JP – Account Manager – Label

The Job

Within the Label and Artists Solutions team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of strategic clients and define with your manager the best solutions to maximize client satisfactions and services execution. As the clients’ point of contact, you will be responsible to:

  • Deliver flawless service and ensuring cross-functional collaboration of teams (Video channel management, Marketing, Customer Support etc.);
  • Proactively provide best strategic support to clients periodically (go-to-market strategies, quarterly business reviews, providing insights, etc);
  • Manage projects and propose the best audience development solutions,  content management, key campaign elements including PR, promotion and digital streaming strategy;
  • Analyse and present sales performance to client using dashboards and tools;
  • Fully comprehend the client needs and identify potential services to nurture and upsell;
  • Keep customers up-to-date to Believe and other digital tools;
  • Participate in negotiation of signing and renewal of contracts with customers;

 

Qualifications

  • More than 4 years of proven track record in sales in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media, entertainment)
  • Knowledge of the local artists & labels landscape and understanding of the music ecosystem
  • Solid network in the local music industry

JP – Senior Customer Support

The Job

As a Customer Support you will use our ticketing tool (Zendesk) and you will have to handle a daily number of requests.
You will also have to contribute to team effort to maintain high customer satisfaction and excellent standards service.

  • Ensure a good quality of answers to our Customers regarding various subjects such as content delivery or modifications, payments and reporting
  • Make sure to give efficient solutions and answers in a minimal delay
  • Contribute to create resources in our knowledge base to improve the autonomy of our clients
  • Training & onboarding for Artists and Labels on our tools

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in customer support/ service experience

JP – Video Channel Manager

The Job

1. Account Management of Video Channels (YouTube, TikTok etc)

  • Client support and meeting
  • Elaboration of Business Reviews and analysis thanks to the YouTube CMS and our internal tools
  • Support sales team in potential acquisition targets
  • Development and execution of video content strategy to optimize performance across various platforms
  • Application of Best Practices of audience growth solutions for artists’ and labels’ YouTube channels
  • Implementation of video strategies for our producers across video platforms
     

2. Audience Development

  • Strong focus on YouTube Channel Assessment across all video platforms
  • Audience audit across DSPs and social media in order to develop the best content strategy
  • Implementation of video and audience development strategies across video platforms
  • Online rights management of producers’ catalogs on YouTube
  • Effectively assert rights on official and fan-uploaded content to maximize revenue
  • Optimization of YouTube Content ID on audio and video catalogs

Qualifications

  • More than 4 years in YouTube/ video platform channel management or demonstrated experience in new media audience development (technology, services, media, entertainment)
  • Passionate about Music and all things Digital and Social Media
  • Excellent knowledge of YouTube Analytics or YouTube CMS
  • Good understanding of video content and content marketing
  • Ability to multitask, priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The Job

  • Handle day to day relationships with DSPs – set up communication process and tools
  • Develop Japan market share and revenue
  • Explore ways to further our catalogue visibility
  • Develop strong knowledge on playlisting and on-store promotion strategies
  • Develop marketing partnerships with DSPs – imagine, build and deploy innovating marketing campaigns with top retailers (content creation, co-marketing, etc) in coordination with Artist Distribution team
  • Reporting and Performances – deliver trade marketing reports to all teams, monitor KPI and analyse performances
  • Monitor local market practices – competitive initiatives and local market trends
  • International – promote IKRs (International Key Releases) in Japan, bring and coordinate by IKR central team

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of marketing experience (technology, services, media, entertainment)
  • Good in reading data and data analysis
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystem and passionate about Music
  • Ability to multitask, priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, structured and organized priority with excellent time management skills
