Our Talent Acquisition team is growing! As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, you are a key representative for our employer brand, and the face of TuneCore and Believe for our candidates. Your primary responsibility is to take charge of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. As a Senior member of the team, you will operate as a Lead and Recruiter – you will work with Talent Acquisition Specialists in the US and LATAM. You will partner closely and work directly with hiring managers. You will also proactively identify, attract, and network with potential candidates, building our exposure and reputation in the talent market. The US TA team is responsible for recruitment across all Believe businesses in the region.  

• Partner closely with VP, HR and local HR to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with company strategies. Collaborate effectively with our current TA Specialists.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior team leaders to assess their recruitment needs, create strong job descriptions, set timelines, and work on hiring strategy for each open position. 

• Manage recruitment process from beginning to end which includes but is not limited to assisting in the creation of job descriptions, managing roles within our ATS, direct sourcing of candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews for all interviewers, compiling feedback, constant communication with candidates, making offers and creating offer letters. Strong attention to detail and focus on operational excellence.

• Use your established networks and internal resources such as LinkedIn to directly source and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious, and qualified talent to join our team.

• Use metric driven data to help create alternative models and approaches and to enhance candidate sourcing, and execution of recruiting practices and capabilities

• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process.

• Ability to work within forecasted hiring budget; very limited access to external recruitment agencies.

• Continue to share best practices using SmartRecruiters – manage all recruitment processes in this system.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years experience in a true full life cycle Recruitment role (in-house experience is mandatory)

• At least 1+ years in a Lead position, organizing and guiding fellow recruiters

• Experience closing candidates, which includes negotiation skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Customer service oriented – positive attitude a must

• Discretion handling confidential information

• Flexible and open to taking on new duties and projects. Able to help coordinate people, schedules, and projects with efficiency and grace under pressure.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from interns to executives

• Act as a Human Resources ambassador for both internal and external client groups

Salary range: $105,000 – $115,000

CHEF DE PROJET SI TRESORERIE SENIOR (H/F)

The Job

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Trésorerie, votre double compétence SI et Métier vous permettront de prendre en charge le pilotage des projets SI pour développer les fonctionnalités du Core Model Trésorerie et de les déployer au sein du Groupe Believe.

Votre expertise métier et technique sur Kyriba vous offre un rôle transverse au sein de l’équipe composée de 3 collaborateurs et vous permettra d’être un accélérateur dans la mise en place des projets trésorerie sur le TMS du groupe et dans la conduite de la Roadmap. Les objectifs sont principalement le déploiement à l’international des process et des best-practice de la trésorerie, et l’amélioration du RUN et du service client via l’optimisation des process et la mise en qualité des Reporting.

En rejoignant le département Trésorerie, vous accomplirez les missions suivantes :

1. Pilotage de l’expansion de la mise en place du TMS et des solutions de Cash Management dans le Groupe : 

  • Participer au déploiement du Core Model de la solution Kyriba du Groupe (France et International).
  • Être chef de projet technico-fonctionnel et interlocuteur avec les équipes techniques pour la maitrise d’ouvrage
  • Animer les projets Trésorerie – SI et assurer l’interface avec les équipes techniques des différents partenaires (Banques et autres SI)
  • Contrôler et assurer un reporting des actions en respectant la méthode projet et le calendrier du projet.
  • Être le point de contact privilégié pour les utilisateurs finaux et veillerez à l’enrichissement du Core Model.

2. Pilotage de l’optimisation et l’amélioration continue de l’utilisation du TMS :

  • Assister et orienter la trésorerie dans la mise en place et l’optimisation de nouveaux process.
  • Participer à la rédaction des EDB avec les clients internes
  • Conseiller et Analyser les impacts et les recommandations des solutions proposées.
  • Être garant du Core Model et assurer la meilleure qualité de service du Run

3. Participation en collaboration avec l’équipe aux tâches de la gestion de la trésorerie:

  • Ouverture des comptes et mise en place technique
  • Gestion quotidienne de la position de trésorerie – Pilotage des soldes 
  • Gestion BO des opérations financières
  • Participation à la mise en place de solutions de cash management pour le Groupe

The Job

Dans un contexte de forte croissance organique et externe, au sein de la Direction du contrôle financier et sous la responsabilité du responsable fiscal international, Believe recherche un fiscaliste prix de transfert. 

La Direction fiscale a comme objectif d’accompagner le groupe en plein développement, dans un double souci d’optimisation et de sécurisation de sa fiscalité. 

Vous aurez pour mission de gérer les Prix de transfert et d’assister le responsable fiscal international dans la gestion du périmètre international.   

