The Job

Within the Global People Team and directly reporting to the Italy Managing Team (with a dotted line to the Group People Team), you will bring your expertise in all actions enabling our coworkers’s good onboarding, development, and loyalty.

Scope: Italy (43 people with growth in coming months)

Your missions are:

  • Advise operational managers on the HR management of their teams within the frameworks of competencies development, career management, the assimilation of HR tools & processes and on the several reviews (performance review and salary reviews amongst others)
  • Support our coworkers in order to ensure their onboardings and career developments
  • Take part in the operational implementation of the group’s human resources policies and projects
  • Make sure of the implementation of the determined rules, HR processes and all legal provisions
  • Collaborate with your international counterparts for HR projects
  • Ensure the writing of local HR documentation
  • Take care of values and culture by organizing local actions
  • Coordinate the workplace and facilities management with the office manager
  • Ensure a regular reporting to the Central People Team via OKRs

Qualifications

You have a significant successful experience as HRBP/HR generalist (3 to 5 years minimum) with a good legal/compliance background, ideally within tech industry.

You have worked in fast-paced international environments (in an affiliate reporting to international HQ for example, or in a multinational company).

You have had the chance to support teams within strongly growing and developing environments. 

You still want to have hands on day-to-day tasks.

Facility Manager (M/W/N)

The Job

Attached to the MDO within the Milan offices,

Your missions are :

  • Facility Manager: supervision of external suppliers for the resolution of technical problems in the office and for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, coordination with the architect and the owner for the contribution of improvements and technical solutions to make the office ready for reopening (e.g. soundproofing with the support of a sound engineer), continuous supervision of all office-related needs.
  • Office Manager: recurring check of office equipment and supplies and placing of orders, welcoming external guests at the entrance and caring, preparation of meeting rooms (supplies and technicalities), first point of contact from outside.
  •  Business Coordinator: management of travel and transfers, agenda management for Top Line, support in organizing in-house events and in external locations, direct management of all organizational aspects related to special events (i.e Festival di Sanremo), support in managing operational needs.

Label Manager

The Job

  • Account development 
  • Day to day account management and responsibility for Believe’s key label accounts.
  • Support and advise clients on key campaign elements including promotion and streaming strategy and drive key artist campaigns with our Trade Marketing teams and DSPs to maximize global campaign results.
  • Advise key clients on non-distribution areas including PR, marketing, and touring.
  • Support and advise clients on key campaign elements including promotion and streaming strategy.
  • Identify and assist Believe’s Head of Distribution and Talent Scout team in signing the  most exciting emerging and established record label new business into the fast-growing area of digital distribution.
  • Deliver regular best practices and business reviews to your key clients.
  • Onboard and train clients to use Believe’s own tech solutions for distribution and marketing (Believe Backstage, Backlink, Datamusic).
  • Ensure timely delivery of all marketing and promotional material, and campaign updates to Believe’s internal streaming marketing and sync teams. And work closely with all other central, and international departments in areas including: Video, Support, Marketing, A&R, Finance, HR, Data, and Content. 
  • Maintain close relationships and communication with the labels and their project teams and become an integral component of their business and team as a whole and on specific key artist projects.
  • Attend meetings, gigs, showcases, conferences and other events to represent Believe and your key clients.
  • Feedback and contribute to the general development of the Label Distribution team.
  • Complete all internal group and personal training, processes, OKRs required.

  • Experience in the music industry within a distributor, record label, management company preferred. Previous account development experience is a plus.
  • Passion for Independent music and record labels
  • A good knowledge of the current and global music market, digital landscape, and trends.
  • The ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple labels and projects simultaneously and to timelines with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the changing market.
  • Extremely digital savvy and quick to adopt trends.
  • Strong relationship building skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities especially the streaming landscape.

CUSTOMER CARE & SUPPORT SPECIALIST ITALY (M/W/N)

The Job

Believe is looking for a Customer Care & Support Specialist for a permannent contract, based in Milan.

Integrated into the Customer Care & Support department, you will be the main point of contact of our customers (Producers, Labels, Artistes) to solve their issues and requests.

Your main role and responsibilities are:

  • Solve Artists & Labels operational issues on artistic content, payment of royalties, reporting, management of copyright in compliance with our – SLAs, and top quality communication
  • Manage video operational tasks to help Customers ( Approval of videos, modification of information attached to the video, help in case of technical issue)
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Onboard and train Artists and Labels on Believe internal tools
  • Contribute to the Support knowledge bases to improve the autonomy of our clients 
  • Maintain a regular and close communication with Sales teams
  • Interact with Believe back office teams: Finances, Content, Product, Contracts & Rights 

Qualifications

  •  At least 3 years of experience of online customer service
  • Good communication skills with Care, Respect, Empathy
