The Job

The Product Manager, Artist Management tools will lead a team dedicated to ensuring the success of our set of tools dedicated to recruit and manage Artists and Labels at Believe. The candidate will own the business strategy for this ecosystem of tools which includes Salesforce implementation in addition to several specialized back offices / Apps, specify functional requirements, and manage the development and launch of new features. The candidate will also be responsible for ongoing maintenance and administration of the Salesforce implementation.

Your role will be:

Product Discovery:

  • Master the problem space of your feature team through a deep knowledge of your users and stakeholders’ pain points and needs.

Product Strategy:

  • Build and nurture the product vision based on the data you gather (from the users, your team data analysis, competitors, user research)
  • Turn that into a strategy and a well-thought roadmap with your UX and engineering counterparts along with your main stakeholders (Global Believe Sales teams) following our quarterly planning process. You will make sure that we’re building the right features, with the right priorities, and with a good management of dependencies.
  • Make sure your team and stakeholders understand and embrace the strategy through your engaging communication.

Product Delivery:

  • Work closely with your business owners, engineers, architects, data scientists and UX designers to come up with the best solution to address your users’ pain points: you will also make sure that we’re building the feature right.
  • Turn your roadmap into a backlog of user stories: organize and prioritize everything and explain the rationale behind it to all partners, stakeholders and your team.
  • Test hypothesis and ideas on the field with ingenious MVPs.
  • Ensure the correct delivery of your feature team (pace and quality of delivery). Animate demos of your features to foster a continuous improvement culture.
  • Be obsessed by the impact of the features you deliver by setting up clear metrics and measuring them over time. Generate insights about your product.
  • ·Create and maintain documentation for all new and existing features and processes
  • Manage Salesforce Administrator to support our users and maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform and related tools

Qualifications

Skills

  • You have experience of product ownership / management in an agile development environment with a proven track record of successful product delivery.
  • You will have a proven industry experience as a Salesforce product manager or sales-oriented product manager preferred. A strong understanding of Salesforce best practices is also preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving & critical-thinking skills, with ability to think outside the box and propose unique and creative solutions
  • You have intuition and empathy, towards the users of your features, towards your stakeholders, towards your team.
  • Understanding of development best practices, including proper use of the sandbox prior to deploying changes to production environment
  • Detail-oriented self‐starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to convey complex information concisely and with respect to the intended audience

Product Manager – Distribution

The Job

The Product Manager (PM) – Supply Chain will lead the development of TuneCore products related to all aspects of the supply chain, i.e. DSP onboarding and management, distribution, user experience and product integration as well as managing technical requirements. S/he will participate in the analysis, inception and implementation of TuneCore supply chain-related product iteration to grow the product and meet the evolving needs of the customer.

As the PM for Supply Chain, you will manage the delivery of a set of DSP/store/distribution-related products and features on the roadmap from conception to launch. You will lead a team of Associate Product Managers and you will work with teams across the organization.

This role requires a focus on the user, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, and a thirst for continuous learning. The candidate must have the dual ability to be a strategic thinker and be hands-on in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Product Management:

●      Drive product development, from conception to launch, of the products and product solutions associated with the TuneCore distribution platform — both consumer-facing features and back-end systems

●      Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long-term product goals

●      Define the “What” and the “Why” and manage delivery. Be able to breakdown goals and strategies into actionable deliverables and milestones

●      Propose new features and products for approval by senior management, working cross-functionally to build a business case and define ROI

●      Manage and update product documentation such as PRDs, business requirements, use cases, user flows/stories, flows, and functional specs

●      Design and Track KPIs to measure outcomes of each initiative and outline actions based on KPIs

●      Support prioritization of feature backlog and support management of the development queue

●      Assist in determining the best technical implementation methods with the engineering team, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and support product launches

●      Design and execute User Acceptance Tests

●      Drive metrics-based optimizations to the product —striking the right balance between fixing bugs while enhancing and launching new features

●      Work with third-party vendors to implement new features and manage day-to-day issues

Product Manager- Reporting (H/F)

The Job

Missions :

Rattaché au Head of Product Customer Finance, le product manager a pour mission de participer à l’identification, l’élaboration et la mise en place des outils à déployer pour permettre à la Squad Financial Customer Reporting (FCR)  à laquelle il est rattaché, de fournir les services attendus par les clients internes et externes. La Squad FCR a pour objectif principal de reporter les revenus de nos clients via notre plateforme dédiée. C’est à travers une roadmap ambitieuse et innovante que le product manager met en place de nouveaux outils (génération de rapports, reporting financiers, nouveaux revenus..) pour répondre au mieux aux besoins de nos clients.