En particulier, il faudra vous assurer, par votre expertise, de : 

  • la bonne mise en œuvre de la politique de prix de transfert en étroite collaboration avec les équipes financières,  

  • la préparation et le suivi de la documentation de prix de transfert au niveau de l’ensemble du groupe et de ses filiales, 

  • l’évolution des réglementations prix de transfert, anticiper et notamment mettre en œuvre les recommandations BEPS et de l’OCDE, etc. pour minimiser les risques. 

Vous serez également impliqué dans la définition de la stratégie fiscale du groupe et participerez au suivi des filiales à l’étranger en leur apportant conseil et en les assistant dans les contrôles fiscaux,  

Vous assurerez une veille fiscale appliquée à l’activité du groupe et la diffuserez auprès de vos interlocuteurs.

Product Manager – Contract Database (H/F)

The Job

En tant que Product Manager – Contrat Database, vous intégrerez l’équipe Contract & Account Management (CAM) de Believe. Le service est responsable, pour l’ensemble des entités du Groupe, du flux de validation des contrats commerciaux et de la capture des données contractuelles clients.

Sous la responsabilité du Senior Account Manager CAM, vous serez en charge de la maintenance de la base Clients de Believe et de la Roadmap Produit du système opérationnel Groupe.  

Vos rôles et missions au quotidien seront notamment :

  • Superviser une équipe de 3 personnes basées au Luxembourg et en Inde, en charge de la création / maintenance des comptes clients et de la capture des données contractuelles fiables et exhaustives dans les outils back office, dans le respect du SLA entendu avec l’équipe Sales
  • S’assurer de la bonne application du plan Qualité et de sa maintenance, pour se conformer aux attentes des Audits internes et externes sur la fiabilité et la traçabilité des données
  • Délivrer des analyses ad-hoc sur la Data Clients, en support des autres départements du Groupe (Finance, Taxes, Sales, PMI…)
  • Alimenter le Backlog Produit Intranet CAM (système opérationnel interne) à travers le recueil, l’analyse et la priorisation des besoins fonctionnels de nos clients internes par rapport à la donnée des Producteurs clients de Believe, afin de :
    • Spécifier et définir nos engagements sur les sprints de livraison (configuration fonctionnelle et développements produit)
    • Rédiger les user stories et les users flows associés
    • Suivre l’avancement des développements et faire leur recette
    • Maintenir la roadmap produit et son amélioration continue
    • Gérer les livrables de la méthode AGILE

Une équipe de 4 personnes IT (1 Team Lead et 3 développeurs) est ainsi dédiée à votre périmètre.

  • S’assurer de la bonne intégration avec les autres Produits du Groupe, via les API. Cela afin de garantir la qualité, la fiabilité, et l’exhaustivité de la donnée contractuelle qui transite entre ces différents systèmes
  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre les pistes d’amélioration pro-active des process & des outils liés à la gestion des comptes clients, afin de protéger Believe de tout risque légal ou opérationnel
  • Participer à la formation régulière des utilisateurs, et la mise en place / maintenance de la documentation nécessaire (Knowledge base, user guide…)
  • Mettre en place et mesurer les indicateurs de qualité, de performance et de satisfaction utilisateur quant à l’utilisation de la page Account de l’Intranet CAM

L’équipe Contract & Account Management se situe au cœur du dispositif opérationnel de Believe. Vous serez ainsi amené à comprendre l’ensemble des enjeux métiers et opérationnels de Believe afin de répondre au mieux à votre mission.

Qualifications

  • Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce avec au moins 5-7 ans d’expérience professionnelle
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience en Product Management / Gestion de projet SI dans un environnement digital, et avez de l’appétence pour les sujets Analytics
  • Vous avez déjà géré une équipe

The Job

In the context of reinforcement of HR International team you will join our People department and you will report to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager, in Paris. You will be the referent on the admin & payroll subjects for EMEA region (app 250 headcount as for today). 

Your missions will be organized as follow:

1. Payroll

  • Be fully responsible for international payroll cycles for EMEA region (app 250 HC as for today) and support the HRBP for the scope, 
  • Manage the payroll with ADP (control, exchange of variables, etc)
  • Make sure quarterly/annually bonus payout run smoothly
  • Coordinate end of year payroll tasks (depending on the specifity for the territory)

2. HR Administration

  • Provide any personal paperwork like contracts, addendums, certificates, etc.

  • Build and regularly update process manuals

Reporting in to the VP, HR, the Sr. HRBP serves as a consultant on all HR-related matters, balancing business needs while championing our employees. The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

 

HR Business Partner (50%)

–       Maintain a baseline understanding of our various departments and team functions, ensuring alignment between business operations and HR processes and objectives

–       Onboard new hires; provide HR guidance and partner with new joiners and managers through 30-60-90 day period

–       Run bi-annual performance management campaigns, working closely with managers and employees to ensure participation

–       Drive annual policy review with VP, HR; implement changes in documentation and practice

–       Participate in group succession planning and partner with Learning and Development Specialist to ensure ongoing L&D

–       Maintain knowledge of HR best practices and local, state and federal regulations

 

HR Operations (20%)

–       Manage and report on HR data, including but not limited to our HRIS system, compensation information, L&D rates, DEI tracking, organizational design and changes, et al.

