The Job

TuneCore is in search of a motivated and skilled professional to join our organization as a Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in developing and executing compelling digital and print graphics that engage our audience and support our mission of empowering independent artists. This role is based in Brooklyn, with a focus on supporting teams across the US, France, Germany, LATAM, and more; while collaborating with the Brand Marketing team. The Graphic Designer will report to the Design Director and collaborate closely with Product, Communications, Growth Marketing, and Artist Relation Teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation. You will work with our central and international team members to develop graphics in various languages and formats.

The Job

The Editorial & Marketing Partnerships (E.M.P.) Specialist will coordinate and execute Believe’s Trade Marketing activities for the Distribution branch and ensure the best promotion of Believe’s catalogues on local digital services.

Artists & Labels promotion & relationships with US Digital platforms:

  • Maintain close relationship with key local contacts at digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Pandora, YouTube Music, TikTok, etc) 
  • Maximize Believe’s artists exposure and revenue on local digital platforms through high-quality weekly pitches, listening sessions & meetings

Director, Brand Marketing

The Job

As the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and equity. Audience Development Director France (F/H/N)

The Job

Au sein de l’équipe Believe France et en reporting direct au General Manager, vous êtes responsable de la définition et l’orchestration des stratégies de développement d’audience de nos artistes et labels.

1. Stratégie de développement d’audience et innovation

  • Au service des artistes et des labels, vous élaborez les stratégies de développement d’audience et d’innovation en mobilisant les expertises de votre pôle
  • Vous enrichissez les stratégies de réflexion créative et d’innovation des équipes France, en diffusant nos expertises en matière de développement d’audience
  • Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié des équipes Centrales (Creative Marketing, MediaBuying…) pour brainstormer sur des innovations / nouveaux services & outils ; mettre en place des POC (cadrage, suivi, analyse et restitution des résultats…)
  • Vous travaillez avec les équipes centrales sur les créations et améliorations d’outils, d’inputs stratégiques, de partenariats

2. Management et développement d’une équipe d’experts

  • Manager une équipe d’environ 20 personnes dont des managers, vous êtes directement responsable des pôles suivants :
  • Digital Marketing
  • Promotion
  • Création de contenus (vidéo et image)
  • Editorial & Marketing Partnerships
  • Accompagner la spécialisation des équipes digital marketing et créatives : déployer et suivre les OKRs, renforcer l’innovation et la créativité, assurer l’appropriation des outils ; accompagner l’évolution de certains rôles
  • Favoriser une bonne cohésion et la mise en œuvre de synergies au sein de l’équipe et avec les équipes connexes (finance, légal, artistique)

3. Exécution et monitoring des stratégies de développement d’audience

  • Développer et monitorer des indicateurs de performance (KPI) des campagnes media /de développement d’audience
  • Orchestrer la mise en place des campagnes et optimiser leur performance, en mobilisant équipes internes et externes
  • Assurer la restitution analytique et la bonne compréhension des campagnes menées auprès des artistes et labels 
  • Assurer la transmission et la valorisation de l’expertise auprès de nos partenaires (producteurs, artistes et labels)
  • Reporter en interne sur la performance de l’équipe Audience dev et des actions mises en place

4. Incarnation et rayonnement extérieur

  • Incarner pour Believe France les sujets innovation, partenariats et développement d’audience en interne et en externe (événements B2B, relations presse, …)

Qualifications

  • Expérience de minimum 15 ans en direction marketing digital, direction data consommateur (musique/media/plateformes media digitales (DSP)) validant vision stratégique et capacité à développer et déployer une offre commerciale
  • Expérience du secteur de la musique ou du divertissement : écosystème DSP & socials/plateformes vidéo, labels, audiovisuel, sport
  • Expérience managériale requise : leadership, management de la performance.
  • Communication et influence : développer culture, change management,
  • Aptitudes commerciales : pitch commercial et financier

Missions

  • Drive streams of an artist across his full catalogue, audio or video
  • Accelerate artists’ audience development to create a flywheel effect

You will do this through performing these to the highest of standards and effectiveness:

  • Data analysis: analyse audience, sales, and performances history
  • Strategy: build creative & profitable marketing plan to develop project successfully
  • Execution: execute marketing plan; handle day to day relationship with artist, management, and partners; manage audio & video distribution (and coordinate physical, if any)
  • Coordination: coordinates project with all teams internal and external (editorial & marketing partnerships, AS support, digital marketing, branding, etc)
  • Budget & Finance: manage marketing budget and P&L for each projec
  • Reporting & Performances: deliver sales and marketing reports to all teams

ID – Video Channel Manager (Internal Consultant)

The Job

  • Daily video optimization/analyzation support for producers including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.
  • Elaboration of Business Reviews, Optimization Plan, Channel Audit, Analysis, and support Sales team in potential acquisition targets
  • Educate and on-boarded the producers on product knowledge such as YouTube analytics, YouTube Policies and Copyrights, etc.
  • Implement strategies and Best Practices for artists’ and labels’ channels across video platforms.
  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution Team to analyse clients’ concerns to solve complex support problems by troubleshooting and investigating client and product, prioritizing and escalating issue reports through JIRA.
  • Work closely with Head of Distribution and Regional Head of Video in order to improve client relationships and ensure the execution of the local strategy through the respect of internal process.

Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of experience as YouTube Channel Manager / Creator Development.
  • Understand YouTube Ecosystems and capable of YouTube Analytics or YouTube CMS.
  • A team player with positive attitude, investigative mindset, clear communication, attention to detail skills.
  • Passionate about Music and all things Digital and social media
  • Fluent in English and local native language
