The Job

The US Recruitment team supports both businesses, and we are thrilled to bring on another Recruiter to the group.     

Our Talent Acquisition team is growing! As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager, you are a key representative for our employer brand, and the face of TuneCore and Believe for our candidates. Your primary responsibility is to take charge of the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring, while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. As a Senior member of the team, you will operate as a Lead and Recruiter – you will work with Talent Acquisition Specialists in the US and LATAM. You will partner closely and work directly with hiring managers. You will also proactively identify, attract, and network with potential candidates, building our exposure and reputation in the talent market. The US TA team is responsible for recruitment across all Believe businesses in the region.  

• Partner closely with VP, HR and local HR to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with company strategies. Collaborate effectively with our current TA Specialists.

• Partner with hiring managers and senior team leaders to assess their recruitment needs, create strong job descriptions, set timelines, and work on hiring strategy for each open position. 

• Manage recruitment process from beginning to end which includes but is not limited to assisting in the creation of job descriptions, managing roles within our ATS, direct sourcing of candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews for all interviewers, compiling feedback, constant communication with candidates, making offers and creating offer letters. Strong attention to detail and focus on operational excellence.

• Use your established networks and internal resources such as LinkedIn to directly source and attract experienced, diverse, ambitious, and qualified talent to join our team.

• Use metric driven data to help create alternative models and approaches and to enhance candidate sourcing, and execution of recruiting practices and capabilities

• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process.

• Ability to work within forecasted hiring budget; very limited access to external recruitment agencies.

• Continue to share best practices using SmartRecruiters – manage all recruitment processes in this system.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years experience in a true full life cycle Recruitment role (in-house experience is mandatory)

• At least 1+ years in a Lead position, organizing and guiding fellow recruiters

• Experience closing candidates, which includes negotiation skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Customer service oriented – positive attitude a must

• Discretion handling confidential information

• Flexible and open to taking on new duties and projects. Able to help coordinate people, schedules, and projects with efficiency and grace under pressure.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization from interns to executives

• Act as a Human Resources ambassador for both internal and external client groups

• Applicant Tracking Systems- SmartRecruiters desired.

• BA/BS preferred.

Salary range: $105,000 – $115,000

The Job

En tant que monteur vidéo et créateur de contenus réseaux sociaux, vous aiderez à développer la notoriété de la marque TuneCore sur l’ensemble du territoire en assistant le Country Coordinator et le Head of TuneCore France dans les missions suivantes : 

CRÉATION DE CONTENU : 

  • Production de contenus vidéos à destination des réseaux sociaux : interview d’artistes TuneCore, concerts, sessions studio…
    S’occuper de la mise en place du matériel vidéo et du bon déroulement de la captation.
  • Montage des vidéos : dé-rush, édition, sous-titres, animations simples, titrage, effets sonores, musique, étalonnage, gestion des niveaux sonores
  • Déclinaison des contenus captés en plusieurs formats selon les besoins. Accent mis sur les formats courts et dynamiques.
  • Création de visuels à destination des réseaux sociaux, du site web et d’impression papier.
  • Veille créative: se tenir informé des trends sur les réseaux sociaux et être force de proposition pour proposer de nouveaux contenus ou partenaires en lien avec la communauté.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT : 

  • Animation des réseaux sociaux de TuneCore (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) : interaction avec la communauté (commentaire, like, partage)

Sr. Software Engineer (REMOTE)

The Job

TuneCore Engineering develops web applications supporting our talented customers and internal operations.  As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work within a small engineering team building experiences that benefit our core business and end-users in the music space.  You will interact with internal stakeholders, product managers as part of requirement gathering and issue diagnosis.

We’re looking for an engineer to help drive the evolution of our web platform under the leadership of a technical lead.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object oriented and functional software architecture, be an excellent communicator, and will work very well in a collaborative agile environment.

Responsibilities:

●    Believe in quality as a first level concern

●    Cultivate expertise in TuneCore’s frameworks, CMS, and other supporting technology components

●    Write clean, well-tested, reusable code

●    Engage in technical design and code reviews

●    Design and create relational database schemas

Qualifications

●    BS or BA degree, or higher

●    Must have more than 4 years of experience working with web application development technologies – Javascript frameworks (React/Node), Ruby on Rails, Sinatra and deep understanding of the underlying technologies

●    Demonstrated experience working with relational databases (write, optimize and troubleshoot complex SQL queries)

●    Demonstrated System Design experience and ability to question the validity of current solutions

●    Comfortable translating Business and Design requirements into working/efficient/modern HTML/DOM and CSS.

●    Familiarity with agile development practices

●    Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting in those environments

●    Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to interact with stakeholders and vendors

●    Ability to perform under pressure

●    Mobile web development experience

●    Comfortable with Git and Github

●    Experience building and maintaining high volume multi-tier website applications

●    Knowledge of DevOps (AWS, Docker, Redis, etc) is a plus

●    NOSQL, GraphQL experience is a plus

●    Background in Python is a plus.