–       Provide monthly reports on key HR KPIs

–       Liaise with Central Believe HR Operations teams

–       Support HR/Corporate Social Responsibility reporting

 

Employee Relations (30%)

–       Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees as it relates to HR programs and policies, often encompassing all areas of HR

–       Point person for day-to-day HR questions; conduct check-ins as needed

–       Liaise between business and external stakeholders on behalf of employees, eg. benefits, 401k, L&D partners, Believe Central, et al

–       Drive engagement via surveys and workshops, to keep informed of employee experience

–       Partner with managers on any disciplinary items

 

 

Qualifications

·       7+ years experience working as an HRBP; start-up experience a plus

·       Working knowledge across multiple HR areas, including employee relations, benefits, compensation practices, performance management, and local, state & federal employment laws

·       Proven experience with HR Analytics and HR Reporting

·       Comfort within HRIS and other HR systems – ADP and Workday a plus

·       Proven experience in developing and supporting HR programming; maintaining HR documentation; improving processes to achieve greater efficiencies

·       Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data

This role will be based out of our Brooklyn, New York HQ. TuneCore operates on an in-office and remote hybrid model giving our teams flexability and choice of how they work. When our employees return to the office post COVID they will have the option to work predominantly remotely and work from the office 7 days per month on a flexible schedule organized at the department level.

Corporate Social Responsibility & Engagement Manager

The Job

As part of People Department, you will join the global CSR & Engagement team reporting to the CSR & Engagement Director, who is located in Paris, France. You will be the referent on the CSR & Engagement subjects for the Americas region (North and Latin America), and you will be based in our Brooklyn, NY office.

Your main missions will be:

  • ·         Manage the deployment of our global CSR policy and roadmap in the Americas region, aligned with our Shaping Music for Good ambition. Coordinate and align Believe, TuneCore, and Nuclear Blast America CSR & engagement activities
  • ·         Continue to develop our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program and coordinate its local implementation
  • ·         Deploy Engagement and well-being activities in the region, in particular our Employee Survey (coordinating the deployment of the survey, the results analysis and the improvement action plans)
  • ·         Drive our Volunteer/solidarity program (Believe Tomorrow)
  • ·         Manage CSR reporting and ensure a high availability and quality of the social and environmental data with local contributors; monitor activities (KPIs, dashboards, analysis)
  • ·         Organize and facilitate the Local CSR steering committee, deploy the CSR governance in the region, propose and consolidate CSR & Engagement budget
  • ·         Facilitate and grow the network of local “ambassadors” (volunteer employees for Believe for Planet / People) aligned with Shaping Music for Good priorities
  • ·         Manage and leverage partnerships and innovative actions in line with our strategy, in particular our partnership with Key Change in the US and Be The Change study
  • ·         Promote our CSR commitments and actions with the communication team and contribute to the CSR report.
  • ·         Raise awareness on our approach among the different stakeholders
  • ·         Monitor local CSR regulations and CSR & Engagement best practices
  • You will work in close collaboration with the global CSR team, with the local HRs and Leadership, and business and communication teams, with our internal ambassadors network, and our external partners.

Qualifications

  • With a background in sustainable development, Corporate Social Responsibility, HR/Engagement or business school, you are passionate about sustainable development, DEI and people engagement, and have developed a strong expertise on the subject.
  • You have experience in managing complex projects, enjoy working with multiple teams and know how to collaborate effectively with remote people from different cultures and countries.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate messages both in writing and orally, to external and internal audiences at all levels of the company, including the management team. Speaking and writing Spanish will be a plus.
  • You are recognized for your ability to synthesize, structure, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data and you are proficient of Excel and PTT.
  • You are very autonomous, proactive and organized, and have a strong sense of priorities. You are agile and results-oriented, with the ability to adapt to Corporate organization.

The Job

Generalist

–       Updating and ensuring the accuracy of employee data in HRIS;

–       Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance companies;

–       Drive delivery of HR services effectively through customer centric service delivery operating model;

–       Work with Senior Management and business stakeholders on staff management and Group HR initiatives;

–       Participate in global/regional projects as required;

Employer Branding

–       To be a Subject Matter Expert on staffing projects/ programs such as University Relationship program, sourcing strategy, selection tools, Recruitment Management System implementation and Employer Branding etc.;

Office Administration

–       Keep record of employee attendance/overtime/leave and maintain the reports up-to-date;
