The Job

  • Manage the schedule of all bookings, taking into account client preferences and availability of resources

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all details of the booking are confirmed and communicated in a timely manner

  • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on bookings, cancellations, and other relevant data

  • Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately according to company policy

  • Send promotional material to clients to promote artist live performances

  • Make sure that all travel arrangements are confirmed and all required documentation is provided

  • Communicate with travel suppliers such as airlines and hotels to ensure that reservations are being processed correctly

  • Handle client complaints in a tactful and efficient manner 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a booking operation service or similar role in local record labels or talent booking agencies

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • College or undergraduate degree preferred.

  • Able to communicate in both Thai and English.
