The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and extend relationships with the relevant Rock & Metal genre editors @ DSPs.

  • Work closely with our local EMP teams in Canada, Brazil and Mexico to make our Rock & Metal artists more visible within those territories.

  • Lead campaign negotiations with DSPs.

  • Lead our high priority US / CA / SA Rock & Metal artist and album campaigns internally.

  • Write dedicated pitches and repitches for our priority Rock & Metal track and album releases.

  • Create innovative campaigns and timelines for Believe’s Rock & Metal roster.

  • Advise labels and artists on best practice, helping them develop best in class release strategies. 

  • Reporting & analysis of campaign results (internally and externally).

  • Reporting & analysis of the genre development (internally).

  • Create and plan exciting campaigns to develop our Rock & Metal catalogue on DSPs.

  • Advise labels and management when it comes to signings and re-signings.


Desired Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Editorial Relationship Management, Streaming Management, Key Accounting or Partnership Management in the Music or Media industry.

  • Strong existing relationships with key editorial staff at all DSPs.

  • You have a passion for Rock, Alternative & Metal music and know the international scene well.

  • Experience working across timezones with international teams.

  • You know the US music & streaming market well.

  • You are confident and have a desire to grow in the role.

  • You are based in LA or New York or would move to one of these cities.

  • You have excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • You are well organized, comfortable working independently but also like to work with a team.
