job

    The Legal Corporate team within the Legal department, made up of two lawyers, manages the legal secretary for the listed company Believe and its French and foreign subsidiaries located throughout the world, as well as intra-group agreements. 

    You will strengthen the Legal Corporate team by managing your own evolving portfolio of jurisdictions and intra-group agreements, under the supervision of the Head of Legal Corporate. 

    Management of a portfolio of jurisdictions  

    Autonomous management of an evolving portfolio of companies, mainly outside France and on all continents. The group is growing strongly, either organically or through acquisitions, and is implementing a dynamic policy of optimizing its legal structures (around fifty to date). 

    Privileged interlocutor of various other departments of the group (central and local, in particular with Financial Department), the Group’s management (Executive Committee, Regional Managers) and subsidiaries (General Manager/General Manager Operations).  Supervision of external stakeholders (lawyers, auditors, etc.). 

    Responsible for drafting all legal documents related to corporate law, monitoring compliance with operational schedules, and legal deadlines. 

    Main missions

    • Responsible for the legal life of companies and their bodies (Boards of Directors, General Meetings, amendments to the articles of association, corporate mandates, delegations, etc.). 
    • Management of exceptional transactions (capital operations, restructurings, mergers, partial asset transfers, liquidations, etc.). 
    • Identification and resolution of legal issues relating to corporate law, employee profit-sharing plans, governance, or other cross-functional group projects. 
    • Monitoring compliance with legal deadlines and transactions schedules,  
    • Development and implementation of the group’s policies by adapting them to the local regulations of the subsidiaries. 
    • Assistance in the implementation of a system of software to monitor legal life and its proceedings. 
    • Supervision of the integration of acquired/created companies.

    Management of intra-group agreements 

    Management of Believe Group’s intra-group agreements, including drafting and monitoring contracts through to signature. Privileged interlocutor for intra-group agreements, you will work in collaboration with other departments (central or local).

    Qualifications

    Finance Business operationalization Senior (M/W/D)

    The Job

    Under the direct supervision of the Business Operationalization Manager,  the individual will be responsible for the following tasks:

    Support expertise team in assessment of the business model :

    • Understand the models and their scope and the deviations from the Believe core models with finance experts
    • Assist the core finance model deployment, by operationalizing the strategy defined by the FI Manager, working with the project leaders and local business.
    • Adapt financial reporting to the Believe format
    • Help implementation and optimization operational and financial KPIs for activity monitoring

    Accounts & Taxation Manager

    The Job

    We’re seeking a result-oriented professional with experience in preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records, financial statements, budgets and other financial reports, independently handling direct and indirect tax compliance, statutory, tax and transfer pricing audits. 

    The role will have a bifurcation 60:40 ratio, with 60% dedicated to tax and compliance and 40% to accounting activities. 

    The incumbent will report to the Head of Accounting. 

    Responsibilities: 

    Accounting: 

    • Review general ledger balances, understand trends and challenge any anomalies 
    • Review and approve monthly Trial Balance, Balance Sheet & P&L’s reports 
    • Finalisation and reporting of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis 
    • Ensure compliance with Ind AS/I-GAAP 
    • Overlook maintenance of day-to-day accounting on SAGE of Indian group subsidiaries 
    • Review and validate the monthly/quarterly/annual closing entries 
    • Assisting corporate office on need basis for global consolidation of accounts 
    • Coordinating/interaction with auditors of respective entities for completion of limited reviews and year-end audit. 
    • Coordinating/interaction with various consultant appointed by group for statutory activities and other consulting services 

    Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance: 

    • Statutory and regulatory compliance like Income tax, GST, TDS, etc.

    The Job

    Missions:

    You will be in charge of managing the secretarial and legal matters of the affiliated companies of the Believe Group in India, mostly in Contract, IP law and Companies Act. You will ensure the Group’s templates of contract and the Group’s processes are applied.

    The role will have a bifurcation 70:30 ratio, with 70% dedicated to legal and 30% towards company secretary.  

    In practical terms, your tasks and responsibilities shall be:

    • corporate matters such as preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs/EGMs), convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments, maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, paying dividends to shareholders and manage share option schemes
    • internal compliances as per Indian Company Laws, FEMA Laws
    • liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers, consultants and auditors
    • develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements
    • assist the team with valuable inputs related mergers, acquisitions, slump sales and amalgamations including post integration
    • manage contractual agreements with suppliers and customers including drafting, vetting and negotiations of agreements and addendums/amendments
    • handle pre-litigation and litigation matters including public notices, legal notices; reporting to our head of litigation in Paris and with external lawyers where necessary;
