As a Contract Management Specialist within the Contract and Account Management (CAM) team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between legal integrity and commercial success. This is a central operations role based in India, offering a global footprint as you support multiple international Business Units.
You will serve as a critical business partner to our Sales and Legal teams, ensuring seamless contract execution, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Lifecycle & Workflow Management
- End-to-End Validation: Review, validate, and electronically execute contracts, contractual annexes, and amendments for LAS and Artist Services.
- Risk & Compliance: Conduct rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, verifying producer data, legal entities, contractual terms, and required approvals.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a dedicated business partner to Sales teams, providing high-level Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and ticketing support.
- Deviation Analysis: Analyze and process contractual deviations from standard clauses, escalating complex legal or financial risks when necessary.
Operational Excellence & Data Integrity
- SLA & KPI Optimization: Manage contractual workarounds while strictly adhering to SLAs, actively driving initiatives to reduce signature lead times and improve overall KPIs.
- Systems & Back-Office Governance: Oversee and maintain critical contractual data within back-office tools, including account configurations and royalty tool settings.
- First-Level Operability Analysis: Evaluate contract structures to guarantee the seamless execution of commercial and legal commitments.
- Special Projects: Lead and execute ad-hoc operational campaigns, including contract migrations, bulk amendment rollouts, data corrections, and new client onboardings.
