Reporting to the Head of Label Catalogue Business and leading the strategizing, planning, and executing of the digital marketing roadmap across all acquired and future music catalogues under our owned labels– including back-catalog and Front-Line Releases. The role is responsible for driving digital business revenue growth for the Catalogue business and is focused on maximizing reach, engagement, and revenue through organic and paid marketing across digital platforms with a strong emphasis on YouTube growth, optimization and digital monetization.
2. Key Responsibilities:
2.1 Strategy & Planning:
Design and implement digital marketing strategies for all existing and upcoming back catalogues across various languages and front-line focussing mainly on Hindi and Telugu Front Line soundtracks.
Oversee annual and quarterly marketing calendars for digital campaigns, launches, and activations.
Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with catalogue performance and revenue goals.
Design, implement, and align strategies and execution plans to achieve the revenue goals and targets established for the Catalogue business across categories
2.2 YouTube & Video Platform Growth:
Plan and execute YouTube channel growth strategies with a focus on channel optimization and asset growth/engagement
Lead YouTube content programming, community engagement, and channel optimization.
Drive subscriber growth, watch time, and ad revenue.
Manage YouTube ad spends and analyze performance to optimize ROI.
2.3 Paid & Performance Marketing:
Strategize and execute paid campaigns across platforms (YouTube, Google, Meta, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.).
Manage media budgets and allocate spend based on catalogue priorities.
Track and optimize campaign performance for revenue, traffic, and engagement goals.
2.4 Organic & Social Media Strategy:
Oversee the creation of content calendars and creative asset production in collaboration with content teams for social media growth and increased engagement.
Leverage trends and platform algorithms to grow organic digital footprints across social media platforms.
Create influencer marketing strategies and milestone
2.5 Audience Development & Engagement:
Build digital communities around labels, catalogues, and artists.
Create strategies to enhance user retention and repeat engagement with music assets.
Analyze audience data to inform strategy and content planning.
2.6 Reporting & Analytics:
Use analytics tools to report on campaign effectiveness and business impact.
Share insights and recommendations regularly with stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies.
Create quarterly and annual reports on all digital marketing initiatives, learnings, growth insights and map all strategy with revenue targets and goals
2.7 Team Leadership:
Build, manage, and mentor a small but enthusiastic digital marketing team
Provide clear direction and feedback; encourage innovation and initiative.
Collaborate cross-functionally with A&R, content, creative, and business teams to maximize the marketing impact.

7-9 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music, entertainment, or content industry.
Proven success in growing YouTube channels and managing ad budgets.
Strong grasp of digital platforms, content marketing, and music trends across languages.
Data-driven approach with fluency in tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to balance creative instincts with commercial objectives.
Bonus: Experience in working with or promoting multilingual music catalogues.

The Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Communication, will support the creation and execution of global and local marketing and sales communication strategies. In constant liaison with business & communication teams at global & local levels, you will lead efforts to enhance the positioning of Believe’s commercial offerings (LAS, AS, new commercial offering) and their related brands/imprints, engage artist and label audiences through relevant value-externalization channels, and support business objectives through effective USPs, storytelling and strategic communication. This role is designed for a skilled marketer and strategist with a hands-on approach to managing strategic missions & operational tasks and supporting team collaboration and
coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy: contribute to and execute marketing strategy, to elevate Believe’s commercial brands, support client retention, upsell, and acquisition across AS, LAS and new commercial offerings, across all available channels (sales teams, direct marketing, client events, industry events…) and through artist-related content creation.

Managing a range of artists in our roaster, the Project Manager is the main point of contact with the artist. He is responsible for handling the relationship with the artists, and for helping them grow their audience. TuneCore is looking for a Head of TuneCore to lead its US business. This opportunity oversees TuneCore’s largest market and contains many of our high profile artists and B2B label and manager clients. The Head of TuneCore will champion the TuneCore suite of products and services to focus on artist development with specialization at the first stage of development in the Americas. They will be responsible for developing the artist & B2B label acquisition, growth and retention strategy and overseeing teams to implement that strategy to maximize growth for both artist & B2B labels and TuneCore while achieving TuneCore’s long-term margin targets.
Reporting to the CRO, the Head of TuneCore understands not only the artist’s experience, client needs and creator journey, but also how TuneCore’s audience development solutions provide invaluable benefit at all stages of artist career development. As a people leader at TuneCore, they will play a critical role in developing and supporting the team to perform at their best and create value for both key clients and TuneCore. What You’ll Do
Acquisition, Growth & Retention Strategy:
Design acquisition, growth and retention strategies for artist and B2B label partners and maximize TuneCore’s value participation
Manage the regional P&L, setting budgets and financial goals to ensure growth, profitability, and market penetration in the region.
Set and measure performance against KPI targets, including revenue and profitability objectives
Identify strategic growth opportunities by client segment in the Americas
Manage sales and serve teams to identify, onboard and retain both high potential and high value accounts in the Americas
Work closely with the catalog acquisition team to identify and acquire attractive catalogs within the Americas portfolio
Artist Development and Success:
Meet regularly with managers, labels, DSPs, and other key industry players to bridge artist and B2B label partners needs with industry trends, and DSP evolving requirements

