The Job
The job will focus on 3 missions:
1) Marketing (65%)
A. CRM: Client Newsletters management
Objective: Retain & secure our clients by proving the value we deliver
Main Tasks: Adapt central newsletter content for local market & create specific newsletter on local marketing and digital news
Frequency: 1 newsletter per month sent to all clients
KPI: opening rate >35%
B. Clients Events
Organize local client events
I. Believe innovative session for existing clients
- Objectives: Educate, train and engage our clients
- Format: Masterclass / Workshop – 2.5 hours webinar or physical
- Frequency: every quarter
- KPIs: Satisfaction rate – Participation rate
II. Believe Bootcamp for new business
- Objectives : Engage prospects & clients
- Format: Masterclass / Workshop 2,5 hours webinar or physical
- Frequency: semi- annual
- KPI : Satisfaction rate – Participation rate
C. BtoB Events
Objective: Raise awareness on Believe and drive engagement of prospects
Main Tasks:
- Identify relevant local BtoB events
- Define format of Believe participation (Panel, Keynote, workshop)
- Prepare Believe speaker
- Animate Booths
Frequency: 3 participations per year (ex: Reeperbahn, Midem, MaMA, ADE, SXSW, Womex, Classical Next)
KPIs: Participation rate for physical events – Number of views of digital events – Booth traffic
D. Awards
Objective: Drive leadership position of Believe and highlight Believe music, tech & digital expertise
Main Tasks:
- Participate in local key awards in the industry
- Participate in local powerlist to raise the profile of our top execs
KPIs: 2 local or global participations per year (Ex: Billboard Power list, Social Music Awards (FR), Music Week Awards)
E. PR:
Objective: Build/strengthen Believe awareness & reputation to generate sales
Main Tasks: coordinate with a local PR Specialist/free-lancer and GM/GMO all local PR activities (new signings, Believe position in local charts, key partnerships, new signings, new releases…)
Frequency: at least 1 press release per month
KPIs: coverage in Tier 1 local trade media – 1 interview with GM / quarter (TBC)
2) Social media (35%)
Objectives
- Build/strengthen awareness & reputation of Believe locally
- Drive engagement of the key target audiences: artists, labels, managers, producers, partners, media etc
Main Tasks
Scope: Believe Instagram account (L&AS + AS) for Year 1
Social media animation + content Planning (harmonization of the marketing mix)
- Frequency: min 3 posts per week (marketing innovations, new signings, new releases, success stories, marketing campaigns, digital retail news etc…)
Social media moderation & community management (incl. qualification of the audience)
- Respond to around 20 requests per day
3) Monitoring & reporting (5%)
Monitoring & reporting of all local Social & marketing communication activities to central team (dashboard to complete on a monthly basis)
Qualifications
– Min 3/4 years experiences in marketing communication
– Excellent collaboration skills, internally and externally
– Digital Savvy
– Excellent communication and writing skills
– A first experience in the music / entertainment industry is a plus
