The Job

Stellenbeschreibung  

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/r Human Resources Business Partner/in (HRBP) zur temporären Begleitung unseres Teams bei der Believe Group Germany im aktuellen Transformations- und Integrationsprozess. Der Fokus der Aufgabe liegt auf der kurz- und mittelfristigen Organisationsentwicklung, und daher ist die Position zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit einer langfristigen Beschäftigung nach diesem Zeitraum. 

 

Deine Mission als HRBP ist es, uns bei der Professionalisierung und Integration zu unterstützen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen, um die Kultur zu stärken sowie Produktivität und Unternehmensbindung zu steigern. Diese spezifische Rolle wird sich darauf konzentrieren, unsere M&A- und Joint Venture-Unternehmen in die Believe Germany Gruppe einzubinden, den Kulturwandel voranzutreiben und dabei die spezifischen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche zu berücksichtigen.   

  

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten  

  • Unterstützung des Change Management Programms und Beitrag zur Entwicklung einer integrativen Kultur in der Believe Gruppe   

  • Sparring Partner/in der Führungskräfte in den Kernprozessen Performance Management, Karriereentwicklung, Feedback, Nutzung der HR-Tools, usw.    

  • Implementierung von HR-Strategien und -Maßnahmen, die die Ziele der betreuten Business Bereiche unterstützen und gleichzeitig den Richtlinien und Standards der Gruppe entsprechen   

  • Mitwirken an der operativen Umsetzung der HR-Prozesse der Gruppe  

  • Betreuung der internationalen Teams unseres Tochterunternehmens Nuclear Blast in Frankreich, den USA und Großbritannien und in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen HR-Kolleg*innen.  

  

 

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als HRBP sowie ein Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fach (Personalwesen, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, o.ä.)   

  • Erfahrung in einem sich wandelnden Geschäftsumfeld, vorzugsweise mit Post-Merger-Integrationsprozessen in einem internationalen Kontext 

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Unterstützung von HR-Programmen mit Schwerpunkt Change Management   

  • Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, tief in die Business-Details einzutauchen und dabei das große Ganze im Auge zu behalten   

  • Modernes, praxisorientiertes Mindset, eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und ein großes Interesse an den neuesten HR-Trends und -Entwicklungen

Specialist – People Operations

The Job

This position is responsible for the operational and transactional actions of the employee life cycle at Believe. Role includes assisting in end-to-end HR processes, applying company policies, process adherence, and managing internal HR systems. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive HR experience in HR operations roles and good knowledge of HR Information System.

This position reports to the Manager – People Operations

Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Induction:

  • Plan and coordinate with new hire Onboarding and induction programs
  • Ensure the smooth transition of new employees in Believe
  • Manage the complete process of employee documentation and data management
  • Data Maintenance of new hires for compliance and benefits enrolment and documentation
  • Ensure smooth On-boarding process in respect to the system data mandates

HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Assist in queries related to employee benefits (Insurance & Leaves)
  • Timely maintenance of employee files & documentation (Internal Audits)
  • Ensuring accuracy in employee Life cycle events like confirmations, internal movement and separations / exit formalities
  • Miscellaneous requirement – Ex. Bonafide / Visa Letters

Leave Governance (Attendance Management) and Reporting:

  • Manage employee attendance records and ensure timely updates in the leave management tool
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave requests, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Prepare attendance reports

Payroll Management & Statutory Compliance:

  • Assuring data hygiene & maintain accurate payroll data
  • Manage end to end payroll processing for all employees
  • Ensure payroll process is completed within timelines and accuracy
  • Accountable for flexi payments and validations of actual proofs & claims submissions
  • Adhering to the payroll statutory compliance and company policies
  • Preparing regular reports related to payroll and statutory compliance
  • End to End liaising with the statutory compliance team and the tax vendor to support and ensure smooth and error free process
  • Assist in audit requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of Payroll and People Operations experience.
  • Detail oriented resource with hands on experience into HR Operations, Payroll Management and Employee Life Cycle
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel skills such as Pivot table, Vlookup, Hlookup & Macros
  • Must maintain confidentiality and sensitive data / information
  • Hands-On experience in operating on HRIS
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Learning & Development Manager

The Job

As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of cultivating a culture of continuous growth and excellence at Believe.

Your role encompasses not only the strategic design and implementation of learning initiatives but also the hands-on creation of in-house content and delivery of programs.

You will be instrumental in fostering talent development and succession readiness. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape the learning landscape, driving organizational success through the empowerment of our most valuable asset – our people.

This role will report to the Senior HR Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

Local Learning and Development Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for in-house learning and development.
  • Facilitate in-house training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance in-house learning materials to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and implement metrics & reporting to measure learning effectiveness.

Local Training Needs Identification (TNI):

  • Develop tailored in-house training modules and resources, addressing identified gaps and ensuring technical depth in content.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and employees to formulate personalized Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to guide employees through their development journey, emphasizing skill development and career growth.

Talent Management and Succession Planning:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including 9-box assessments, to identify both organizational and individual training needs.
  • Develop and oversee an in-depth, in-house succession planning program, integrating technical proficiency and leadership readiness.
  • Create and deliver specialized training programs to prepare identified successors for key roles.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure a seamless transition through targeted mentorship and development initiatives.

Collaborate with Global L&D Organization

  • Share any information centrally regards to local specificities and needs in order to best decide if and how it should be integrated to the global offer.
  • Cascade all relevant central information locally.

Qualifications
