The Job

The Brand Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for development of Brand Partnership in Believe Artist Services Department, leads advertising campaigns, following the strategy, defined by Believe & artists.

  • Define the strategy of Brand Partnership together with HoAS
  • P&L control together with HoAS
  • Identify, search and develop client portfolio: brands, agencies, advertisers
  • Build commercial offer for advertisers
  • Contracts monitoring together with Legal team
  • Operational and commercial leading of special projects
  • Regular reporting to the team
  • Pro-active communication with brands, producers & artists
  • Analysis and monitoring of artists’ audiences
  • Build coordination tools
  • Monitoring of brands & artists collaborations
  • Manage and motivate a high performing Branding sales team

Qualifications

  • Higher education
  • Good knowledge of the market
  • Curious and creative
  • Good knowledge of advertiser’s pains and problems (tendencies, opportunities, problems, monitoring and comparative analysis)
  • Min 10 years’ experience in celebrity marketing and/or brand partnership
  • Combination of versatility, responsiveness, creativity, rigidity, efficiency, and organisation skills
  • Proven track record in sales operations  
  • Motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster
  • Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
