The Job

As the Creative Marketing Producer, within the Artists Services division, you will define and execute the creative content strategy on digital and social media platforms for our artists, in the most innovative way.

You will be a collaborate with Project Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to define the digital content strategy for each artist. You will inspire them with creative & cutting-edge ideation adapted to the artist audience and educate them with constant monitoring & sharing most creative campaigns from music & other relevant industries.

You will execute on the strategy, by creating, writing & editing digital content, with a strong focus on short form content such as short vertical videos, GIFs, memes, Canvas, etc. You will engage with a wider creative community & manage external creative agencies or freelancers when needed.

You will monitor KPIs with marketing team to improve and adapt strategy, while delivering weekly reports on digital marketing performance for the artists, external stakeholders and relevant Believe teams. You will report to the local Project Manager.



  • Strong technical Skills: proficiency in Photoshop, Final Cut, In Design, Premiere Pro including 3D Skills
  • 3-5 years in creating cutting-edge digital content
  • Strong track record in digital marketing or online audience development
  • Passionate about Music and all things Digital and Social Media
  • Native understanding of digital platforms with an emphasis on mobile, social & video
  • Creativity & ability to think outside the box to build innovative content and campaigns
  • Creative flair: observe, follow & predict creative trends on digital platforms
  • Strong technical Skills: proficiency in Photoshop, Final Cut, In Design, Premiere Pro
  • Well organized, structured; able to follow process and motivated to work with a fast moving and rapidly developing roster
  • Capable of juggling various projects at the same time
  • A team player with creative ideas and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English & local native language