 

Le product manager prend en charge notamment :

·         Le recueil des besoins utilisateurs, en interaction forte avec le Head of Customer Finance Product et les différents clients internes (Sales, etc.) ;

·         L’identification et la proposition d’outils et/ou de projets permettant de répondre à ces besoins (internes ou externes)

·         La rédaction des expressions de besoins fonctionnels et cahier de recette des fonctionnalités à mettre en place ;

·         Le pilotage de la roadmap FCR et le suivi des réalisations dans les temps impartis ;

·         La production et le suivi de KPIs permettant de mesurer et de reporter la performance réelle vs attendue, afin d’en tirer le cas échéant les demandes d’ajustements nécessaires ;

·         La validation de la qualité des fonctionnalités livrés en production à travers les tests fonctionnels ;

·         Si nécessaire, l’assistance à la résolution des bugs.

 

Il/elle est un expert(e) dans son domaine et propose en permanence au Head of Product Customer Finance une vision des outils et produits existants sur le marché ou à développer, en relation avec les objectifs Business de la Squad.

 

Il/elle est garant, avec le Head of Customer Finance Product, du pilotage de la roadmap sur la squad et est responsable :

·         De donner à l’ensemble de la squad et à son management une visibilité précise sur la roadmap, les priorités, les indicateurs/mesures de succès, et l’état d’avancement des projets ;

·         D’escalader en tant que de besoin, et en temps utile, au Head of Customer Finance Product les demandes d’arbitrage et de priorisation ;

·         D’assurer une veille concurrentielle et un benchmark des fonctionnalités existantes chez les concurrents ;

Profil :

–          Diplôme : Ecole d’ingénieur ou de Commerce

–          Capacité à challenger le métier pour construire une roadmap cohérente ;

Sr. Product Manager – Finance

The Job

The Senior Product Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing the team/squad responsible for creating, managing, operationalizing and tracking the Finance-related features and products critical to TuneCore’s continued market leadership. As the Senior Product Manager – Finance, you will lead the effort to establish the roadmap for all financial products and features, manage the delivery of the features from conception to launch, followed by a measurement of the feature’s success. You will play an important role in the product team and you will work with teams across the organization. 

This role requires experience in managing teams, and strong domain experience building products in E-Commerce and FinTech. a focus on tax and regulatory compliance, subscription billing, payment processing, invoicing and revenue accounting. The candidate must have an analytical background, a focus on the user, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, a thirst for continuous learning and the dual ability to be a strategic thinker and be hands-on in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Experience working with products for Global taxation – US Sales tax, EU VAT, GST

  • Experience working with payment gateways for Credit and Debit card processing, for merchant and user-initiated payments

  • Experience working with General Ledger reports and interfaces with ERP platforms

The study, BE THE CHANGE: Women Making Music 2021, sheds light on the challenges and experiences of women and uncovers why there is a wide disparity between male and female creators. 2021 was the inaugural year for the report and it will be updated annually. Our intent for this study is to inspire meaningful change in the industry.

The Senior Product Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing the team/squad responsible for creating, managing, operationalizing and tracking the Finance-related features and products critical to TuneCore’s continued market leadership. As the Senior Product Manager – Finance, you will lead the effort to establish the roadmap for all financial products and features, manage the delivery of the features from conception to launch, followed by a measurement of the feature’s success. You will play an important role in the product team and you will work with teams across the organization. 

This role requires experience in managing teams, and strong domain experience building products in E-Commerce and FinTech. a focus on tax and regulatory compliance, subscription billing, payment processing, invoicing and revenue accounting. The candidate must have an analytical background, a focus on the user, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, a thirst for continuous learning and the dual ability to be a strategic thinker and be hands-on in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
