Au sein de la cellule Avant-Garde, le A&R manager senior aura en charge de détecter les nouveaux talents ou les opportunités de signature du marché urbain. Vous serez aussi garant du développement du portefeuille d’artistes urbains en étant le premier point de contact principal auprès des artistes.
Dans le cadre de votre fonction vos missions seront :
Entretenir et développer un réseau de producteurs, managers, artistes, avocats et éditeurs
Identifier de nouveaux artistes, producteurs extérieurs au label
Négocier et signer des contrats de distribution (Avant-Garde) et tous types de contrats (Allpoints)
Piloter au quotidien des projets de sortie d’albums et contribuer au succès des artistes que vous représentez.
Gérer la relation au quotidien avec les producteurs et artistes pour exécution des services et les conseiller au mieux dans les enjeux du quotidien.
Être force de proposition sur la stratégie et politique d’acquisition commerciale et renouvellement du catalogue ou du roster
Finance : spreadsheet et projections financières (rentabilité)
Vous avez une expérience de 3/4 ans dans la distribution de musique urbaine, de préférence dans une structure artiste / label, et avec de solides connaissances du fonctionnement de la production et distribution d’albums de musique.
Au cour de votre carrière vous avez développé un réseau dans le milieu urbain auprès d’artistes, managers, producteurs, avocats, publishers, tourneurs et vous êtes reconnu votre capacité à accompagner les artistes dans leur projet au quotidien.
Vous avez d’excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et la mise en place de relation de confiance. On dit de vous que vous êtes autonome, organisé et force de proposition.
Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant.

As General Manager, you will be responsible to develop each of them and to ensure Believe best serves artists and labels in your region. The local team will be in direct reporting to you. Responsibilities:
1 – People
You will be tasked to build, manage and develop the best trained team of sales & marketing managers in the local music industry.
Developing a business partner relationship with the local business heads who is responsible for all local operations (including back end, retail, sales & marketing operations, support functions and M&A) will be key to your success.
2 – Strategy
You will be tasked to build the sales & marketing strategy in partnership with Greater China team and the global head of each business line.
3 – Execution
You will be responsible to adapt and execute Believe’s global strategy in your market for each business line. As such, you will have primary responsibility for artist and label satisfaction, for the P&L of each business line and for your region global P&L.
4 – Measurement
You will be responsible to deploy local performance measurement in accordance with Greater China and global guidelines for sales and marketing
1.The northern region distribution team management
-Define objectives and missions and assess performance
-Organize the team missions accordingly to sales strategy
-Organize team meetings and build team cohesion
2.Lead the northern region distribution team to develop potential Label/Artist
-Sourcing the potential customer in the eastern market
-Evaluate and establish contacts with potential independent labels/artists

3.Lead the account manager to implement distribution services for Labels/Artists
-Manage content for labels/artists and optimize content performance on the platform
-Coordinate with regional and global EMP Marketing teams to obtain the best platform resources for customers
-Listen and understand the real needs of customers with a quick response, constantly improve service quality
