Job Description
The Editorial & Marketing Partnerships (EMP) team is responsible for promoting the catalog of Believe’s artists and labels to digital platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, and others.
This role focuses on keeping internal knowledge and resources clear, actionable, and always up to date, while supporting communications, training, and go-to-market coordination so local EMP teams can execute consistently.
Key responsibilities
Internal knowledge base & resource management
- Organize and update the EMP internal knowledge base.
- Keep toolkits, playbooks, one-sheeters, case studies, and guides simple, practical, and updated.
- Support the reorganization and ongoing maintenance of hubs and shared repositories (including Drive/central resource folders).
- Support creation of yearly guides and one-pagers with the Marketing Education Specialist.
- Liaise with Marketing to provide EMP resources and best practices into the internal knowledge base (for example on playlisting topics, DSP ecosystem, genre pitching, and “what good looks like” examples).
- Reinforce adoption of DSP tools and internal processes by making guidance easy to find and easy to apply.
Internal communications (DSP updates + weekly rhythm)
- Write regular internal updates on DSP tools, new features.
- Produce and send the weekly bulletin, and help run the weekly bulletin call with the EMP Director.
Adoption, performance & productivity tracking
- Support the EMP Director in tracking adoption KPIs for tools, frameworks, and enablement initiatives.
- Help measure productivity impact of new processes and resources.
- Collect feedback and usage signals, and turn them into concrete improvements.
EMP GTM coordination
- Help deploy locally the clear operational steps defined from central priorities (in partnership with local teams and stakeholders).
- Coordinate timelines, materials, and communication to support launches.
- Follow up post-launch to ensure adoption, quality of execution, and clarity of expectations.
Training support
- Support onboarding of new EMP team members (materials, sessions, access to resources).
- Help build and deploy training paths.
- Support webinars, offsites organization and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Monitor participation and completion for mandatory training programs (tracking, reminders, follow-ups), and proactively chase local teams and managers to reach 100% participation.
Results Hub Maintenance
- Review weekly entries and ensure correctness and comprehensiveness of results
- Maintain the index tables up to date and complete
- Maintain the FAQ and other resources documentation up to date
