Believe Artist Services is currently looking for a Senior A&R Leader (Bhojpuri) based out of Mumbai, India. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that demonstrates a vision for the territory and has a solution-oriented mindset.
Working with our local content team, the candidate will perform the following tasks, both internationally and for the local market, specifically focusing on Bhojpuri audio and video content.
Missions:
• Sales: Negotiate and sign deals with artists in coordination with the A&R Head. Signing is a key area of focus along with managing existing relationships
• Operations: Manage operations for existing artists and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
• Data analysis: Analyse audience, sales, and performance history and provide comprehensive reviews on a quarterly basis on the Bhojpuri market
• Strategy: Build creative & profitable marketing plans to develop the lifecycle of a project
• Execution: Execute marketing plans in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Handle day-to-day relationships with talent and partners
• Manage: Audio & video distribution in coordination with the release & support team
• Coordination: Coordinate and manage the project with all internal stakeholders (editorial & marketing partnerships, support, digital marketing, branding, etc)
• Budget & Finance: Manage marketing budgets and P&L for each project and ensure reporting of every activity
• Reporting & Performances: Deliver sales and marketing reports to all teams and partners on a monthly and quarterly basis
