The Job

Within the Group Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in developing and executing Employer Branding strategies with the TA team at both global and local level. You’ll be joining the organization at a very exciting time as we’re building the function from the ground up. Join us and Set the Tone!

Your mission will be to:

–       Foster the Employer Value Proposition across all platforms to attract high-quality applicants

–       Build and Manage Believe Career Website and Social Media Recruiting/branding efforts/ strategy including reviewing all branding equipment

–       Actively partner with our Communication, Social Media, Content Teams and TA Managers to promote Believe Talent Brand

–       Manage contracts and relations with external job boards, recruitment/sourcing vendor partners and other selection process vendors in the areas of talent acquisition and selection/assessment.

–       Attend events like Career fairs and others to represent the company to help build partnerships and create opportunities to strengthen Believe employee value proposition and bring awareness to our career opportunities.

–       Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community

–       Proactively seek new avenues to identify and attract candidates – Carry out regular market benchmarks and provide recommendations on market trends and best practices

–       Suggest and implement new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement – Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

–       Track/analyze Talent Acquisition Marketing metrics and create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics

 

Qualifications

   Previous working experience preferably as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist but candidates with previous working experience in Marketing or Advertising are also welcomed to apply

–       In-depth knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing

–       Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and of candidates’ selection methods

–       Experience with campaigns, tagging and various technical marketing tools is preferred

–       Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

–       Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
