Your mission

As a Sales manager, part of our distribution team, your mission is to source, attract and sign new partners (artists and labels) in a constantly mutating environment.

You will work within a team of sales and account managers in charge of identifying leads and convert them to customers with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

 

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Sales and sourcing strategy
    • Support and execute the sales strategy and roadmap
    • Identify and share best practices with the team and the group
    • Contribute to building and maintaining an excellent network in the music industry based on reputation and quality of service
    • Apprehend the complexity of the local market
  • Sales activity
    • Identify new business opportunities to initiate and close complex deals with an innovative approach
    • Execute the sales process and completion of deals aligned with the company procedures (salesforce, contract signatures) and business rules to guarantee successful relationship
    • Build a pipe of new artists and labels
    • Maintain up to date leads and clients database to facilitate local and global level analysis of performance and market opportunities

The Job

Your mission

As an Account manager, part of our distribution team, your mission is to provide the best distribution services for independent artists and labels in a constantly mutating environment.

You will work within a team of account managers in charge of managing distribution & marketing partnerships with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

 

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Services execution and management of our portfolio of artists and labels
    • Identify appropriate KPIs to measure customer success and revenue growth and ensure regular reporting
    • Define actions plan when needed to reinforce customer success
    • Manage takedowns, claims, and proper monetization of all content for your portfolio
    • Ensure smooth and cross-functional collaboration with the Editorial and Marketing Partnership and Video Channel Management team to optimize flawless execution
    • Plan for your portfolio the release schedule, creation, and execution of marketing plan
  • Reinforce artists and labels success resulting in renewal of contracts and upsells
    • Prepare and execute business reviews for top clients
    • Escalate client feedback and contribute to overall services improvement
    • Educate labels and artists on deliverables
    • Develop and maintain year on year customer gross revenue for your portfolio
    • Sell services which meet artist and/or label needs and potential

The Job

As an A&R manager, part of our Artist services team, your mission is to source, attract and sign new partners (artists and labels) in a constantly mutating environment.

You will work within our Artist services team in charge of selling distribution & marketing partnerships to a network of indie artists with passion, innovation, care, and transparency.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Identify new talents and build a pipeline of new artists.
  • Pitch Believe AS services and build individual offers.
  • Lead meetings with artists & management, calculate budgets and advocate offers before head office, negotiate best conditions resulting in win-win deals.
  • Negotiate and signs deals with artists in collaboration with the Head of A&R.
  • Build contracts, control signings & advance payments.
  • Monitor & update pipeline, analyse performances and provide reports.
  • Follow market trends, analyse and build competitive offers for our partners.

The Job

Believe is looking for a Customer Care & Support Specialist, based in Mexico.

 

You will be the main point of contact of our customers (Producers, Labels, Artists) to solve their issues and requests.

 

Your main role and responsibilities are:

  • Solve Artists & Labels operational issues on artistic content, payment of royalties, reporting, management of copyright in compliance with our – SLAs and top quality communication
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Onboard and train Artists and Labels on Believe internal tools
  • Contribute to the Support knowledge bases to improve the autonomy of our clients
  • Maintain a regular and close communication with Sales teams
  • Interact with Believe back office teams: Finance, Content, Product, Contracts & Rights

The Job

You will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels regarding all video distribution aspects. Thanks to a perfect understanding of our products and client’s needs, a solid sales strategy and an in-depth thinking of the music market, you will be able to build the video success of our customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily video support for producers

Artist Support Specialist

The Job

o   Answer customer emails and phone calls to help clients distribute their music, and to use other TuneCore services

o   Resolve issues and questions customers have about TuneCore products and services

o   Work within TuneCore’s administrative system to update and correct account issues; cancel account content as needed

o   Product account management

o   Provide information on customer and product issues to your team’s Lead Agent

o   Work with a team on special projects as needed

o   Report technical and communication issues to better service TuneCore artists

o   Perform other duties as assigned by management

o   Work on a flux schedule to provide support for our artists over weekend hours.

Qualifications

·         At least two years of experience working in an office and/or customer service

·         BA/BS preferred

·         Strong communications skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal

·         Working knowledge of Mac and the Microsoft Office Suite

·         Understand the importance of good customer service in-person, via telephone, and via email

·         Manage time effectively and prioritize workload

Your duties will include but not limited to the following

  • Marketing / CRM management
    • Emphasises, for all our clients, the contribution of our teams and our services to retain and secure our existing portfolio by adapting and localising a monthly newsletter
    • Ensure we educate, train, and engage our clients by organising events and bootcamps for local clients with a high sense of innovation
    • Raise awareness on Believe and drive engagement of prospects by proposing and organising our participation
    • Contribute to driving our leadership position and highlighting our music, tech & digital expertise by participating in local key awards and key events in the industry
  • Social Media
    • Execute and propose new social media strategies to build or strengthen awareness and reputation of Believe locally and to drive engagement of our key target audiences (artists, labels, managers, producers, etc.)
    • Animate and moderate Believe Instagram account with focus on content planning
