The Job

We are seeking a dedicated Content Infringement Operations Team Member to join our Rights Operations Department. This role focuses on managing video rights infringements and resolving conflicts related to our video catalogue. You will play a crucial role in protecting the rights of our labels and artists while minimizing legal risks across digital platforms through reinforced processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on various claims, including third-party disputes, appeals, and potential issues assigned to Believe.
  • Address strike issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct rights audits of our catalogue to detect infringements and misuse of Content ID.
  • Manage Facebook Whitelisting processes.
  • Provide customer care, support, and troubleshooting in collaboration with our Sales team, Believe clients, and YouTube users regarding operational and rights issues.
  • Resolve conflict situations effectively to maintain smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all KPIs and SLAs to uphold Believe’s standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  • Proficiency in handling YouTube CMS.

Rattaché au Head of Finance Customer Reporting, le Royalties Specialist a pour mission la gestion opérationnelle des différents types de contrats avec reversements pour l’ensemble de nos clients, leurs reversements avec une totale transparence et un strict respect des délais.

 

Vous serez en charge de :

  • La gestion opérationnelle d’un portefeuille client de producteurs et artistes en France et à l’International, avec une cadence de production mensuelle.

Dans le cadre de ces multiples projets, vous devrez :

  • Être capable de comprendre les différentes implications financières d’un contrat
  • Être capable de faire des analyses poussées et détaillées de rapports de royalties via CSV/Excel (macro, TCD, power pivot), ainsi que des contrôles et des cadrages financiers basés sur des sources de data complexe et volumineuses
  • Assurer une communication régulière avec les autres départements impliqués dans les process de royalties (Legal, Supply Chain, Produit, Comptabilité, Contrôle de Gestion, Sales)
  • Rédiger des procédures et des modes opératoires et veiller à leur mise en application
  • Être capable de proposer des améliorations de process
  • Être capable de vous adapter dans un environnement agile, de faire preuve d’autonomie et également d’un grand sens du travail en équipe.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d’un master en droit ou économie, et ayant déjà une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en gestion royalties.
  • Une 1ère expérience dans le monde de la musique et d’un Label, serait un plus.

Our team local is comprised of a Head of People (Hiring Manager), HRBP (whose maternity leave this role is covering), HR Advisor & Office Coordinator. Qualifications

Vous êtes force de proposition pour apporter les améliorations nécessaires à leur bonne application.

Vous avez une vraie appétence pour les traitements et l’analyses de données.

Responsabilités principales :

Missions générales

  • Conseil à la direction : Apporter un soutien stratégique à la direction sur les questions sociales, en fournissant des analyses et des recommandations éclairées
  • Contribuer à l’analyse de la faisabilité juridique et sociale de tout projet / dossier ou montage juridique
  • Veille juridique : Assurer une veille sur les évolutions législatives et réglementaires en droit du travail et garantir la conformité des pratiques de l’entreprise, y compris les sujets de formation (exemple : mise en place des entretiens professionnels), de paie (exemple : évolution de la réglementation sur la gestion des absences) ainsi que HCST (exemple : obligation en matière de formation à la sécurité)

Relations collectives

  • Gestion des relations sociales : Construire et animer le dialogue social avec les instances représentatives du personnel, notamment le Comité Social et Économique (CSE) et les délégués syndicaux, en veillant à maintenir des relations constructives et sereines ; établir et déployer une vision et un plan à long terme sur les relations sociales au sein de l’entreprise.
    • Responsable de l’élaboration, de l’animation et du suivi du calendrier social, collecter et/ou préparer les supports de travail et de présentation pour les différentes instances : CSE, CSSCT, réunions avec les délégués syndicaux
    • Chargé de suivre et renseigner la Base de Données Économiques, Sociales et Environnementales (BDESE)
  • Négociation d’accords collectifs : Rédiger les projets d’accords et conduire les négociations avec les partenaires sociaux sur divers sujets tels que l’organisation et le temps de travail, la rémunération, et l’égalité professionnelle
  • Gestion des conflits : Suivre les dynamiques sociales, reconnaître et anticiper les facteurs susceptibles de provoquer des oppositions, proposer et mettre en place des solutions adaptées pour les prévenir ou les résoudre.

Relations individuelles

  • Apporter votre support à la DRH ainsi qu’aux HRBP dans la gestion des situations individuelles, traitement des alertes, ruptures contractuelles, précontentieux et contentieux

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en droit social, ressources humaines ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience : Minimum 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion des relations sociales au sein d’entreprises de taille similaire, avec une solide expérience en négociation collective et en gestion des instances représentatives du personnel.

Associate Business Affairs – Legal & Company Secretary

The Job

Missions:

You will be in charge of managing the secretarial and legal matters of the affiliated companies of the Believe Group in India, mostly in Contract, IP law and Companies Act. You will ensure the Group’s templates of contract and the Group’s processes are applied.

The role will have a bifurcation 70:30 ratio, with 70% dedicated to legal and 30% towards company secretary.  

In practical terms, your tasks and responsibilities shall be:

  • corporate matters such as preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs/EGMs), convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments, maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, paying dividends to shareholders and manage share option schemes
  • internal compliances as per Indian Company Laws, FEMA Laws
  • liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers, consultants and auditors
  • develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements
  • assist the team with valuable inputs related mergers, acquisitions, slump sales and amalgamations including post integration
  • manage contractual agreements with suppliers and customers including drafting, vetting and negotiations of agreements and addendums/amendments
  • handle pre-litigation and litigation matters including public notices, legal notices; reporting to our head of litigation in Paris and with external lawyers where necessary;
  • CSR and Trademark compliances
  • coordinate internal stakeholders for assisting in drafting of inter-company agreements, policies and procedures, maintain SOPs and trackers.
  • research and prepare legal opinions on various topics
  • resolve day to day legal queries raised by multiple stakeholders of the Group

In this framework, you will report in to Head of Legal in India. You will work on a day-to-day basis with people located in India and with the Central Legal Department located in France.

You will have a proactive approach and will pay constant attention to support the needs and deployment of the Group, while you will protect its interests. The working environment is Indian and international, with a huge growth and ongoing restructuring.

You are known to be a team player and your organizational skills. You are thorough, autonomous and have good adaptation skills. You have a proven aptitude for management and reporting and are used to working with Groups headquartered out of India. Your inter-personal skills enable you to communicate with many persons, at different levels of the Group in India and abroad.

Demonstrated ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, with strong attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills.

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

The preferred candidate should exhibit a natural ability and familiarity with a tech-driven environment notably through usage of contracting and CRM tools, excellent abilities with digital platforms and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Must Have’s:

  • Work experience: minimum 5 years as a lawyer in an international Group, with a large background of handling secretarial and corporate matters. You are experienced in contract processing and deployment and control of Group processes.
  • Fluent English is essential (written and spoken), with legal practice. English is the main language used within the Group.
