Important notice on recruitment scams

At Believe, we care deeply about the trust and safety of our community, including candidates who wish to join us. Unfortunately, like many companies, we have become aware of fraudulent recruitment activities carried out by malicious individuals impersonating Believe brands.

These scams typically involve fake job offers and demand for payment to initiate job tasks. We never ask you to pay anything to start working for us. Please be aware that these activities are not connected to Believe in any way.

While we reported incidents to the police, consulted with them, and cyber action to report them to competent authorities, your vigilance is key to avoid such attacks:
Communication canals: Our recruitment team will never contact you via Line, WhatsApp, or other messaging apps. We communicate only from LinkedIn or official company email addresses ending in :
• @linkedin.com
• @believe.com

Financial requests: We will never request payment, wire transfers, or fees at any stage of recruitment or onboarding.
No sensitive info: We will never ask you to share your phone number, bank account info or other sensitive personal information by messaging application. All personal info will only be requested through our secure recruitment platform Smart Recruiters or Believe HR personnel with the email @believe.com.

If you receive a suspicious Message
• ❌ Do not respond or provide personal details.
• ❌ Do not send money or make any form of payment.
• If you were to be a victime of scam, pelasse report the incident to the police
• 📬 If in doubt, please verify and directly call us
