International Payroll Specialist (H/F)

The Job

In the context of reinforcement of HR International team you will join our People department and you will report to the HR Admin & Payroll Manager, in Paris. You will be the referent on the admin & payroll subjects for EMEA region (app 250 headcount as for today). 

Your missions will be organized as follow:

1. Payroll

  • Be fully responsible for international payroll cycles for EMEA region (app 250 HC as for today) and support the HRBP for the scope, 
  • Manage the payroll with ADP (control, exchange of variables, etc)
  • Make sure quarterly/annually bonus payout run smoothly
  • Coordinate end of year payroll tasks (depending on the specifity for the territory)

2. HR Administration

  • Provide any personal paperwork like contracts, addendums, certificates, etc.
  • Coordinate On & Off boardings
  • Coordination benefits: health insurance, meal tickets etc.
  • Coordinate HR admin tasks in several countries
  • Coordinate actions with third parties (pension company, local authorities, payroll provider, benefits providers, etc.)
  • Make sure we act in a compliant way on all territories

3. Projects, Processes & Reporting

  • Contribute to our database reliability and reporting
  • Design new processes and improve the existing ones
  • Participate in related projects within HR International team
  • Build and regularly update process manuals
  • Ad hoc reports requested by different parties (finance, central, controlling, CSR, etc.)
  • Time management tracking
  • Coordinate projects and communicate between different departments: C&B, HRIS, Finance, etc

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international payroll (outsourced) / HR administration
  • level of English is perfectly fluent
  • experience in the fast paced environment
  • an expert committed to his duties, self-learner, with a team player mindset
  • comfortable to work in project mode
  • experience using Workday & ADP is welcomed

The recruitment process will include an interview with TA Manager, HR Admin & Payroll Manager , HR BP, and the HR Director as the last step.

Senior People Business Partner

The Job

  • Enable business and function leaders by building strong partnership with all stakeholders to deliver value-added services on people-related matters in alignment to the organisation’s mission and objectives
  • Work closely with the business and function leaders and HR to facilitate change management and effective implementation of people-related policies, processes, and guidelines that directly supports business strategies
  • Drive the talent management process, including managing talent acquisition, talent development in collaboration with all key stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of HR projects such as compensation benchmarking, HRIS implementation, etc
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people managers (e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) to manage and resolve employee relations issues
  • Work closely with management and employees to enhance employee work experience, improve engagement and retention and drives organisational excellence

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of human resource leadership experiences in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media, entertainment)
  • Experience and comfortable working in a start-up environment
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and a good people manager
  • Strong ability to engage and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • Resourceful with high energy level, result-orientated, self-starter, team player and able to thrive in a fluid and dynamic environment
  • Possess excellent influencing and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and able to develop and forge positive professional relationships with all levels of the organisation
  • Possess strong analytical skills and able to solve complex issues quickly and creatively
  • Good team player, a self-starter; ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English and Japanese language (at least JLPT N1)

En rejoignant l’équipe C&B/HR Operations, vous participerez à la structuration et au développement d’une politique Ressources Humaines globale ambitieuse et innovante. Rattaché au Directeur C&B,HR Operations Groupe , vous :

Market intelligence :

  • Aurez la responsabilité de développer et de gérer l’activité de Market intelligence.
  • Participerez aux enquêtes de rémunération annuelles et spécifiques en fonction des sujets d’actualité et des projets de Believe.
  • Conduirez les analyses de rémunération (interne/externe) et participerez, avec le C&B manager Groupe et les HRBP, à la définition de plans d’actions correctives.
  • Assurerez une veille régulière des pratiques de rémunération.

Campagnes annuelles

  • Assurerez la préparation des campagnes de révision salariale et de paiement de Bonus.
  • Participerez à la gestion des campagnes de révision salariale
  • Coordonnerez les campagnes d’évaluation et de paiement de bonus  
  • Participerez à l’élaboration des plans d’incentive sales.
