1. Sales & Sourcing Strategy Definition

  • Define and implement distribution strategy for the department
  • Work with Senior Management to determine business objectives
  • Initiate and close complex distribution deals covering aspects such as legal, financial, marketing & Communication components
  • Be responsible of all sales Process and executions (CRM, contract signatures, clients onboarding…)
  • Identify new business and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure client portfolio renewal
  • Create and maintain an excellent network of music industry relation

2. Team Management

  • Hire, assess and provide day to day support to team members
  • Work closely with your Sales Support Team and HR to ensure Team training, on-boarding and perfect understanding of Believe Driving Forces, Process and workflow
  • Manage the team objectives and ensure objectives full execution
  • Create a team dynamic and career development plan for collaborators
  • Be problem solver and resolve conflicting situation
  • Ensure cross functional team collaboration
  • Manage all HR related topics

3. Report business objectives

  • Develop solid analytical business skills
  • Capture and formulate market evolution key drivers

4. Local Retailers relationships

  • Develop good relationships with local retailers and social media reps


  • Proven track record in sales in a fast-growing environment (technology, services, media, entertainment)
  • Experience in leading a sales team, including coaching, mentoring and team development
  • Strong team leader and people management experience, ability to grow and lead a sales team with a track record of success in sales, and in driving Sales and Operations teams
  • Knowledge of digital ecosystem and passionate about Music
  • Demonstrated experience building, managing and influencing relationships with senior stakeholders, using data to generate insights and solving complex problems
  • Demonstrated track record in motivating and coaching staff to maximize their individual potential
  • Ability to multitask, priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, structured and organized priority with excellent time management skills
