The Job

En tant que Global Mediabuy Team Lead, vous serez responsable d’accompagner les marchés dans la mediatisation de leur portefeuille d’artistes et veillerez à la planification, l’achat et à l’activation de campagnes publicitaires pour nos clients Artist & Solutions. 

 Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables digitaux des marchés pour développer des campagnes publicitaires efficaces et atteindre les objectifs de notoriété et d’engagement pour l’ensemble de nos artistes Artist & services dans le monde.

En charge d’une équipe de 3 Mediabuyer, vous aurez la responsabilité de piloter l’activité de cette équipe et développer leurs compétences sur l’intégralité des plateformes média (Youtube, Spotify, Tikok et Meta)

Principales responsabilités :

  • Monitoring & Activation Média sur un portefeuille client
    • Opérer le media buy sur l’ensemble des plateformes pour les clients AS
    • Développer l’activité media buying en identifiant des opportunités de prise de paroles ayant un impact positif pour nos artistes prioritaires.
    • Appliquer les guidelines globales tout en prenant en compte les spécificités locales
    • Accompagner plus en amont les DM et s’appuyer sur nos outils internes pour identifier les opportunités de communication.

 

  • Lead Plateforme
    • Interlocuteur privilégié d’une à deux plateformes (Youtube, Socials, DSP, Xandr, google) en collaboration avec l’équipe Partner Intelligence
    • Définir les best practice par plateforme pour le secteur de la musique
    • Etablir une relation de Partner avec les plateformes pour assurer un niveau de service de qualité : Accès Beta, Accès API, Tarifs Préférentiels.

 

  • Product Adoption & process
    • Participer à l’amélioration des process de l’équipe
    • Animer des workshops avec les paysprioritaires pour améliorer la collaboration entre équipes centrales et locales AS

 

  • Driver de l’intelligence et best practice par pays
    • Construire une roadmap de tests nous permettant d’écrire les best practices de l’équipe centrale
    • Participation active à l’éducation de la communauté mediabuy (documentation de process, creation de case study et articles, newsletter,…)

    • Manager une équipe de 3 Mediabuyers

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la planification et l’achat de médias acquise en agence média, chez un annonceur ayant une équipe médiabuying opérationnelle ou chez un acteur Martech
  • Excellentes compétences en négociation, communication
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en gestion budgétaire
  • KPIs driven, vous êtes un expert de l’analyse
  • Très bonne connaissance des solutions martechs et sensibilité forte au logiques de product development ce domaine (automation,…)

CRM Manager

The Job

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will be responsible for maximising the ROI on the CRM system by enhancing understanding, ensuring consistent usage, promoting adoption, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating development requests across Sentric/Believe. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, acting as a crucial link between technical and business development, client services, and other teams to ensure technology solutions are practical and aligned with business needs. Additionally, you will develop and implement ongoing training, communication, and implementation plans to drive consistent and effective CRM use across all teams. 

Key Relationships 

  • Internal Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key stakeholders including the Client Services Support Manager, Marketing team, Business Development team, Sales Operations, Client Services Manager, and the Insights team to ensure alignment and effective collaboration across all CRM-related initiatives. 

  • External Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external stakeholders, including the CRM account and sales manager, as well as other third-party suppliers, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment in the development and enhancement of the CRM system 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead CRM Adoption: Champion the consistent and appropriate adoption of the CRM system across Sentric, ensuring that its value is widely understood and embraced by all teams. 

  • Business and Process Change Implementation: Lead on implementing business and process changes, providing strategic input and practical solutions related to the CRM system. 

  • Security Measures: Create and maintain security measures across the CRM to protect sensitive data, approval hierarchy and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Own and facilitate regular CRM stakeholder meetings, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and alignment with business goals. 

  • Training, Support and Documentation: Provide comprehensive training and support through sessions and the production of resources, ensuring all teams maximise their use of the CRM. Ensure that all training support documentation remains current and relevant. 

  • Data Integrity and Insights: Work closely with the Insights team to regularly review the approach to data integrity, taking action to ensure consistency, reduce duplication, and improve accuracy within the CRM. 

  • Dashboard and Reporting: In collaboration of with Client Services Support Manager take ownership of CRM specific reporting across service, marketing and sales processes that sit within the CRM.  

  • Process Improvement: Continually review, maintain, and enhance processes within the CRM that deliver measurable benefits to both staff and members, identifying areas where the system is underutilised or can be improved. 

  • Automation Development: Collaborate with marketing, business development, client services, sync, and legal teams to develop and implement automated CRM solutions that streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive targeted outcomes across these functions. 

  • Development Prioritisation: Work with teams across Sentric to identify and prioritise areas for CRM development that will have the most significant impact, whether on customer satisfaction, revenue, or improved workflows. 

Qualifications

  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience within CRM management, ownership or a CRM solutions implementation role.  

  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms preferably experiences with HubSpot and/or Salesforce, data management, and system integration. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business needs and vice versa. 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. 

  • Ability to develop and implement training programs and communication plans. 

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

  • Experience across both B2B & B2C industries preferable

The Job

The Editorial & Marketing Partnerships (E.M.P.) Distribution Specialist will ensure the promotion of Believe’s artists and labels catalogues on local digital platforms. .

