Video & Audience Development Manager (Contractor)

The Job

As a channel manager you will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels on all video distribution aspects. You will advise artists and labels on how to make the most of their video and audio products by applying platform best practice, navigating rights management, and looking at opportunities to increase revenue. You will also be the key support person for all video related questions. A strong understanding of the digital music landscape is key, as well as experience navigating YouTube’s CMS and managing accounts.

1) Account Management & Support

  • Daily client support

2) Rights Management

  • Ensure content is being correctly monetised
  • Utilise Believe’s tools to manage clients rights

3) Internal Processes

  • Work closely with the video rights & distribution teams
  • Evaluate processes and present solutions to the Head of Video
  • Follow established OKR’s and work with the Head of Video
  • Ability to prioritise tasks

4) Audience Development

  • Provide proactive ideas, recommendations and strategies
  • Distil platform best practices
  • Maximise Short Form Video across all relevant platforms
  • Work closely with the label management team

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience at a label or distributor
  • Strong understanding of YouTube’s CMS
  • Digital rights management experience
  • Account management or support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Digital Marketing, Communication or any other related)  
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English
  • Professional level of Deutch would be preferred 
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of the digital music landscape, social media and DSPs
  • Structured, priority-driven and with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time

Mediabuy Specialist

The Job

Reporting to the Global Head of Media Buying and attached to the central team, the Digital Media Buyer (M/F) will be responsible for managing promotional campaigns for artists and labels across all media platforms that enable artist development: streaming platforms, video on Google Ads, and social platforms.

They will work on a portfolio of artists present within 14 Business Units worldwide, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach across the global team’s efforts.

A key aspect of this role involves launching campaigns outside of French time zones and the flexibility to work on weekends, accommodating the global nature of our operations and the diverse markets we serve.

This position requires adaptability and commitment to support our artists’ growth across various geographical locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Advising and supporting local marketing teams on digital media planning in line with their objectives.

Missions:  

1/ Account Management of Video Channels (YouTube, TikTok & other Social network):  

  • Clients daily support & meetings  

  • Elaboration of Business Reviews and Analysis   

  • Support Sales team in potential acquisition targets 

2/ Audience Development:  

  • Strong focus on YouTube Channel Assessment across all video platforms 

  • Audience audit across DSPs & Social Media in order to develop the best content strategy  

  • Implementation of video and audience development strategies across video platforms   

  • Study platform’s features and best practices in order to implement in clients’ content  

  • Work together with Marketing and Label Manager teams   

 

3/ Internal Processes:   

  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution teams  

  • Ensure the content is being correctly monetized and irregularities free   

  • Follow established OKRS and work together with Global Head of Video  

  • Present features, case studies and creative best practices to internal team  

 

Qualifications 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Youtube CMS or content production at a label or distributor  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Digital Marketing, Communication or any other related)    

  • Excellent written and oral communication in English 

  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills  

  • YouTube CMS & Social Media experience  

  • Good understanding of local music trends & industry landscape 

  • Previous experience in DSPs is a plus 

  • Structured, priority-driven and with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time   

  • Passionate about music, social media and digital marketing  

  • Autonomus, supportive, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills  

  • This position will be based in Poland

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Youtube CMS at a label or distributor or entertainment company
  • Excellent written and oral communication in both Polish & English
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent practical experience (Business, Digital Marketing, Communication or any other related)
  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills 
  • Structured, priority-driven with multi-tasking ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Autonomous, supportive with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ukrainian language is a plus
  • Previous experience in Social Media or Music DSPs is a plus

The Job

  • Operating on contract between brands and artists (Deals Memo/Contracts) with the Legal team.
  • Operational and commerical follow-up with the team for client recommendations.
  • Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services.
  • Attending to clients’ needs and developing relationships
  • Acquiring more clients through prospecting and cavassing
  • Developing marketing partnerships with clients (brand) in an attempt to broaden the reach and level of the AS artist’s positioning
  • Creatively produce original ideas/sponsorship package to secure brand sponsorship/endorsement for artists and projects.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the market
  • Curious and creative
  • Good knowledge of advertiser’s pains and problems (tendencies, opportunities, problems, monitoring and comparative analysis)
  • Min 3 years’ experience in celebrity marketing and/or brand partnership
  • Combination of versatility, responsiveness, creativity, rigidity, efficiency, and organisation skills
  • Proven track record in sales operations  
  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster
  • Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
