The Manager, Fraud Prevention will liaise directly with TuneCore artists, TuneCore’s store partners, and a number of internal teams for all issues related to streaming and financial fraud. They will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Fraud Prevention team, and work collaboratively with TuneCore’s Legal, Product, Artist Support, and other Operations teams to ensure the integrity of our processes, policies, and procedures.
Additionally, they will be responsible for assisting and leading activities around account investigations, abnormal or suspicious account activity relating to account takeover and distribution, monitoring streaming reports for trends of abuse, managing withdrawals, and chargebacks.
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned operations professional with demonstrated experience managing/leading teams and working directly with clients, and has a deep knowledge of process, policy, and procedure with experience in fraud or trust & safety in the music industry. They are a strategic thinker, but can also roll up their sleeves, dig in and support the team to get the job done.

Rattaché au Head of Customer Royalties Artist Services et Labels, le Chargé de Royalties dédié aux projets d’intégration opérationnelle post-acquisition (PMI) sera le référent pour l’ensemble des projets PMI sur son périmètre fonctionnel (reporting et paiement aux artistes, producteurs ou labels). En tant que référent Customer Finance Artist Services, vous aurez en charge les activités suivantes (liste variable selon le type de projet):
Cadrage de projet d’intégration
Participation à l’établissement du plan d’intégration avec le chef de projet : priorisation, planification, revue des coûts et ressources nécessaires à l’exécution du plan.
Exécution du plan d’intégration :
Go-to-market et Change management : proposition d’organisation opérationnelle cible, revue et validation de la documentation go-to-market, participation aux formations, …
Dans le cadre de ces missions, vous devrez :
Vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le domaine des royalties ou sur des thématiques de reporting financier
Votre niveau d’anglais est courant, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise d’excel et une bonne maîtrise de power point.
Vous êtes rigoureux, synthétique, à l’aise avec les chiffres, force de proposition, aimant le travail d’équipe et le sens du client au sein d’un environnement agile, innovant et international. Des voyages à l’étranger sont également possibles.

Dans un contexte de forte croissance en France comme à l’international et sous la responsabilité du Head of M&A et en « dotted line » avec la Direction Juridique Groupe, le Senior M&A Lawyer participera à la politique M&A du Groupe et prendra en charge l’ensemble des problématiques juridiques relatives à la croissance externe de Believe, en ce compris :
– Participation aux négociations d’acquisitions de sociétés et de projets de joint-ventures ;
– Support expert juridique dédié à l’équipe M&A ;
– Négociation, rédaction et revue de tous types de contrats et de documents relatifs aux opérations de M&A (contrats d’acquisition, pactes d’actionnaires, lettres d’intention, accords de confidentialité, GAP, etc.) ;
– Préparation de la documentation corporate et gouvernance (conseil d’administration, etc.) en lien avec ces projets M&A ;
– Assistance au closing et gestion du suivi post-closing telles que la mise en jeu des garanties, les contentieux M&A, etc. ;
– Accompagnement des services support et opérationnels dans les Business Units concernées, en vue de l’intégration des nouvelles entités ;
– Coordination des relations avec les conseils extérieurs et suivi de leurs travaux.
Le Senior M&A lawyer veillera également au respect des règles et des procédures internes, ainsi qu’aux principes de gouvernance du Groupe.
Doté(e) d’une solide formation juridique universitaire (Master 2, obtention du CAPA souhaitée), vous disposez de connaissances approfondies en droit des affaires, et tout particulièrement en M&A, et potentiellement en droit du financement.
Vous avez déjà une expérience d’au moins 5 ans au sein de directions juridiques et/ou cabinets d’avocats et vous avez évolué dans un environnement international.
Vous avez une expérience solide de gestion des dossiers M&A de bout en bout (de la structuration au post-closing) en coordination avec les autres fonctions (M&A, Finance, Opérations, etc.).
