CSR Manager

The Job

As CSR & Engagement Project Manager you will report to the Group CSR & Engagement VP and you will work closely with the CSR & Engagement team and the central and local HR teams. You will contribute to increase people engagement and CSR awareness and impact aligned with Believe CSR strategy, “Shaping Music for Good”, thanks to the following missions:

CSR & Engagement projects:  manage directly or contribute to global projects and guidelines in coordination with the CSR team.

 

  • Employee Engagement survey:
    • Coordinate and manage the deployment of the employee engagement survey and pulse surveys, ensuring deliverables, timeline, dashboards and results reports, supporting transformation & change.
    • Support the local HR and managers in analyzing results and defining corrective actions, in coordination with the Local CSR Managers.
       
  • Shaping Together – Employee Citizen volunteering program
    • Coordinate globally the deployment of Shaping Together, providing guidelines and tools.
    • Monitor and consolidate the level of participation with internal dashboard.
    • Contribute to implement global initiatives (ie: sports & charity app challenges, webcast on specific topics, CSR awareness).
    • Coordinate the animation of our Shaper/Ambassador program (employee volunteers) with the local CSR managers
       
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and well-being:
    • Coordinate the Gender Index methodology process
    • Participate to the definition of the 2025-2027 strategic plan on gender equality and DE&I (objectives and action plan) to fully integrate it within our People HR process and business activities.
    • Coordinate, monitor and further leverage the well-being and mental health resources with our external partner and propose global activities

 

CSR compliance and operational excellence

 

  • Sustainability Report – CSRD:
    • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of CSR indicators (dashboards, processes, definition, analysis, coordination of contributors).
    • In collaboration with the CSR Performance senior manager, contribute to the production of the Sustainability Report within the framework of the new CSRD EU regulation, focusing on social and governance topics (double materiality, stakeholder surveys, drafting, project management…) and coordination with the various contributors (HR, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and business departments).

 

  • Operational excellence:
    • Propose, structure and implement process, organization and tools that will help our teams to improve our efficiency and impact, and assist the VP CR & Engagement on some transversal topics (preparation of the CSR Committee, CSR targets…)
    • Coordinate and contribute to the budget process for CSR & Engagement at global and local level.
    • Make benchmark, identify and share good practices (internal & external) on various CSR & Engagement topics.

 

    Qualifications

     

    • You have 4 / 5 years of experience in leading and managing successfully international projects and programs, in the HR and CSR environment and/or in consulting. You have proven skill of project management, structuring and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative information.
    • You are comfortable in working in a fast growing and international company, dealing with multiple stakeholders in a matrix and evolving organization.
    • You are agile and solutions-mindset oriented, with the ability to move from strategic thinking to operational and results-driven.
    • As a good team player, you are able to work in a collaborative way, with the objective to engage multiple resources together in order to accomplish shared goals.
    • You are organized, structured, rigorous and have a certain level of autonomy, while asking for support when needed.
    • You are able to clearly articulate messages in English and French, both in writing and orally, to audiences at all levels of the company.
    • You are “fluent” in Excel, PPT, Word, and comfortable in using various collaborative tools (Teams, Sharepoint…) and softwares (Peakon, workday)

    JP – Senior People Business Partner

    The Job

    • Enable business and function leaders by building strong partnership with all stakeholders to deliver value-added services on people-related matters in alignment to the organisation’s mission and objectives
    • Work closely with the business and function leaders and HR to facilitate change management and effective implementation of people-related policies, processes, and guidelines that directly supports business strategies
    • Drive the talent management process, including managing talent acquisition, talent development in collaboration with all key stakeholders

    Learning & Development Manager

    The Job

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled L&D Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee learning and development programs that enhance our team’s growth, and improve our organization’s performance and productivity. This position will sit in Brooklyn, NY, supporting all teams in the US, Canada, and LATAM; this position has a dotted line to our Central Learning and Development Team, located in Paris, France. The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with management & HR to proactively identify training needs, to develop learning objectives, and to deliver effective training solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with management & HR to identify training needs and learning objectives
    • Work closely with the global Learning & Development team to amplify or execute training opportunities
    • Key stakeholder for all talent management initiatives
    • Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials, including online resources and instructor-led training
    • Deliver training programs to employees, utilizing a variety of training techniques and methodologies
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
    • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
    • Coordinate and manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, room setup, and technology needs

    Senior Learning and Development Manager – EMEA

    The Job

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier executive talent for our organization. This position requires a strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills.     Responsibilities 

    Talent Sourcing: 

    • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and leveraging industry contacts to attract high-caliber executive talents. 

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified executive candidates for current and future hiring needs. 

    Candidate Engagement: 

    • Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with potential executive candidates. 

    • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit for the company culture and specific roles. 

    • Ensure the best candidate experience by organising induction meetings, follow-up calls, coordination with Executive Assistants and rejection processes.. 

    Market Research:

    Collaboration: 

    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to understand hiring needs and role requirements. 

    • In collaboration with the Talent Management team, ensure that the job descriptions and the Fit to profile (competencies) are kept up to date for the roles, according to the succession plans for the Executive Committee (ExCo) and their critical N-1 positions. Ensure that we have a solid pipeline for those roles by mapping the external and internal talent market. 

    • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and market insights. 

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of sourcing processes and strategies. 

    Data Management: 

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sourcing activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 

    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

     

    Qualifications

    Education: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.) 

    Experience: 

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or executive search firm environment. 

    • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging executive-level candidates. 

    Skills: 

    • Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in using various tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.

    Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem/r Human Resources Business Partner/in (HRBP) zur temporären Begleitung unseres Teams bei der Believe Group Germany im aktuellen Transformations- und Integrationsprozess. Der Fokus der Aufgabe liegt auf der kurz- und mittelfristigen Organisationsentwicklung, und daher ist die Position zunächst auf 18 Monate befristet.     Deine Mission als HRBP ist es, uns bei der Professionalisierung und Integration zu unterstützen. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen, um die Kultur zu stärken sowie Produktivität und Unternehmensbindung zu steigern.     Qualifications

    • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als HRBP sowie ein Bachelor-Abschluss in einem relevanten Fach (Personalwesen, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, o.ä.)
