TuneCore Services – Content Quality Administrator

The Job

As part of its Content Operations business, Believe’s TuneCore Service is currently looking for a Content Quality Administrator of TuneCore in Mumbai, India. Working within our international Content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on the music content of TuneCore which includes:

  • Responsible for validating and processing all releases within the specified timeline as per the stores’ guidelines, ensuring that all commercial priority content is processed.
  • Knowledge of song metadata essential details like genre, artists, cover art, lyrics & album information.
  • Implement quality checks for all ticket responses (emails and replies) to TuneCore artists using Zendesk software.
  • Ensure on-time customer support for all the clients in TuneCore with relevant solutions following the SLA.
  • Keen interest in the music industry, new technologies, digital music platforms etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Keen interest in the music industry, new technologies, digital music platforms, etc.
  • Should have been mandatorily working on Zendesk with a minimum of 1-2 years.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experienced in Customer support and reporting.
  • Proactive and willing to improve processes and tools.
  • Organized, reliable, and independent.
  • Motivated and curious, you know how to prioritize the work given.
  • Collaborative team player, as they will be an integral part of a large team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understand the importance of good customer service.
  • Extensive music knowledge (US & International) and/or a willingness to keep up to date with current music.

Content Quality Supervisor (M/W/D)

The Job

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Supervisor to report to our team manager and take over tasks in Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, MENA and Africa regions.  As a supervisor, your duties will be :

  • conducting training sessions,
  • monitoring job performance metrics for Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, MENA and Africa regions as well as optimizing job performance of employees under the supervision of team manager.  

Supervisor Responsibilities will include:  

  • Reporting to the team manager and indirectly to Operations Director 
  • Content validation, Jira tickets tracking as well as communication with sales representatives from Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, MENA and Africa regions on cross – departmental tasks  
  • Tracking of both individual and team performance for Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, MENA and Africa regions on weekly/monthly basis  
  • Reporting on validation, iTunes ticketing and blacklisting metrics to the team manager  
  • Liaising between the team manager and other employees for Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, MENA and Africa regions 
  • Training new employees, assisting in developing training materials and conducting training sessions 
  • Providing team members with guidance and assistance on content’s team technical tools 
  • Perform back ups during team member’s absence/ leave  
  • Relaying productivity concerns to the team manager 
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required 
  • Establishing awareness of shared company goals 

Qualifications

Proven experience in supervision / team management and  in digital distribution.

Knowledge of digital guidelines of iTunes, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon etc

  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and sense of autonomy
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience using Jira, Zendesk as well as Power BI

Fluency in English & Russian is a requirement for this position.

Content Quality Administrator – Bilingue Allemand/Turc (H/F/N)

The Job

Rattaché au Superviseur de la qualité du contenu, vous serez garant de la qualité des fichiers audio (et de leur métadonnées) distribués sur les plateformes de téléchargement et de streaming pour tous les contenus en turc et allemand.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez responsable de:

  • La collecte des fichiers audio et vidéo ainsi que de leurs métadonnées auprès de nos nos Clients (Labels et Artistes),
  • La vérification de la qualité des éléments reçus de nos clients, en s’assurant qu’ils répondent aux besoins internes et externes, et qu’ils respectent les lois en vigueur en Turquie et en Allemagne,
  • La validation des contenus dans le respect de nos SLA internes,
  • La gestion des problèmes remontés par les plateformes (Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Deezer…),

La relation avec les équipes commerciales des pays concernés lors des mises en ligne des sorties majeures de leur répertoire

Vous parlez nativement ou êtes bilingue en turc et en allemand, une très bonne aisance en français et anglais aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Vous avez une très bonne expression écrite et orale + parfaite syntaxe (orthographe, grammaire) dans ces 3 langues.

Vous êtes à l’aise techniquement les outils digitaux et le fonctionnement d’internet et votre connaissance du milieu russe de la musique serait appréciée
