Job Description

The position is responsible for working with key digital retail partners and help coordinate with our international offices on front-line marketing initiatives for our extensive new release schedule and catalog. Experience in Digital Marketing and digital retail promotion across streaming platforms and mobile is integral to the role. The position reports directly to the Global Head of Artist Services Trade Marketing, as well as the local Head of Sales for Artist Services. The Head of Trade Marketing manages the local Trade Marketing team and ensures that the global strategy for Trade Marketing is implemented. In addition, a strong focus on educating the team, plus artist Managers on best practices, strategy and the evolution of platforms.

1. Team Management: 

  • Inspire team members with data-centric, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving mindset.

2. Digital Retail:

  • Working with editorial heads of digital retailers to ensure they are aware of priority releases, optimizing the promotional information that is available and ensuring our releases receive strong coverage. Conduct quarterly business reviews OR Road shows with digital retailers to fill need gap.
    • Create world class white papers on each Local DSP ; Their current and future editorial strategy
  • Build a credible relationship with top management of digital retailers and be a positive influencer in the ecosystem.
    • Work closely with every local DSP ; Gauge genre movement ; Top release movement ; introduction of new genres.
    • Work on DSP backstage to identify genre wise believe market share ; Closely coordinate with Local support to extract and analyse key market information.
  • Focus on International Key Release strategy, with a clear objective of breaking acts internationally in multiple markets. 
    • Map international markets , Indian diaspora , top local stores in top 20 countries , curate content for Indian diaspora , engage with editorial teams directly or respective TMM in that region.
  • Collaborating on the conception, development and rollout of new marketing and promotion services for artists. 
    • Create world class white papers on each Local DSP ; Their current and future editorial strategy
  • Work with the artist Management team to ensure we are able to work as early as possible on key projects, building innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.

3. Internal Process:

  • Work closely with Global Head of Trade Marketing to ensure Trade Marketing strategy is adhered to on a local level, with a strong attention to internal processes.
  • Set up regular weekly calls with Sales & Video team to identify key releases and how to build robust processes and drive value.
  • Set one on one meetings with Head of Label Distribution OR Head of Sales  strategy meetings on key releases.

 4. Strategy :

  • Recommend long term strategy to local Head of Sales on content genre acquisition , local DSP consumption patterns , introduce newer forms of marketing front line releases.
  • Network with industry experts to identify best practices on content marketing and adapt to believe ecosystem.
  • Drive strategy to globalise believe front line releases of artists & labels with the help of believes international presence.

Senior Accountant

The Job

Accounts Receivable:

·       Ensuring proper accounting of receipts in Accounting Software

The Job

As an Artist Support Specialist, you will work directly with TuneCore artists to help them distribute their music online, answer their questions, and resolve any issues they have about their service.  In this role, you will primarily support our growing French market over email, so fluency in French is a must

  • Answer customer emails, DMs, and phone calls to help artists distribute their music, and to use other TuneCore services

  • Resolve issues and questions customers have about TuneCore products and services

  • Work within TuneCore’s administrative system to update and correct account issues; cancel account content as needed

  • Product account management

  • Provide reporting on customer and product issues

  • Work with a team on special projects as needed

  • Report technical and communication issues in order to better service TuneCore artists

Working within our international Content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on music content of english music which includes:

  • Validate digital music metadata content, in accordance with the rules outlined by iTunes and other international digital music stores (training will be given)

Client Services Manager

The Job

The Manager, Client Services is responsible for leading the relationship with several clients and artists and will be responsible for working in teams, effectively executing on ground events, IPs and branded campaigns.

  • Works directly with creative, sales and production teams to facilitate ongoing updates and communications from the client.

CSR & Engagement Specialist – APAC

The Job

You will be part of the Global CSR & Engagement team, within People Department. You will report to the Global CSR & Engagement Director, and work closely with APAC HR Directors (India/SEA & China) and the regional HR Teams.

– Manage the deployment of our CSR policy and roadmap in the APAC region in collaboration with the CSR Team, with the local HR, the Leadership and business teams, our ambassadors, and our external partners

– Contribute to strategizing CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Policy and support the deployment of priority actions, in particular in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), gender equity (training, gender index, monitoring of objectives, etc.) and well-being, as well as environmental actions.
