HRIS Manager – Compensation (H/F)

The Job

Workday compensation project manager:

  • Compensation management in our HRIS (Workday):
  • Analyze the compensation management configuration
  • Collect business needs and ensure the tool meets them
  • Work in the enhancement of our Workday tenant on Compensation processes (new needs and feature, enhancement of existing configuration)
  • Workday release test and identification of new features to be implemented
  • Support the end users with operational reports
  • Guide, support and train users (HRs and managers)
  • Answer to general queries related to Workday compensation
  • In relation with our C&B team and data analytics team, build data quality and consistency checks procedure to ensure compliance with group guidelines 

 

  • Salary review and bonus payout campaigns:
  • Prepares, launch and monitor our compensation review and bonus payout annual campaigns in Workday
    • Lead the campaign governance and defines roles and responsibility between the C&B team, local HRs and the HRIS team
    • Configuration review
    • Collect business needs and pain points, run business analysis and formalize configuration proposals
    • Adjust configuration in Workday if necessary
    • Testing and adjustment
    • Trainings and user guides preparation
    • Guide and train users (HRs and managers)
    • Campaign metrics follow up

 

  • HRIS manager:
  • Depending on the candidate profile, other HRIS functional streams will be managed by the project manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of experience in HR project management with:

  • Experience in an HRIS implementations project, ideally on compensation functional stream- Strong knowledge of Workday basic compensation and advanced compensation modules, and more globally on Workday HCM is a plus
  • Very good understanding of C&B topics
  • Experience in support role (user training, support request management, reporting, system updates, non-regression testing)
  • Experience in HRIS configuration and business analysis
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Autonomous and rigorous

  • Fluent in English

Talent Acquisition Team Leader (H/F)

The Job

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our organization and lead our recruitment efforts globally.

You will report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at HQ in Paris, and you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and spearheading talent acquisition projects on a global scale. The suitable candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve recruitment processes and drive efficiencies.

Team Management and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achieving recruitment targets.
  • Provide regular feedback, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Talent Acquisition Process Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and best practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate experience.

Global Project Leadership:

  • Lead and manage talent acquisition projects on a global scale, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and recruitment process optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and Operations, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and executive leadership.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand their talent needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on talent acquisition-related matters.

 

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment leadership and team management.
    • High level of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Strong understanding of global recruitment practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in recruitment technologies and ATS.
    • Fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus).

    The Job

    The People Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning People strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives of the organization. Serving as a strategic consultant to business leaders, the People BP focuses on fostering a culture of excellence, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. By understanding the unique needs of business, the People BP collaborates with key stakeholders to develop and implement People solutions that drive performance, enhance employee satisfaction, and support the achievement of business goals.

     

    Strategic Partnership: Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs and goals. Develop HR strategies and solutions that align with the overall business objectives.

     

    Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Conduct thorough investigations and resolve conflicts effectively.

     

    Talent Management: Lead the talent acquisition process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

     

    Performance Management: Design and implement performance review procedures to assess employee performance and development needs. Provide support and guidance to managers in conducting performance evaluations.

     

    Compliance: Stay updated on legal regulations and industry best practices. Ensure all HR processes and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.

     

    Reporting: Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the HR team to develop programs and policies that enhance employee engagement and productivity.

    Qualifications

    • Degree/ Diploma in HR-related discipline with min 8 years of relevant experience
    • Proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilience and drive to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong stakeholder management with good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Be adaptable, self-motivated, diligent, responsive, responsible, accountable and resilient
