TuneCore Engineering develops web applications in the music space supporting our talented customers and internal operations. We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building the world’s best distribution and artist development platform in the world. As an Engineering Manager you will oversee the architecture for one of our product value stream squads, manage the projects for that squad, and mentor and coach the people on the squad. Our current technology stack consists mostly of Ruby on Rails and React, but we are always looking to use the tools that are most appropriate for the task at hand.
What You’ll Do:
Manage 4+ engineers building features, tools, and infrastructure.
Lead successful development and delivery of team projects and operations
Mentor direct reports, provide performance feedback and help them develop their careers.
Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to set the roadmap and balance new features with technical debt.
Partner with engineering leadership to help determine engineering team strategy and tackle team-wide inefficiencies.
Contribute in a hands-on manner writing code and reviewing code written by members of the engineering team
Uphold TuneCore’s core mission, vision, and values
5+ years of experience writing production code
3+ years of tech leadership
Proficient at project management; can make the right tradeoffs to ship projects on time with high quality.
Experience mentoring individual contributors of different seniority levels and expertise (frontend/backend).
Experience writing code within the context of a web-based framework such as Ruby, Node, or Python along with an ORM.
A strong understanding of React.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Salary: $121,700 – $175,200

As a Senior PHP and/or Java Developer, you will join our development team responsible for modernizing an innovative event-driven audiovisual distribution chain. Your role will be to develop critical business components, applying delivery rules and filters, managing each step of the delivery process for high-volume audio and video content (both in number and file size), and ensuring seamless distribution to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, and more.
You will be part of the IT department, which oversees the development of all Believe’s projects. The department consists of 150 people organized into agile teams. Since IT is a core business function, our technological challenges are significant: revamping our technology stack, building an extensible platform, and accelerating the industrialization of our systems to quickly integrate new acquisitions.
You will be part of the « Supply Chain » tribe, which lies at the heart of our distribution system, delivering the best services to artists. More specifically, you will join an agile « Delivery » squad responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that distribute artists’ albums (Audio and Video) to Digital Streaming Platforms (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, and more.

Le rôle est à pourvoir au sein du Data Office, pôle d’expertise data de Believe regroupant les activités de data management, data engineering, data science et d’architecture data.
Au sein de l’équipe Data Science, en tant que Senior Data Scientist, vous construirez des modèles prédictifs. Vous interviendrez de la définition du besoin business à la restitution des résultats aux équipes métiers.
Ce poste est clé pour structurer et exploiter notre richesse de données afin de créer des modèles prédictifs avancés et des outils d’aide à la décision.
L’objectif est d’apporter une approche scientifique et data-driven aux décisions stratégiques, en s’appuyant sur des techniques avancées en Machine Learning, Data Science et modélisation économique.
Les sujets traités par l’équipe sont transverses et impacteront l’efficacité opérationnelle, le développement d’audience, le marketing ou encore la signature d’artistes.
Un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Data Scientist est attendu.
Un forte capacité d’abstraction et des connaissances avancées en statistiques et mathématiques appliquées sont nécessaires pour ce poste. Un master ou école d’ingénieur spécialisée sur ces thématiques est un pré-requis.

Role definition: The Head of Market Intelligence is to lead a team of business and data analysts and is responsible for overseeing the execution of Market Intelligence projects, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and developing the team.
Core responsibilities:
o Oversee the execution of Retail and Content Market Intelligence projects for the Group, in line with department OKRS, and ensure timeliness, consistency & accuracy of the team’s output.
This includes:
▪ Retail Market monitoring and forecasting: paid streaming users’ growth, Ad-supported market growth, impact of key DSP deals on forecast, etc.
▪ Content Market monitoring and forecasting: market segmentation by music genres, domestic vs. import music consumption, competitive intelligence, etc.
o Improve structure, processes and methodologies
o Lead execution on transverse topics involving market intelligence: M&A, Business Plan, Portfolio strategy, etc.
o Engage with key internal and external partners to collect and share relevant insights
o Coordinate integration of market databases and models into Believe data platform, in partnership with Tech department
o Contribute to the Believe Data strategic thinking by ensuring that Market Intelligence insights are effectively integrated into broader organizational objectives

