The Job

o   Deliver projects on-budget and on-schedule, including planning, organizing, tracking and reporting on detailed project plans across multiple workstreams (schedule management, status reporting, stakeholder management).

o   Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously.

o   Partner with the various workstreams (marketing, product, technology etc.) to drive engagement and partnership in the deliverables and ensure successful delivery within business expectations.

o   Provide clear and consistent communication of project level status for leadership and stakeholders.

o   Facilitate timely communications to stakeholders in planning, tracking, documenting and communicating status updates for the portfolio.

o   Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies and develop plans to escalate mitigations.

o   Utilize enterprise project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet and other applications to provide project status and reporting

o   Ensure that decisions and outstanding tasks as they relate to projects are properly documented.

Qualifications

·       A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

·       Must have 7+ years of experience working as a project manager delivering technology projects designed for the web.

·       Experience in agile (scrum) as well as waterfall methodologies.

·       Significant exposure to JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets and other PM tools.

·       Strong communication skills & attention to detail with the ability to interact with stakeholders, reporting roadmaps, and providing status updates to senior management.

·       Ability to perform under pressure with a sense of humor

·       Possess team-building, motivating, and conflict-resolving qualities

·       Highly organized and detail oriented, ability to keep track of multiple simultaneous projects and action items.

·       Self-driven and pro active

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree, CSM and PMP preferred.

Range: $130,000-150,000 annually
