Health and well-being are one of the key priorities of our CSR commitment, Shaping Music for Good. At Believe, we put in place practical and accessible initiatives to support Believers in their day-to-day work, across the world and across all roles.
What resources does Believe offer?
- Access to a digital mental health support platform
Believers benefit from access to Caring by Eutelmed, a multilingual digital platform dedicated to mental health and well-being.
This solution offers confidential, simple and accessible support tailored to individual needs, such as consultations with psychologists and self-assessment and advices.
- Well-being-focused webinars
Regular sessions covering key topics such as mindfulness, mental health, yoga, sophrology, day-to-day balance, and the impact of music on mood, led by expert speakers.
- Wellness Capsules led by Believers
During our health and well-being month, short wellness sessions are created and facilitated by Believe employees around the world.
These formats encourage simple, realistic routines that are easy to integrate into the working day.
- Training and empowerment: the Mental Health Academy for artist-facing professionals
Believe also invests in prevention and training through the Mental Health Academy, designed for artist-facing teams working closely with artists.
The platform on-line and in-presence training program helps foster healthy professional relationships and better navigate demanding work environments.
- Employee voice & Engagement monitoring
Believe also listen to employees’ voice monitoring their level of satisfaction in terms of wellbeing, stress, workload and relationships with their managers. The regular people engagement survey help to better understand local situations and implement actions to support our teams.
At Believe, caring for mental health and well-being is a tangible, everyday reality. Our initiatives are designed to adapt to different roles, local contexts and individual rhythms.
