• Experience with Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premier Pro or FCP, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Comfortable transitioning fluidly between or combining 2D and Motion Graphic tasks.
• Has worked on social media mandates for brands, artists etc.
• Presentation design skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and with shifting priorities.
• Experience contributing to design projects from ideation to creation through implementation.
• Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to continue learning.
• Calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration, organization, and self-motivation skill.

Business skills:

• At least 3 years of experience
• Diploma/Degree in designing course or animation equivalent.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects & Adobe Premiere Pro or FCP
• Creative individual with good design flair
• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Fonts and colours

Soft skills:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to receive feedback and ask the right questions to get more clarity.
• Passionate about music, technology, data and artist development
• Persistent
• Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training.