Vous intégrez la Tribu Data Office de Believe et la squad Dataplateforme en tant que Data engineer.
La Dataplateforme s’appuie sur une stack AWS / Snowflake avec des pratiques à l’état de l’art en data engineering et data modélisation, et des contraintes de fort volume et haute performance.
Au sein de la squad organisée selon la pratique Scrum, en charge du Build et du Run de son périmètre, vous aurez pour responsabilité d’implémenter les flux de données depuis l’ingestion des nouvelles sources jusqu’à leur préparation pour exposition au travers des niveaux Bronze, Silver et Gold (warehouse)
Vous maitrisez ainsi:
La conception et le développement d’un pipeline d’ingestion sur AWS (Step function / python / S3)
La transformation de données (Python, Spark Scala / Databricks, SQL)
Les pratiques de test (TU Python, TU Spark Scala)
La modélisation Data en flocons Les pratiques de run (surveillance, monitoring, fix)
La rédaction de la documentation (Data galaxy / Confluence)
Les enjeux de performances, de suivi des couts et de sécurité
Vous êtes de niveau BAC+3 à BAC+5 (Écoles d’ingénieurs, BTS, DUT, DESS, Mastère).
Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative (au moins 3 ans) dans les technologies de notre stack: AWS, Snowflake, python, spark scala, SQL.
L’esprit Craft est une évidence.
Vous êtes convaincu de l’importance de la donnée, et pensez qu’elle est à mettre en regard des besoins métiers. Bref, vous aimez la donnée et êtes pragmatique.
Vous aimez vous tenir au courant des nouvelles évolutions technologiques, et pratiquez une veille régulière.
Votre niveau d’anglais est courant, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Integrated into the Platform Engineering team, and directly reporting to the Tribe Lead QA, we are looking for Quality engineers to join our Platform Engineering team!
Organized in a dotted-line structure, you will be fully integrated into product engineering squads to help Believe build our products with high quality.
As a Senior QA engineer, you will be responsible for sharing our quality principles, goals, and methodologies with the squads, and assisting them by implementing tools, processes, and metrics to achieve our quality targets.
You will act as the quality liaison between development teams, platform teams, and product teams to ensure all needs are met by implementing the necessary rituals or frameworks (Tres amigos, TDD/BDD, A/B testing, etc.).
Missions
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be able to
Integrated into a tribe with multiple agile teams to master the functional scope and participate in the development of tests associated with the functionalities developed by the teams, as well as ensuring their quality.
Help the teams always keep quality in mind, acting as the QA coach to lead them towards an Agile QA vision, focused on shift-left and product value.
Define and assist in the development of automated tests necessary for the continuous validation of the products.
Ensure the stability of automated tests executed in continuous integration as well as the product itself.
Define the software tools necessary for product testing and help the Core team to develop them.
Ensure that all the Quality Gates (Sonarqube, functional testing, etc…) are correctly integrated and respected through our continuous integration pipeline
Assist other QA members
Actively participate in communities of practice, sharing work and proposing support.
Understand and challenge automated test architecture.
Propose quality metrics and help define dashboards/tools to follow these.
Support team members, giving advice, coaching, sharing good practices, offering support and feedback that fosters a person’s skills
Profile
Meticulous, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Strong belief that robust and reliable software should be a priority.
Familiarity with test automation incorporating Test Pyramid and Test Quadrant concepts
Emphasis on the Agile QA mindset.
Proficiency with QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies (such as BDD/TDD, SonarQube, Cypress, Pytest, K6, etc.).
Skills
With extensive experience in software development or software quality, ensure a deep understanding of the product and maintain its high quality. Possess the following expertise:
Proficient in using tools and languages associated with automated testing (Python, Pytest, Cypress, bash, etc.).
Knowledgeable about containers and associated deployment systems
Strong understanding of the security aspects of internet-exposed software.
Proficiency in Linux
Expertise in backend testing
Technical english
Preferred Knowledge
Practical experience with cloud technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform.
Ideally, a good understanding of the music industry.
