The Job

  • Organize planning for key business meetings involving local and central office.
  • Update and create professional-looking slides for business presentations.
  • Collect business data and intelligence in preparation of key business meetings.
  • Organize business travels including visa support, agenda, logistics and coordination.
  • Process relevant expense reports (expense reimbursement including collecting hard copies receipts, insert them into expense reporting system, coordination with accounting).
  • Draft, document and store official memos/ writing follow-ups of the meetings.
  • Carry out translations;
  • Own internal communications in alignment with GM/GMO.
  • Support in organization and carrying out of seminars and events. 
  • Follow up the business projects and schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as Executive Assistant;
  • Proficiency at MS Office (Power Point and Word);
  • Fluent English & Mandarin
  • Perfect English language knowledge at C1 level or other proof of the same (min);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills;
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail;

Digital Marketing Manager (Taipei – Taiwan)

The Job

As Digital Marketing Manager in Taiwan, you will plan, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across digital channels for Believe’s local brand and key artists.

·       Plan scalable ad-purchase campaigns, including but not limited to Spotify Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Ads via relevant local channels, to enhance the presence of Believe key partners in the Taiwan market.

·       Point of execution and collaboration with local vendor and external marketing partners

·       Measure, report and optimize the organic and paid performance of digital marketing campaigns based constructive data insights.

·       Lead DSP playlist strategy and conversion tests

·       Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, provide perspective and relevant adoption.

Qualifications

·       2+ years of track experience in digital marketing, preferably in the entertainment space, with demonstratable understanding of engagement, retention, and analytics

·       Experience of developing and managing campaigns and cross-functional projects, organic and paid

·       Working knowledge of digital Ad tools and platforms

·       Experience in analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging data

·       Professional fluency in English and Chinese

·       Strong passion for various genres of music

Label Manager – Consultant (Taipei – Taiwan)

The Job

As a Label manager, you will participate in driving and supporting the team in a constantly technological, strategical and mutating environment with changing processes and policies.

You will consult and manage a portfolio of artists in digital distribution plans, allowing artists and affiliated teams to gain and maintain satisfaction through the distribution collaboration period.

In parallel, you will contribute to business development by systematically identifying, sourcing and negotiating distribution deals with local artists.

By constantly learning and grasping the essentials of our product and service, artists’ needs, solid sales strategy, and an in-depth thinking of the business landscape, you will be a part of Believe Taiwan’s core team in breaking through the world’s leading independent distributor to the local market, as well as Taiwan emerging music contents to the world.

Missions:

1. Label Sourcing, Negotiation, and Management

Qualifications
