The Job

TuneCore Engineering develops web applications in the music space supporting our talented customers and internal operations. We are a leader in developing services for a global platform for independent artists. As a Senior Project manager, you will lead cross functional teams through new product development efforts that create value for our clients and our company. This individual will coordinate projects from concept to delivery. You will interact with internal stakeholders across multiple departments, product managers, engineers, customer support and marketing as part of leading projects across the finish line. 


We’re looking for an experienced project manager with a strong background in both waterfall and agile (scrum) project management methodologies to actively lead projects to an on budget, on scope and on schedule delivery.  This individual must be an excellent communicator, be well versed in creating detailed project plans, as well as experience in providing status updates to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for end to end delivery of cross workstream projects in support of TuneCore technology and product roadmaps.

Salary: $135k+

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organization: Deliver projects on-budget and on-schedule, including planning, organizing, tracking and reporting on detailed project plans across multiple work streams (schedule management, status reporting, stakeholder management).

  • Project coordination: Partner with the various workstreams (marketing, product, technology etc.) to drive engagement and partnership in the deliverables and ensure successful delivery within business expectations.

  • Communication: Provide timely communications to stakeholders in planning, tracking, documenting and communicating status updates for the portfolio. 

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate mitigations. 

  • Documentation: Ensure that decisions and outstanding tasks as they relate to projects are properly documented. Create stakeholder documentation

  • Tools: Utilize enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and other applications to provide project status and reporting

  • Talent management: Oversee the guidance, mentorship, and professional development of a project manager, ensuring their growth and effectiveness within the project management team.

  • If required, may step into a Scrum Master role, facilitating agile ceremonies such as planning and estimation exercises for a small project based scrum team.

  • Ability to perform under pressure with a sense of humor 

  • Possess team-building, motivating, and conflict-resolving qualities 

  • Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to keep track of multiple simultaneous projects and action items.

Qualifications

 

  • Must have 7+ years of experience working as a project manager delivering large, cross functional projects.

  • Experience Waterfall methodology as well as familiarity with agile (Scrum) methodologies. 

  • Advanced skills in JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets and other PM tools. 

  • Strong communication skills with experience creating status reporting and communicating with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience creating all project management documentation needed for large cross functional projects including project plan, stakeholder updates, RACI, project charter etc.

  • A proven track record of proactively identifying project risks, issues, and or communication gaps and independently creating solutions.

  • Minimum of 1 year of people management experience

 

Education:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • PMP required, CSM a plus

Senior Program Manager Modernisation (H/F)

The Job

Job Description : 

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to participate in the management of a flagship transformation program at BELIEVE. This program aims to modernize our technology stacks, with a focus on the areas of content and royalties. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for driving the Modernization flow of the Tech Odyssey program as a member of the program management team. 

 

Responsibilities and daily tasks: 

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and other relevant parties, to provide updates on program status, address concerns, and gather feedback. 

  • Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and issues that may impact the program’s objectives, and developing mitigation strategies as needed. 

  • Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure that project teams have the necessary support to meet their objectives. 

  • Quality Assurance: Monitoring the quality of project deliverables and ensuring that they meet the established standards and requirements. 

  • Change Management: Managing changes to the program scope, schedule, and budget, and assessing the impact of those changes on the program’s overall objectives in collaboration with theChange Manager. 

  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Tracking the progress of individual projects within the program, compiling status reports, and presenting updates to senior management and other stakeholders. 

  • Issue Resolution: Addressing issues and conflicts that arise within the program or between project teams, and facilitating resolution through negotiation, mediation, or escalation as necessary. 

  • Documentation Management: Maintaining program documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records, to ensure that information is accurate and accessible to all stakeholders. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program management activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications required: 

  • At least 10 years of experience in a program management role, preferably in technology or the music industry. 

  • Proven experience managing complex transformation programs. 

  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 

  • Mastery of project management and associated tools. 

  • University degree in a relevant field, preferably in business management, computer science or a related discipline.

Senior Program Manager Transformation (H/F/N)

The Job

The IT Transformation Senior Project Manager is part of the IT Program and Performance Management (PMO and Performance) office that leads project execution and establishes delivery standards, processes, tools and reporting for the IT Transformation. IT organization.

The Senior IT Project Manager will provide project management support for specific process-related initiatives and facilitate partnerships between initiative owners. The role will help initiative owners apply the Transformation Methodology (including developing rigorous, locked-in project milestones and schedules), continually assess and augment resource/capacity needs, track results of the initiative, to assess potential risks and identify mitigation measures, to push progress critical steps and support the initiative in applying a unified set of tools and best practices.

In her /his daily duties and responsibilities, the IT Senior Transformation Project Manager will:

• Lead and manage transformational initiatives within the IT department

• Develop and execute project plans, objectives, and timelines.

Qualifications

Post-Merger Integration Project Manager (PMI)

The Job

M&A is a strong growth driver for us, and we recently acquired DMC to become the leader in Turkey’s music market.  

As one of our strong competitive advantages is being integrated, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Project Manager based in Istanbul to support on the integration of DMC within Believe, and then to become a key executive in our Turkish business (depending on profile and ramp up, Operations Director type of role).  

This Senior Project Manager will work directly for DMC Deputy CEO and in dotted line for Believe central Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team (based in Paris).

Responsibilities 

  • Conduct detailed people, operations, and finance due diligence of DMC (headcount base, organization chart, job roles, business activities, commercial contracts, legal structure, P&L, IT diagnosis) 

  • Support in designing target strategic plan and operating model of DMC within Believe 

  • Project-manage integration execution, coordinating dedicated functional streams (HR, IT, Finance and Operations) 

  • Be the heart of internal communication between DMC and Believe 

  • Become the trusted advisor of both DMC executive committee and Believe PMI and Head of Region teams 

Qualifications

Qualifications: must have 

  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or project management 

  • Part of this experience must be in an international environment 

  • Fluent in Turkish and English 

  • Strong soft skills: ability to communicate and to reach alignment between various stakeholders
