The Job

Reporting to the Head of Artist Services, the Live Senior Leader will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement innovative communication and marketing strategies for tours at local and international level, in conjunction with labels, managers, press and partners
  • Propose and monitor corresponding budgets, and negotiate space purchases
  • Design communication, supports online and offline in conjunction with graphic designers
  • Contribute to the development of Live, particularly through its digital communication (website, social networks)
  • Data management: analysis and segmentation of audiences, optimization of databases and data collection, activation of databases
  • Manage and motivate a high performing Live sales team

Partnerships/ Media

  • Prospect and negotiate media and distributor partnerships
  • Manage requests for interviews, invitations, photo accreditations

Ticketing

  • Management of sales

Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • Good knowledge of the market
  • Curious and creative
  • Good knowledge of music sector and related media
  • Min 10 years’ experience in celebrity marketing and/or live event management
  • Combination of versatility, responsiveness, creativity, rigidity, efficiency, and organisation skills
  • Proven track record in sales operations  
  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster
  • Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
  • Fluent in English
