ROLE’S EXPECTATIONS:
Project leader for a complex zone, or a set of integrations.
Support to the local finance in the coordination of HQ requests.
Lean and agile process keeper and builder to adapt to the new business models encountered.
Transverse coordination of the COEs, and external supports
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
1. Coordinate and pace the Integration projects efforts.
2. Manage a project portfolio.
3. Set up and formalize standardized and lean integration process.
4. Ensure Group Process & standards are applied.
=> The scope of the position covers Believe Group acquired subsidiaries legacy scope to be integrated in Believe core model and entity creations.
KEY MISSIONS:
– Formalize and implement the Group Integration Manual, leading to a standardized, agile and lean approach for the upcoming development of the Company.
– Execute the integration program for the Finance function through:
o The set up of an integration plan for acquired entities, including all the process aspects, tools, and governance,
o The implementation, coordination and lead of this plan to ensure realization in proper qualitative standards.
– Support the subsidiary’s creation program for the Finance function on the areas they are responsible for.
=> Throughout the Integration process:
o Support local teams in the project tracking and operational implementation, securing the work-load -> ensure the centralization and redispatch of their requests/concerns (~SPOC)
o Organize and secure the involvement of all external supports (COEs, consultants, specialists…) on her/his portfolio
o Coordinate practices and ensure the application of group standards
Qualifications
Nombre d’années d’ancienneté: 7-9 ans.
Expertise gestion de projets avec expertise Finance transverse
Formation Bac+5 minimum / entre 7 et 9 ans d’expérience en Gestion de projet, en audit ou sur une fonction similaire acquise en cabinet et/ou au sein d’une direction financière en environnement international.
Qualités : Autonomie, rigueur, fiabilité, capacité d’analyse et de synthèse, curiosité intellectuelle, esprit d’initiative et d’équipe, qualités relationnelles et d’adaptation, très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais essentielle. Véritable « business partner ».
Rigoureux tout en gardant un esprit convivial et en faisant preuve de diplomatie et sachant entraîner l’adhésion des autres aux projets /améliorations conduites. Bonne communication orale et écrite permettant de reporter efficacement sur les missions / projets à déployer.
Maitrise des outils bureautiques.
Billingue anglais.
