Your mission

As a Head of Business intelligence & Sales ops for Greater China, your mission is to develop and instill an analytical and data driven culture in the region. You will work on continuous improvement of the local sales & data operations through guidance of commercial teams in the use of dashboards, data analytic tools and financial analysis, and any other tools that can provide creative solutions to their daily challenges. Meanwhile, you will be responsible for the central sales guideline’s implementation and new product launch locally. As the bridge between local and central, you will be the one to support local sales team on communications with central and provide central team insights about local sales team and client needs.

Your duties will include but not limited to the following:

  • Leading and developing a team
    • With exemplarity and by sharing Believe’s driving forces in your daily relations and activities
    • Set guidelines, strategy, and objectives to improve and assess the team’s performance
    • Support your team by identifying improvement needs and providing appropriate training, mentoring, and coaching
    • Work in collaboration with concerned central teams on the continuous improvement and project implementation
  • Analysing and reporting the performance to initiate continuous improvement
    • Create and share weekly progress reporting on budget and KPIs
    • Map and analyse the satisfaction and specific needs of the customers in the region to propose improvement plans
    • Build and propose process improvements in order to streamline and make sales and account management more efficient
    • Create and maintain a regional dynamic around your topics to gather local insights and to build collective intelligence
    • Be the point of contact of the central data department to share market insights
  • Supporting the sales team
    • Support the management team in the guidance and validation of top-level advances requests
    • Support the commercial teams in the use of internal tools (salesforce, dashboards, etc.) and ensure the maintenance of database reliability
    • Provide detailed analysis of monthly results and forecast building with focus on identifying opportunities and pain points
    • Create and lead data driven projects:
      • Music genre projects: segmentation, analysis and implementation of genres classification
      • Identifying new prospecting sources
  • Leading Sales Operations
    • Work closely with central sales operation team for the product launch, system update, sales policy by implementing them locally and providing local insights to central team;
    • Support local sales team for the work efficiency improvement through sales operation process optimization;
    • Contribute to key client business reviews;

Qualifications

  • Fluent English is mandatory to succeed in your role as part of a global company.
  • You have a proven track record project management and / or in a consulting firm with multidisciplinary teams and / or in the deployment of commercial offers
  • You are a dynamic and proactive worker, with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis of needs and can’t stop being solution oriented
  • Your experience and appetites force you to:
    • Instill and lead changes in the organization while working a collaborative mode
    • View situations from different standpoints (legal, finance, business)
    • Understand and manage both the company economic targets and customer satisfaction
