At Believe, we support all our employees’ growth and development at all stages of their careers. That’s why we’ve set up an internal training program dedicated to interns and apprentices, to support them as they take their first steps in the professional world.
Essential topics to get off to a good start
These training sessions are designed to sharekey practical skills that are useful and applicable in everyday work throughout their careers.
The training covers the following topics:
- Giving and receiving feedback: Learning how to give and receive constructive feedback in a professional environment.
- Time and priority management: Develop good habits for organizing your day effectively, setting priorities, and avoiding procrastination.
- Pitching / Public speaking: Develop the ability to speak with impact, whether to persuade, present, or inspire.
A short and dynamic format
Each session lasts 2 hours and brings together around ten participants to encourage interaction, role-playing, and sharing personal experiences.
A collaborative learning experience
These sessions are led by Believe employees who are committed to sharing knowledge and best practices. The sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to foster exchanges among young professionals.
A first step toward professional growth
These training sessions provide a valuable opportunity for our interns and apprentices to develop lasting soft skills, gain a better understanding of workplace norms, and build confidence! In the future, we aim to offer even more training opportunities, based on participant feedback.