 

  MISSIONS: 

 

1. Digital Retail marketing and promotion : 

  • Develop and grow relationships with local contacts at digital platforms, and explore ways to further our catalogue visibility
  • Pitch our artists and priority releases to DSPs via weekly newsletters and priority sheets in order to develop their streams and revenues on digital platforms 
  • Develop strong knowledge of key playlists and how to ensure promotion within these playlists
  • Contribute to create and execute innovative & creative marketing partnerships with digital platforms

2. Internal Process:

Head of Editorial & Marketing Partnerships – India & South Asia

The Job

  • The position is responsible for working with key digital retail partners and help coordinate with our international offices on front-line marketing initiatives for our extensive new release schedule and catalog.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and digital retail promotion across streaming platforms and mobile is integral to the role.
  • The Head of Trade Marketing manages the local Trade Marketing team and ensures that the global strategy for Trade Marketing is implemented.

1. Team Management:

  • Work on DSP backstage to identify genre wise believe market share ; Closely coordinate with Local support to extract and analyse key market information.

  • Set one on one meetings with Director of Label & Artist Solutions meetings on key releases.

 4. Strategy:

  • Recommend long term strategy to local heads on content genre acquisition , local DSP consumption patterns , introduce newer forms of marketing front line releases.
  • Network with industry experts to identify best practices on content marketing and adapt to believe ecosystem.
  • Drive strategy to globalise believe front line releases of artists & labels with the help of believes international presence.

DSP Marketing & PR Manager

The Job

As an EMP leader and reporting to Head of Service, part of our EMP team, your mission is to lead our relationships with our partners and guarantee quality of our front-line marketing initiative for our extensive catalogue. You will lead Trade Marketing activities for our Artist Services and Distribution departments with the promotion, process and coordination of artists and labels, with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

The Job

TuneCore is looking for a Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager to support its TuneCore Accelerator artist development programs for its High Value Clients. This opportunity oversees the artist development program for our high profile artists and B2B label and manager clients, working in tandem with TuneCore’s parent company, Believe, to develop and offer marketing products and services to increase artist and label success and early to long term artist development.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing – Believe with a dotted line to the TuneCore CRO, the Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager understands how marketing programs developed by Believe will benefit TuneCore artists and B2B clients at all stages of artist career development. The Digital Marketing and Special Projects Manager will be involved in the development and coordination of the expansion of the suite of marketing programs that are developed by Believe in coordination with our digital streaming partners to be used by TuneCore artists and labels.

This role will be based out of Paris.

Qualifications

● 5 years of experience in the music industry, preferably focused in digital marketing

TH – AS Video Channel Manager

The Job

1) Analyse, optimize & implement high impact video monetization strategy

a.    Perform thorough artists’ asset and channel audits to identify opportunities for revenue improvement across video platforms like YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and others.

b.    Report, analyse and present campaign and overall performance of video to elaborate Business Reviews, using YouTube CMS and other internal or external tools.

c.    Work closely with AS Support and Artist Services team to analyze clients’ concerns and solve complex support topics relating to rights management, video delivery or content optimization, by troubleshooting and investigating client and product, prioritizing and escalating issue reports.

d.    Ensuring that all content that is ingested has relevant rights cleared, and we apply the monetization policy aligned with YouTube’s & In-house guidelines.

e.    Take responsibility for the asset & channel performance, growth & guidelines stability.
 

2) Supporting Marketing Teams on Audience Development strategy on Video platforms

a.    Devise and implement audience development strategies from a technical/algorithm perspective on video platforms, to increase viewership & subscribers with a specific focus to reap the most effective commercial return for our artists.

b.    Acts in full coordination with Project Manager and Digital Marketing to provide video optimization and analysis to maximise watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.

c.    Work closely with Digital Marketing, Editorial & AS Support teams to ensure full productivity of the department and provide timely recommendations to improve opportunities
 

3) Identify New Trends and Opportunities and Propose Content Strategy

a.    Research and present new trends in video; including topics, format, content rollout, and audience consumption behaviour amongst others.

b.    Suggest content strategy for individual artist in long-form and short-form format based on the data findings to elevate artist’s performance and audience consumption

c.    Work in close coordination with Local Heads of Artist Services & Talent Scouts to identify and pitch potential artists

Qualifications

  1. Fluent in English language (writing and speaking) and local language
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as YouTube Channel Manager / Creator Development
  3. YouTube certified; including deep understanding of YouTube ecosystem, having intimate best-in-class knowledge of Content ID, and history of producing deep dive reports using YouTube Analytics and YouTube CMS to produce actionable strategy

The Job

  • Daily video optimization/analyzation support for producers including maximizing watch time hours, platform engagement, audience growth, monetization growth, and community interaction, etc.
  • Elaboration of Business Reviews, Optimization Plan, Channel Audit, Analysis, and support Sales team in potential acquisition targets
  • Educate and on-boarded the producers on product knowledge such as YouTube analytics, YouTube Policies and Copyrights, etc.
  • Implement strategies and Best Practices for artists’ and labels’ channels across video platforms.
  • Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution Team to analyse clients’ concerns to solve complex support problems by troubleshooting and investigating client and product, prioritizing and escalating issue reports through JIRA.
  • Work closely with Head of Distribution and Regional Head of Video in order to improve client relationships and ensure the execution of the local strategy through the respect of internal process.