Range: $125,000-150,000 annually

Product Manager – Distribution

The Job

The Product Manager (PM) – Supply Chain will lead the development of TuneCore products related to all aspects of the supply chain, i.e. DSP onboarding and management, distribution, user experience and product integration as well as managing technical requirements. S/he will participate in the analysis, inception and implementation of TuneCore supply chain-related product iteration to grow the product and meet the evolving needs of the customer.

As the PM for Supply Chain, you will manage the delivery of a set of DSP/store/distribution-related products and features on the roadmap from conception to launch. You will lead a team of Associate Product Managers and you will work with teams across the organization.

This role requires a focus on the user, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, and a thirst for continuous learning. The candidate must have the dual ability to be a strategic thinker and be hands-on in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Product Management:

●      Drive product development, from conception to launch, of the products and product solutions associated with the TuneCore distribution platform — both consumer-facing features and back-end systems

●      Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long-term product goals

●      Develop an understanding of customers by assisting the Senior Product Manager and Product Director in conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability testing, as necessary

●      Partner with engineering, marketing, and customer operations and customer care teams to bring new products and features to market, including activities like launch messaging and customer support.

●      Identify and track essential qualitative and quantitative metrics for evaluating the impact of the product initiatives you lead, and for informing future decisions

●      Work collaboratively to ensure consistency across all TuneCore products

●      Write product requirements, develop user flows, and mock-ups based on stakeholder feedback.

●      Define the “What” and the “Why” and manage delivery. Be able to breakdown goals and strategies into actionable deliverables and milestones

●      Propose new features and products for approval by senior management, working cross-functionally to build a business case and define ROI

●      Manage and update product documentation such as PRDs, business requirements, use cases, user flows/stories, flows, and functional specs

●      Design and Track KPIs to measure outcomes of each initiative and outline actions based on KPIs

●      Support prioritization of feature backlog and support management of the development queue

●      Assist in determining the best technical implementation methods with the engineering team, work closely with QA on acceptance testing, and support product launches

●      Design and execute User Acceptance Tests

●      Drive metrics-based optimizations to the product —striking the right balance between fixing bugs while enhancing and launching new features

●      Work with third-party vendors to implement new features and manage day-to-day issues

●      Be the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders for all products and features in the Supply Chain squad

●      Proactively build the knowledge base to intimately know the market, product, product line, and competition

●      Keeps abreast of what’s happening within the digital and music industry and proactively shares strategic insights with the leadership team

Qualifications

●      Strong knowledge of industry best practices and competitive landscape

●      4-6  years of product management experience

●      Experience with DSP’s and/or Streaming Music Services  

●      Demonstrable track record of building, launching, and managing digital products

●      Experience with agile methodologies

●      Proven track record in working collaboratively across functional areas to drive results – can interact effectively with representatives from Technology, Operations, and Marketing

●      Strong technical understanding (development methodologies, phases, etc.)

●      Strong ownership, communication, and presentation skills

●      Ability to quickly translate and communicate complex problems or concepts

●      Demonstrate thoroughness, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

●      Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines

●      Bonus points for knowledge of the digital music industry

●      Experience with analysis and ingestion of digital content, copyright infringements and fraud management highly preferred

●      Bonus points for familiarity with SQL, XML, and JSON

Lead Engineer (REMOTE)

The Job

TuneCore Engineering develops web applications supporting our talented customers and internal operations. As a Lead Software Engineer reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will lead a small engineering team-building experiences that benefit our primary business and end-users in the music space. Senior Data Analyst

The Job

TuneCore is seeking a qualified Senior Data Analyst to provide impactful analysis and high quality reporting to stakeholders across our organization. The candidate must be experienced in building customer LTV models, calculating CAC and providing in-depth funnel analysis. Prior experience in developing machine learning models and fraud analytics is highly desired but not necessary.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. They will have a highly collaborative attitude and be comfortable with working in a cross-functional capacity to support internal departments that include Marketing, Product, Finance & Operations.

Responsibilities:

The tasks and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Audit and maintain existing reports and make recommendations for any improvements that will aid in more insightful decision-making for stakeholders.

  • Create QoS standards and protocols to validate and own accuracy of all deliverables from the Data Analytics team.

  • Work closely with the BI Analyst for the refactor and migration of legacy cadence reports into Tableau.

  • Work closely with the Data Engineer to ensure that the data warehouse is updated with the most accurate data to support analytics and reporting.  

  • Liaise between multiple teams and departments to develop reports relating to marketing, finance, product performance and consumer behavior across all products.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

  • Some coursework or experience in Finance or Marketing is a plus

  • 4-5  years of proven work experience as a data analyst or business data analyst

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen sense of detail when quantifying and presenting analysis.

  • In-depth experience using statistical packages such as Python, R, Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc. for analyzing datasets.

  • High level of proficiency in SQL and in-depth knowledge of common RDBMS systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

  • Knowledge of AWS and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikvue, Looker, Power BI etc. is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a desire to improve processes through redesign and automation.

 

Range: $105,000-$130,000 annually
