The Job

The PMI Project Manager will be part of Believe Strategic projects team within the Believe’s TOP (Tech Operations Product) department. 

She/he will address Post-Merger Integration (PMI) projects to support the Group’s external growth strategy through successful integration:  

  • Potentially support M&A team during pre-closing and post-closing phases in the identification of operational synergies with target companies to define the business objectives of the integration 

  • Collaborate with functional TOP managers to assess integration impacts (e.g.: identifying difficulty of tasks, setting milestones) to develop comprehensive project plan inclusive of all workstreams 

  • Work closely with local GMOs in the coordination of core teams and project workstreams during the integration phase, and manage priorities to reach objectives 

  • Monitors progress status, identify and resolves potential issues or risks, and provide regular updates to C-levels 

  • Ability and willingness to travel (international) 

 

Considering the Group’s strategic priorities, a portfolio of key projects will be assigned to the Project Manager. She/He will be responsible to lead these projects throughout each project phase from scoping and framing until successful hypercare. 

Depending on the project phase, she/he will be responsible to prepare the following materials (non-exhaustive list): 

  • Business case and arbitration supports for the C-level members 

  • Functional conception documents (e.g.: process mapping, standard operating models) 

  • Functional analysis (e.g.: gap analysis) 

  • PMO documentation 

  • Change management materials (communication or training supports) 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience with at least: 

  • Experience in a Strategic/Management consulting firm or any project management function within the financial department of a Tech or Media company 

  • Strong background in Finance is appreciated 

  • International experience 

The candidate will have: 

  • Strong analytical & synthesis skills 

  • Strong Systems and process thinking 

  • Strong relationship building qualities 

  • Strong skills on PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Experience on JIRA is a plus 

  • The reputation of getting things done (very result oriented) 

You are bilingual in English. Another language will be a plus.
