TH – Editorial & Marketing Partnerships Manager (Internal Consultant)

The Job

  • Handle day to day relationships with DSPs – set up communication process and tools;
  • Develop market share and revenue;
  • Explore ways to further our catalogue visibility;
  • Develop strong knowledge on playlisting and on-store promotion strategies;

Video Channel Manager

The Job

You will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels regarding all video distribution aspects. Thanks to a perfect understanding of our products and client’s needs, a solid sales strategy and an in-depth thinking of the music market, you will be able to build the video success of our customers.

Senior Global Social Media Strategist (H/F)

Social Media Strategy

·       Audit de l’écosystème social media du groupe Believe, de ses marques commerciales et de ses filiales

o    Objectifs et ligne éditoriale par canal social

o    Mise en œuvre de nouveaux canaux

o    Articulation des messages entre les différents clients internes

·       Déclinaison de la stratégie fixée par le pôle Global Sales Communication & Marketing :

o    Définition de la/des stratégie(s) d’animation des réseaux sociaux des filiales : évaluation des enjeux de marché locaux, objectifs et ligne éditoriale par canal social, mise en œuvre de nouveaux canaux, articulation des messages entre les différentes marques/le groupe…

Qualifications

La gestion de projet social media n’a aucun secret pour vous : vous justifiez d’une expertise avérée (+ 8 ans d’XP) en agence ou chez l’annonceur, en charge d’espaces comptabilisant des dizaines de milliers de fans & followers tous univers confondus sur les principaux réseaux sociaux (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Profil senior, vous êtes rompu aux modes de collaboration agile et faites preuve de rigueur, de curiosité, d’écoute active et d’un fort esprit d’équipe. Head of Video UK & Audience Development

The Job

As a Head of Video & Audience Development, you will be responsible for a team of Channel Managers and lead the team to deliver our services. Missions: 

1/ Team Management 

  • Provide daily support to Channel Managers team on their important issues and ensure internal video processes application 

  • Onboarding and Training of new Channel Managers  

  • Ensure the highest level of expertise of the team with the latest industry best practices and internal new tools 

  • OKRs definition and monitoring, aligned with Regional Business Objectives and global VAD OKRs
