Interim HRIS director – (6/7 months fixed term contract)
Our HRIS department is looking for an HRIS director to replace a maternity leave.
Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will be responsible for supervising our HRIS activity with our HRIS team (6 members) on all our tools (Workday, Smart Recruiters, Lucca, Docebo, and ADP).
You will play a key role in deploying our HRIS roadmap and strategy, with a strong focus on the coordination and on our internal customer user experience.
Activities:
Management of the HRIS team and activities : (5 permanent team members and an apprentice)
Lead the 2025 roadmap delivery with the team, and ensure a correct prioritization
Track and follow the HRIS budget
Ensure HRIS consistency
Lead HRIS service delivery approach, actively participating in designing, developing, and tracking the implementation of the new service model
Define and implement HRIS KPIs to measure tools usage and identify action plan
Oversee the new projects and needs framing, opportunity studies, and Go/nogo with the team
Strong background and proven successful experience(s) in HRIS solutions, experience on workday would be a plus
Supervise the HR data migration to our data lake
Ensure the project management framework is applied, and projects are secured
Coordination and HRIS adoption :
Internal partnership: serve as the primary point of contact for Group HRs, maintaining strong relationship and deep understanding of existing HRIS architecture and best practices
Ensure appropriate Trainings and animate HRIS community knowledge
Supplier relationship: manage the relationship with our providers and our global contracts (contracting, budget negotiation), participate to customer event with the HRIS team

The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in HR project management with the below skills / experiences:
Experience in team management and/or coordination
High sense of delivery and customer service, ability to define and maintain an efficient governance
Providers relationship management
Stakeholders’ coordination in an international environment
Previous successful experience as a senior project manager on HR and HRIS project
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong background and proven successful experience(s) in HRIS solutions and architecture would be a plus

Au sein de la Direction Consolidation et Reporting (4 personnes) et rattaché au directeur reporting/consolidation, vous :
Participez à l’animation du process de clôture
Participez à la production des comptes consolidés et du reporting du Groupe

Issu d’une formation supérieur BAC+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 4/8 ans en cabinet d’audit, et/ou sur une fonction similaire au sein d’une direction financière, vous ayant permis d’appréhender les principaux enjeux d’une direction financière, de la consolidation et du reporting.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des techniques comptables (consolidation, analyse financière des bilans et notamment des opérations de croissance externes) et de bonnes connaissances des process, normes et réglementations (normes françaises et IFRS). Une connaissance des outils de consolidation du marché serait un plus.
Autonome, rigoureux, méthodique, dynamique et proactif, vous vous distinguez par vos capacités d’organisation, d’adaptation et de communication, votre approche structurée, et votre aisance relationnelle.
Vous maîtrisez impérativement l’anglais (à l’écrit comme à l’oral) ainsi que les outils informatiques.

You will be part of the Finance integration department which is positioned as the business partner of our subsidiaries to secure the global business model build up throughout the integration phase and ensure a smooth integration of their financial processes. As an Accounting specialist you will be in charge of the technical accounting expertise over the global Integration process, and in the structuration of the financial data. Being a lean and agile process keeper and builder to adapt to the new business models encountered, you will also be a support to the local finance in the coordination of accounting run activities (closing, etc…).

The Legal Corporate team within the Legal department, made up of two lawyers, manages the legal secretary for the listed company Believe and its French and foreign subsidiaries located throughout the world, as well as intra-group agreements.
You will strengthen the Legal Corporate team by managing your own evolving portfolio of jurisdictions and intra-group agreements, under the supervision of the Head of Legal Corporate.
Management of a portfolio of jurisdictions
Autonomous management of an evolving portfolio of companies, mainly outside France and on all continents. The group is growing strongly, either organically or through acquisitions, and is implementing a dynamic policy of optimizing its legal structures (around fifty to date).
Privileged interlocutor of various other departments of the group (central and local, in particular with Financial Department), the Group’s management (Executive Committee, Regional Managers) and subsidiaries (General Manager/General Manager Operations). Supervision of external stakeholders (lawyers, auditors, etc.).
Responsible for drafting all legal documents related to corporate law, monitoring compliance with operational schedules, and legal deadlines.
Main missions:

Management of intra-group agreements
Management of Believe Group’s intra-group agreements, including drafting and monitoring contracts through to signature. Privileged interlocutor for intra-group agreements, you will work in collaboration with other departments (central or local).
The diversity of intra-group agreements will require you to draft music business agreements (branding licensing agreements, digital distribution agreements, publishing and neighbouring rights management services agreements, etc.), finance and cash management agreements, management services agreements. At least 5 years’ experience in international corporate law (as an attorney or in-house), if possible, in a fast-growing environment with legal entities on all continents. Significant experience in managing and drafting intra-group agreements.
