We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier executive talent for our organization. Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing:
Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts to attract high-caliber executive talents.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement:
Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with potential executive candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit for the company culture and specific roles.
Ensure the best candidate experience by organising induction meetings, follow-up calls, coordination with Executive Assistants and rejection processes..
Market Research:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market intelligence, and competitive landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
Conduct thorough research on target companies and industries to identify potential candidates.
Collaboration:
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
In collaboration with the Talent Management team, ensure that the job descriptions and the Fit to profile (competencies) are kept up to date for the roles, according to the succession plans for the Executive Committee (ExCo) and their critical N-1 positions. Ensure that we have a solid pipeline for those roles by mapping the external and internal talent market.
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and strategies.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or executive search firm environment.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging executive-level candidates.
Skills:
Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior-level candidates and internal stakeholders.
Strong research and analytical skills to gather market intelligence and identify potential candidates.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/r Human Resources Business Partner/in (HRBP) zur temporären Begleitung unseres Teams bei der Believe Group Germany im aktuellen Transformations- und Integrationsprozess. Der Fokus der Aufgabe liegt auf der kurz- und mittelfristigen Organisationsentwicklung, und daher ist die Position zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet. Deine Mission als HRBP ist es, uns bei der Professionalisierung und Integration zu unterstützen. Sparring Partner/in der Führungskräfte in den Kernprozessen Performance Management, Karriereentwicklung, Feedback, Nutzung der HR-Tools, usw.
Implementierung von HR-Strategien und -Maßnahmen, die die Ziele der betreuten Business Bereiche unterstützen und gleichzeitig den Richtlinien und Standards der Gruppe entsprechen
Mitwirken an der operativen Umsetzung der HR-Prozesse der Gruppe
Betreuung der internationalen Teams unseres Tochterunternehmens Nuclear Blast in Frankreich, den USA und Großbritannien und in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen HR-Kolleg*innen.
5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als HRBP sowie ein Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fach (Personalwesen, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, o.ä.)
Erfahrung in einem sich wandelnden Geschäftsumfeld, vorzugsweise mit Post-Merger-Integrationsprozessen in einem internationalen Kontext
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Unterstützung von HR-Programmen mit Schwerpunkt Change Management
Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, tief in die Business-Details einzutauchen und dabei das große Ganze im Auge zu behalten