Oversee and manage EMP and Social Channel teams to create value for high potential and high value artists
Work closely with TuneCore Accelerator team to build programs to enhance artist development and value creation

TuneCore is looking for a VP Artist Development to lead its global artist development business. This opportunity includes managing the TuneCore Accelerator Program, the powerhouse platform that helps independent artists find new audiences and propel their fandom at each phase of development. This best-in-class platform provides access to promotional programs designed to help today’s artists: drive the discovery of their music, build their audience, and promote deeper fan engagement. The VP Artist Development will not only lead the team as we expand TCA but work closely with TuneCore’s parent company Believe, on the strategic development and operational execution of new artist development programs. The VP Artist Development will be responsible for driving both artist music sales and TuneCore revenue from artist development initiatives and high levels of artist participation in all artist development programs.
Reporting to the CRO, the VP Artist Development understands not only the artist’s experience, client needs and creator journey, but also how TuneCore solutions provide invaluable benefit at all stages of artist career development. As a people leader at TuneCore, they will play a critical role in developing and supporting the team to perform at their best and create value for both key clients and TuneCore. What You’ll Do
Own Artist Development Platform: Lead artist development globally for TuneCore through TuneCore Accelerator and other programs. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure the platform’s value is effectively communicated to both existing and prospective users. Accountable for high levels of artist participation in all artist development programs.
Lead Artist and TuneCore Revenue Growth: Responsible for increasing digital music sales for artists and revenue growth for TuneCore by aligning the program’s goals with the broader TuneCore mission and business strategy.
Oversee and Scale Program Operations: Lead the strategic development and operational execution of Artist Development programs, including the TuneCore Accelerator platform, ensuring its continued growth and success in providing marketing, promotional, and audience development services to independent artists at various stages of their careers.
Drive Innovation and Expansion: Identify and implement new opportunities for expanding artist development, through DSP partner pilots, catalog optimization tools, and promotional programs, ensuring that the TuneCore is at the forefront of industry trends and exceeds the needs of self-releasing artists globally.
Oversee Artist Success and Engagement: Lead global initiatives and work with local teams to identify and develop artists with potential and drive their growth through development programs focused on streaming growth, revenue, and fanbase development, using TuneCore digital marketing programs and regional marketing and related activities.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data from the platform’s performance metrics (e.g., streams, track discoveries, audience growth) to guide decision-making, ensuring that marketing programs are optimized for maximum impact on artist development, revenue, and fan engagement.
Deep knowledge of the current and global music market, digital landscape, and trends, including the challenges and opportunities faced by self-releasing artists. Experience working with artist development, digital distribution, and audience-building strategies across diverse genres and markets.
A strong belief in the value of independent music and a passion for supporting artists in their journey to success.
Successful experience in P&L ownership and
leading large teams and cross-functional initiatives,
building and scaling platforms or programs in the music or entertainment sector,

As an Account Manager & Business Developer professional, part of our distribution team, your mission is to develop strong relationships with independent artists and labels while actively driving new business growth. You will ensure high customer satisfaction through personalized account management while identifying and securing new partnerships in a constantly evolving digital music landscape.
You will work within a team of account managers and sales professionals, balancing customer success and business development with passion, innovation, care, and transparency to reinforce Believe’s presence in the Andean region and Central America.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Customer Success & Account Management
Manage a portfolio of independent artists and labels, ensuring strong relationships, long-term partnerships, and business continuity.
Define and execute customer success strategies that reinforce engagement and drive contract renewals.
Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success and revenue growth, ensuring regular reporting.
Handle content distribution operations, including takedowns, claims, and monetization, ensuring seamless execution.

The International Project Manager plays a key operational role in executing the global artist development strategy led by the Head of International, Artist Services. This position focuses on managing international marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across global teams, and driving the success of selected artists in key export markets.
As a key operational lead, you will work closely with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia to ensure the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, audience development initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
You will also act as the primary liaison between the Head of International and local marketing teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of selected artist campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
International Artist Development & Campaign Execution
Oversee the execution of international marketing and audience development strategies for a roster of selected artists.
Coordinate with International EMP teams to drive opportunities on DSPs, media partners, agencies, and content creators to maximize artist visibility and reach in key international markets.
Ensure high-quality support for international artists, including white-glove campaigns, promotional activations, and marketing strategies tailored to export countries.
Support the development and execution of cross-border marketing collaborations and influencer activations.

Act as the day-to-day operational lead, ensuring smooth collaboration between international and local marketing teams.
